Clean, quiet hotel. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool but it looks nice and there are washrooms on the pool level. Basic room without a safe for belongings. Friendly staff. Water is available for purchase but it would be nice if there was a way to provide guests with filtered water to fill a personal water bottle instead of having to rely on bottled water.

Simple but very nice place.
Pool does not see a lot of sun, so it's a bit chilly but still very nice on a hot day (or if you're not courageous than me).
Staff is fantastic. They went out of their way to get me out of a pickel. Always smiley and friendly.
Location is good. Just up the street from the archeological sites and many restaurants options within 5 minute walk

Location is good, nice looking property, at night the front of the building is covered in geckos. However, they messed up my reservations and did not offer to fix or compensate. The wifi was out my entire 2 night stay, there was no soap, but most upsetting was no way to make coffee or get coffee in the hotel, had to walk a block to 7-11 for hot coffee! Won’t mention the paper thin walls or the nightly bad concerts I was forced to attend from a bar over a block away. Upside, if you smoke you can go out the fire exits to smoke..?

Notes: This is a very basic hotel, front building has better, more expensive rooms, back building is like a motel with very basic rooms. Bathroom has no shower curtain or division, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Hot water is tricky. Furnishings are old, but rooms are clean.

For the price we were happy. We booked a standard room which is at the back of main hotel. Walking distance from station using 5min 5 baht ferry. Reception we're always very helpful. Breakfast was basic but included. Although a buffet was available for 100 baht. Only complaint was with the pool which was slightly plagued by pigeons and their feathers and droppings. Otherwise pool was a lovely size apart from no sunloungers.

Basic hotel that was reasonably clean. Staff friendly. Check in quick. This is a no frills kinda place. The room I stayed was in the back parking lot. Basic room with TV and only a few Thai cable channels. No refrigerator and no hair dryer. Basic shower toilet combination . Water was warm. Bed not so great. Air conditioning worked fine. Good location to some night life and a 24 hour convenience store across the street. Not really disappointed in anything since I knew it was a cheaper priced hotel and I wanted off street parking.

Dangerous room

Good value and all, BUT - my large room had no bed-light so I had to walk to bed in the dark after turning off the light switch by the door. Miscalculating, I hit the bed base with my right toe in a very unfortunate angle; and as it was dark, it took me a while to realize I was bleeding. The hotel confiscated my deposit due to blood stains on the linens and thus injured me twice. Horrible experience. Dangerous room design.

Hotel looks very luxurious from the front and the lobby but the rooms were at the back of the parking lot and were like a cheap American motel. The room was very plain with no decorations and there was no shower stall. You just stand under the shower head and the water goes all over the bathroom. At least price was very low, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

The staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. They charged 300bht for the room key deposit and would not return the deposit when we were checking out. They wanted to charge us 500 bht for dirty sheets! They charged us for the water in the fridge although water is supposed to be included. They don't appear to like tourists. I would not stay here if I knew how they treated guests....I would even stay in a hostel to rather than this hotel!

Avoid and find another

The hotel was the poorest of all the hotels we stayed in our two week driving trip from bankok to chaing Mai to Phuket and everywhere in between. No hot water. Outdated. You shower in the toilet. Hard bed and gigantic pillows. Dogs fighting at night; had to use ear plugs to sleep. Breakfast wasn't included and it was scary so we headed down the road to a nicer hotel to avoid. For the price, which is on the less expensive side, we suggest finding a quaint local place and avoid this one.

We are a couple traveling for 6 months. We have stayed in various accommodations during this time but this is one of the worst. One receptionist in particular is very abrupt. I would not recommend you use the bike hire service. These bikes are not maintained. We got about 2km down the road and one of the bikes chains snapped, so we had to walk it all the way back. We also had to pump up our own tyres as these were flat when we got them. We also made the mistake of paying extra for breakfast. Do not bother. The breakfast was diabolical. The eggs are fried and left cold on a plate. When I asked if I could have scrambled egg, I was told outrightly \"NO\". They were too busy brushing and braiding each others hair in the kitchenette. The room itself was average for the price. Like I say, I have stayed in a lot of other places and got a lot better for my money. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable stay at the town center

Very convenient location near the main market. After arrived at Ayutthaya by train, we walked 2 minutes to catch a river-crossing boat(5 Baht), and walked again 5 minutes to the hotel. Bans to Bangkok(60 Baht) start just from the west side of the hotel. This hotel isn't luxurious, but well maintained.

There was several coaches of school children staying at the hotel, which seems to be a regular occurrence. The staff didn't appear to care that they spent the night shouting and running up and down the corridors. There didn't appear to be any adults with the children and it was impossible to sleep because of them. I would strongly recommend checking if any school children are expected before booking this hotel!

The location is perfect, it's a 10 minute walk to some very beautiful ruins as well as close to many food stalls and 7/11/FamilyMarts. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I've slept in and the breakfast was delicious. Overall I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ayuthaya.

Noisy place with noisy guests

There is a bar on the ground level that plays music at volume 11 at times like 11pm or even at 9am. I couldn't sleep the second night as a group of extremely drunk and noisy guests were screaming and splashong in the pool that is supposed to close at 7pm (basically means the lights are off.) The location is ok and the breakfast is the bland breakfast buffet one usually finds in Thailand.

Great location to bike to all the wats, and it's across the street from the mini bus drop off(from Bangkok). Nice big, clean rooms, good value. Cheap bike rentals. It's too bad that it's a gross free breakfast (ice cold pre-made eggs, didn't want to touch the meat) because they tried. DO NOT BOOK YOUR BUS TICKET HERE - We over-paid by DOUBLE to get to Sukhothai. If I could make a recommendation to staff: clean your elevators, it's a really bad first impression.

The hotel is really nice and in the town centre. We had a lovely sized room. 2 free bottles of water a day and regular house keeping. We hired two bikes for the day and they were in good condition but you get to choose them anyway from quite a selection. There is a KFC and a big shopping centre minutes away and the strip with all the bars, restaurants and shops providing laundry services in the other direction. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Price - Aged Room

This is perfect location when preferring to stay Ayutthaya City as opposed to nearby historical areas. The hotel is noticeably aged, most noticeable on bathroom floors (which was the case in both rooms 221 and 209) and the very old-style small television (again the case in both rooms). There is however a nice swimming pool on the second floor. The breakfast is typical Asian style cookie cutter eggs, hot-dog sausages, white bread with toaster, and fresh fruit - the one plus is this is at a buffet so is all can eat which is quite impressive considering the very low cost for this hotel. For non picky travelers such as us this worked great.

Das Zimmer ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschbrause muss dringend gewechselt werden. Die funktioniert praktisch gar nicht mehr.

アメニティがバスタオル（とシャンプー？）しかありませんので、こちらに来る際は歯ブラシなどお忘れなきよう。
あと断熱が今ひとつなのか部屋が異常に暑く、常時20℃設定のクーラーが必須です。クーラーをつけておけば大丈夫です。
また、栓抜きを借りようとしてもフロントに置いてなかったため、部屋で瓶ビールなどを飲もうとする際には注意が必要です。
部屋の清潔さは可もなく不可もなくですが、金額を考えると妥当かと。観光地である町の中心部からは離れているため、タクシーやgrabでの移動をお勧めします。
