ROGER

Classy, slick and stylish, this was the best of modern Greek. Super attentive staff and lovely room, the hotel is a hop, skip and a jump away from the little harbour with a cluster of smart waterfront eateries. With a better beach and a lot less wind this would be a secret pearl of the Aegean - but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault! They were pretty flawless.

The property was beautiful and quiet, we slept ok but we had issues with the mosquitoes 😆 omg when we left the hotel I had a lot of mosquitoes bites on my body 😆😆 like a tattoo… it’s not property’s fault, we had open the window because my brother and sister in law had problems with the A/C they don’t like it. The hotel had A/C and they had and for mosquitoes tablets… anyway that was our problem not the hotel for sure… the staff was very helpful, kind and friendly and their hospitality was excellent!!! We found a Tavern little bit farther from the hotel and we were there every single day 😃 the food was amazing 🤩 Katerina’s Tavern. There were couple of restaurants and stores around the hotel and the people were friendly. About the hotel now to say that their breakfast and their coffee was delicious 😋
Thank you 🙏 so much all of you guys for your hospitality!!! The staff was amazing 🤩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ definitely I am going to visit again for longer than 3 days… it is worth it… the island has 91 beaches… I need to explore some of these beaches..😊 Kythnos is very beautiful island!!!

Very helpful and polite staff.
Easy check-in and parking.
The room was small, the bathroom didn’t have a window (it was humid) and its basin was out of it, next to the bed. The balcony glass door didn’t have a lock.
Breakfast had some variety but the quality of some of the options (especially the cold cuts) was low.
Overall, an adequate vfm.

Ten out of ten for everything ❤️

Amazing, we wasnt booked to stop here, but got upgraded from original hotel which was closed due to covid, this little place is a gem, I have no complaints at all 😀😀😀 just make sure your hire a car, other than that enjoy this little gem

The view of our balcony was breathtaking!
All the staff was beyond polite and whatever we asked for they tried to make it happen. The hotel location was marvelous as all the good restaurants were nearby!
Definitely recommend it to othes such Kythnos as island but also the hotel !

The hotel seemed newly renovated, was bright and decorated nicely. The room rate was very low and breakfast was awesome, probably worth half the price :-). The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the little town of Loutra and its beach.

Wonderful Hotel Great Location.

First impressions did not disappoint as the ambiance in the hotel was very calming and very tastefully decorated.
Check in was done easily with a welcoming feeling.
There was a lift to bedrooms, which was impeccably clean and serviced daily, leading onto a balcony for guests to enjoy the views of the bay.
Breakfast had a selection of food to suit all tastes and the dining area was bright and cheerful.
Wifi was fast in all parts of the building.
There was parking should it be needed.
The manager was always available to help and give advice if needed and the staff were helpful on any task given.Nothing was too much trouble.

Close to the beach and to the Loutra.

The only thing I would recommend them to change is to put curtains in the shower,since the water covered everything any time we used it and darker glasses in the windows or something similar ,so that the rooms of the opposite hotel can not see me in the bathroom

Pænt hotel og fine værelser. Personalet fra utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden havde et stort udvalg. Hotellet ligger helt perfekt i forhold til lokal strand, og flere restauranter.

Cosy and comfortable hotel in Loutra

A very pleasant and comfortable stay for a few days. All hotel staff were very kind and friendly and always willing to help and provide information. The room was quite comfortable and clean overall. However the shower button didn't work properly and as a result we had to pull it every few minutes so that to have water flowing through the shower tube. Breakfast of reasonable quality and variety but not something special. Overall it is a vfm hotel although from time to time rates are quite expensive.

Struttura ottima, come pure la colazione

Bellissimo albergo, nuovissimo e molto ben arredato. Camere ben equipaggiate con letti comodi. Bagno spazioso con grande doccia. Balcone attrezzato. Colazione ottima, molto varia, salata e dolce, frutta, ecc. Mancava solo il latte caldo. Facilità di parcheggio e vicino a numerosi ristoranti. Unico neo, il fatto che cambiassero gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, poco rispettoso per la protezione dell'ambiente.

Ihana kaunis siisti hotelli!

Ihana siisti valoisa ja kaunis hotelli, jossa on hyvä henki ja tuoksu. Otettiin vielä toinenkin yö samasta hotellista ja saatiin huone ilman odottelua. Aamupala oli aivan mahtava kauniissa ravintolatilassa. Yksi parhaista hotellikokemuksista koskaan!

Le hall est super beau, l'accueil impeccable. Un petit plus sur le réceptionniste brun le matin qui a été très gentil.
Concernant la chambre, elle est très propre et belle (ça sentait très bon en rentrant).
Pour le ptit dej, il y a pas mal de choix, ce n'est pas mauvais mais l'omelette et les champignons étaient très salés !
Je recommande fortement et j'aurai aimé rester plus longtemps dans cet hôtel.

Disappointing to a great extent!

I chose to stay in this hotel due to the excellent reviews it had (summer 2021) and the photos of the establishment. We stayed in a 3 bed room, traveling with my wife and child.

Pros:
- Service. All staff were polite and eager to assist in anyway they could. They made our stay a lot more comfortable!
- Breakfast. More than decent, it was quite balanced for all tastes and with good variety.
- Internal Common spaces. Very carefully renovated and with modern design (I wish that the same could be said about the rooms and the exterior!).

Cons:
- Outside appearance of the building. The moment we reached the facility it was apparent that something didn't add up to what I had in mind (and no, I didn't have Aman resorts in mind). The outer side of the building is poorly maintained (if any) and it must be from the early 80's.
- The rooms are nothing like the pictures! I know that a lot of establishments use photo software to edit the final result of the picture, but this is out of ordinary! The renovation (if any) has been done in a very poor manner and it is quite a pity, it has a real potential. The bathroom is so small that you can't really go to the toilet and close the door without making some gymnastics move! Also the bathroom smells badly constantly.
- Wi-Fi. It is much better to use your own cellular data, the wi-fi is non-existent! Constant failures, disconnects and when it is up, the signal is so poor that it is practically unusable.

Εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό.Όμορφο περιβάλλον. Ωραία θέα ανάλογα ποια μεριά έχεις επιλέξει. Συμπαθητικό πρωινό. Αργή αναμονή μέχρι τις 14:30 για check in, απο τη στιγμή που φτάνει το καράβι στις 09:40. Και ο χώρος όπου έπαιρνες το πρωινό σου δεν ήταν ανοικτός όπως προβλεπετε λόγω πανδημίας.(Μια πόρτα εξωτερική).

Decent stay

Although recently renovated, the hotel's design, inside or outside, will not win any prizes but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. It is well located next to the sea and the bars and restaurants of the Loutra village and has its own parking. Note that the sea right in front of the hotel is a small marina so in order to swim, one has to walk a bit further down the road.

Escrocs prélèvent 2 fois montant(hotel.com laiss

Des escrocs (l'hôtel Kythnos+ Hotel.com) nous prélèvent à quelques centimes près 2 fois le même montant à 2 jours d'intervalles alors que nous avons \"raccourci notre séjour\" de 5 nuits nous sommes passés à 3. Un SPA annoncé qui ne fonctionne pas pendant notre séjour. La chambre 218 annoncé comme vue montagne, une vue sur un parking. Je cherche à joindre hotel.com par mail : IMPOSSIBLE!

This hotel is centrally located. It's listed as a 2* but should be a 3/3.5. Staff were great, breakfast was fresh & plentiful & the rooms clean. Our only gripe was that we had really noisy neighbours who shouted all hours of the day & night at each other! But that of course was not the hotel's fault.

Πολύ παλιό ξενοδοχείο (μοιάζει να έχει κατασκευαστεί την δεκαετία του 1960), πρόχειρα ψευτό-ανακαινισμένο, χωρίς ασανσέρ, άθλιο πρωινό, χωρίς κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο και διάφανο τζάμι στο παράθυρό του, σχεδόν χωρίς wifi. Πολύ ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει. Το μόνο θετικό είναι η τοποθεσία του. Ο μόνος λόγος που θα μπορούσε να το επιλέξει κανείς είναι να μην υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο του νησιού όπως συνέβη και με εμάς

tres bien situe et personnel tres agreable

Rien a redire, le personnel très aimable, l'hôtel extrêmement bien situe (mais bon le village est très petit) la chambre était confortable mais une rénovation de l'hôtel s'impose (raison pour laquelle ce n'est pas un 3*). Heureusement elle est déjà planifiée.
