The President Hotel is within walking distance of the British Museum. The tube station is nearby. The room was small, but not unexpected in London. We had a terrible breakfast at the hotel and opted to go to coffee shops thereafter. It is walkable to the theaters and a long walk to Trafalgar Square, but a nice walk.

The location of this hotel is great - we walked from King's Cross. it is reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable and shower is a step in (good for older people like us). We needed more electrical outlets than we got (we both use CPAP machines) but with an extension cord we made it work. Staff are very friendly and professional. Many restaurants within a short walk. Lobby has a nice atmosphere.

The President is a decent and affordable hotel handy for Euston and king’s Cross, close to Russell Square and the Tube Station, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars and it’s an easy walk to thectheatre district. It’s not fancy but you tend to just sleep in the room when in London and my wife and I really like The President Hotel.

I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue.

The stay was very comfortable overall. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and there was plenty of space to store belongings, which made settling in convenient. The bathroom featured a modern, nice shower with soap provided, although conditioner was not available. While there was no air conditioning, the ability to open the windows allowed for fresh air and helped keep the room comfortable.

Internet was intermittent room was clean and slow in getting serviced but it’s a big hotel so that’s not unusual. Location was great for all of London attractions shows and even being back to Heathrow was a short walk to the tube and a very quiet train ride right into Heathrow … I’d definite stay there again

I wish we had something to put our suitcases on such as a suitcase stand. This is a clean, well-run hotel in a great location with a large breakfast buffet and a comfortable lounge and bar. Rooms are well laid out and decent in size. There are no amenities in the bathroom, however, but we had no problem purchasing body lotion at the local Boots. The sink is not only incredibly small, but the faucet juts out right into the center of it. There is no way to use it without splashing water all over the counter and the floor. Oddly enough, you get used to it and we would return on our next London visit.
