Rooms were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Front lobby had fresh coffee, ice tea and water available for us. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating with everything we could possibly need and both shuttle drivers were the best you could ever ask for. This was our second time staying there and you can bet we will be back!!

Great property, location and staff. When I booked the property it was a little misleading because I thought we would have a view, but we did not at all. I would have paid more for a room with a view, but when we tried to switch rooms there were none available. Our room was very dark and gloomy. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lodge is located in a beautiful location and the place is very clean. The front desk reps were very friendly at check in. The only problem I had was that no one picks up the phone or replies to emails. The phone situation was pretty bad. My advice is to ask all your questions ahead of time during check in.

Mattresses on beds were terrible. They were so soft that I had terrible back and neck pain both nights and couldn’t sleep. The staff swapped a mattress out with another the first night and it was just as bad. Then I was told to use a pool chair cushion to sleep on. Not what I would expect from spending almost $500 a night! I stay in hotels often and have never had a hotel mattress that was as unsupportive. Beware if you have a sensitive back or neck!

The room was amazing. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. We loved our time here. The airstream is such a cute touch. We got wine here one afternoon during happy hour. We were unable to get food due to no gluten free options, but that wasn’t a big deal to us as there Are so many excellent options nearby. My only complaint was that the washer and dryer were out of order and we had really planned our packing on being able to laundry at this location. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the lodge and the area. Also the ice maker was out of order the first 3 days we were there, (which was an inconvenience) but then they got it up and running. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic, right beside the airport mesa, which is a top area to watch sunset, the views were EPIC. The grounds were well maintained and so beautiful w fountains, lights & decorated beautifully. The have a private garden area they use for receptions, weddings & it was exceptionally beautiful overlocking the red rocks and town. The rooms are well appointed and the was the most comfortable of my vacation! Our patio deck opened up to a beautiful water fountain garden area. We ordered room service, salad & pizza which was delivered promptly and a decent meal. I would 100% recommend a stay here! Worth every penny and wasn’t very expense considering the grounds, rooms & EPIC VIEW!

Terrible service. Tried to reach out for a refund because my flight got canceled and they were unable to give me a waiver for a refund even though I provided proof of my cancelled flight from the airline. Granted I understand it was completely last minute and inconvenient for them as much as this whole experience was for me. But I had already called them prior about a flight delay that resulted in the cancellation and still no waiver for a refund. Ridiculous tbh.

This is a hidden gem. Rooms were spacious with upgraded fixtures and furnishings. Clearly, much thought and effort was put into making their guests stay a wonderful experience. Beautiful view of the Sedona red rocks from back patio. Staff is very accommodating . Their breakfasts (delivered to your room) are outstanding. Highly recommend.

We arrived a little early and waited for the room which was not a big deal, when we got the keys our room was way in the back with no garden view like the we booked, it was right by the pool with a view of the pool fence which was wrapped covered in white plastic and no garden view, also lots of kids in the pool and super loud . We asked to be moved and was told can be moved for an up charge to a room with a fire place because they had no other rooms available. The room had a fake fireplace with no heat to it, just looked like one. The Google app tv didn’t work due to the storm is what the front desk said, we were also told we can take the car upfront complimentary to dinner spots and when I was checking out there was a charge for each ride so it was not complimentary. Then when I did mention about it, the front desk asked me well who told you it was complimentary and said we had to pay. Also when we walked in nobody explained the amenities or what was available to us besides the lady in the stream bar outside who did tell us about the car service but apparently that was incorrect since we had to pay. The room was clean but really staff was not friendly or professional. The property is located in a great spot and close to a lot of hikes and restaurants. Parking was close to our room so that was nice.

The location of the hotel is worth the price alone. Great views of the Sedona mountains. The staff was accommodating and kind. The driver service to take us to and from restaurants was perfect after a long day of exploring: let someone else drive and all you do is tip him. Wonderful!

My only complaint would be the toilet paper- very thin.

Would definitely stay here again. Great to be off the main streets. We were in a Sky King. The room was beautiful,roomy and the bathroom was especially well laid out. Amazing shower, plenty of counter space and one of those make up mirrors to see your face up close. Staff was nice and helpful. Walking distance to airport restaurant and airport vortex. Cleaning staff seemed to spend a lot of time per room (this is a positive to me).

It's a beautiful property but not every room has a view. Very walkable to views for sunset/ rise on property, as well as nearby on the mesa. View was very nice at our door but not the balcony.

This was our second time visiting Sky Ranch Lodge, but the first time with our two daughters and our puppy. We had booked another hotel near Sedona, but canceled when we saw that a room was still available at the Sky Ranch Lodge. We are so glad we did, as it is our favorite place to see the sunset and hike in the Sedona area. We were very fortunate to get a room with a beautiful north facing view, and a patio overlooking the sunset, Absolutely stunning. Our room was roomy enough for 2 adults, 2 kids and a pup. The room was great, but only complaint was that our bed was a little too soft for our liking. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The front office staff were friendly with each encounter. Actually, every person who works at SRL we encountered was very friendly and polite.

The property is also home to a wonderful botanical garden, with so many different plants, flowers, trees and ponds. The views overlooking Sedona at the reception/ wedding area are out of this world amazing. I’d never seen my kids stare in awe like that before. Hiking trails near the hotel is great, definitely doable with kids. The hotel is pet friendly, which is another reason why we love it here. Can’t wait to come back again.

We recently stayed at Sky Ranch Lodge in Sedona, Arizona, and it was truly one of the most memorable parts of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the property delivered on everything we hoped for in a Sedona getaway: breathtaking natural beauty, peaceful vibes, and thoughtful hospitality.
The views are absolutely spectacular. Perched high up with sweeping vistas of the iconic red rock formations, every window and outdoor space feels like a front-row seat to Sedona’s dramatic landscape. The drive up to the lodge itself is stunning, with beautiful viewpoints along the winding road that set the tone for the entire stay.
The lodge has a wonderful zen atmosphere that immediately helps you unwind. The grounds are calm and well-maintained, creating a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature. My son, who often struggles with sleep, said it was the best deep sleep he’s had in a long time. The combination of fresh air, quiet nights, and the soothing energy of the location made for truly restorative rest.
The staff was friendly. They were always ready with recommendations or assistance. Small touches like the crystal water and charcoal water stations in the lobby were a huge hit. We filled our canteens every morning before heading out on our adventures. The Airstream was a great touch for quick bites throughout the day.

The view from the room was not great for red rocks. The room itself was basic needs an upgrade for sure. It was clean on the surface but you can tell they do not pay attention to details. The stand with amenities was full of dust and the tissue box was empty. Staff was helpful, grounds were peaceful, pool was mediocre could also use some new furniture. There was no vibe at the pool. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I came back. For the money the place was disappointing.

Room was one of the last available, hence no view, smallish and with a bed which was very saggy one side. The bathroom and sink area were intelligently arranged. They have lovely grounds with labeled plants and trees on the property, beautifully landscaped. Many places to walk to and explore. The airstream bar with food you can order is very convenient. Also a free shuttle is available to drive you to dinner reservations in town- or just to take you shopping. A nice restaurant is just walking distance away. Try to reserve a one story cottage for a quiet retreat. This place is great quality for your money.

Stayed a night in Sky room by garden due to an issue with my booked rim room. Very peaceful area. Hotel had me in my booked Rim room the next morning. View was amazing. Room had a microwave, Small refrigerator with freezer. We all slept good in the beds too.
Location in West Sedona is not as busy and easy to drive around.
Airstream food truck had several affordable, good food items.
Able to walk around the area around the hotel. There is a walking trail across the road. Also, the best sunset viewpoint (Airport Mesa Viewpoint) is right there too.
We all loved this place! Highly recommend

A perfect place to stay for visiting Sedona. Trails right from your room's doorstep take you to stunning mountain top views. Everyone comes up to see the sunset, we just walked from our room to the overlook viewing area. Only drawback was the camper trailer food truck didn't have much to offer, we had breakfast on our first morning and that was all. Luckily the area is full of fantastic restaurants. Fiesta Mexicana for some plentiful authentic Mexican food and plenty of Margaritas to choose from; Pisa Lisa for some great wood oven pizza; and Cafe Jose for outstanding breakfast, were some of our favorites. Hiking tips, get up early and have quick breakfast in your room to be at the trailhead by 6:30AM. Otherwise you won't find parking and will have to take the free shuttle up from parking lots below. Earlier also helps with trail traffic and heat of the afternoons. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Devils Bridge, and Westfork Trail (shaded in the canyon perfect for afternoon hike) were our favorite. Yavapai Vista, best sunset to view rock color change and peacefully uncrowded. Trip to Montezuma Castle and well definitely worth it. Good hiking around the well site. Bat area was closed off when we visited. Even if you're not religious, Chapel of the Holy Cross, built right into the Rock formation is worth visiting. We visited Sedona in May and it was already hitting temp of 100. Definitely wouldn't do in summer months.

We're don't normally choose \"lodges\" to stay in, when traveling, but Sky Ranch was one of the highlights of any stay we've had in our travels. We both agreed that is was one of the cleanest, most comfy beds and pillows we can remember! The grounds are immaculate, the event venue, hot tub, VIEWS for days, plants and flowers marked and labeled...just wow. And only a few steps away from a concessions Air Stream for breakfast, lunch and great coffee. Also a quick walk to the Mesa Airport Grill with amazing food. Highly recommend!

A quiet beautifully located piece of heaven. Our cabin had a view that you only see in magazines. The cabin itself was a dream. Everything was clean and comfortable. There wasn't one thing that was missed. Walking the grounds with all the beautiful plants is a joy in itself. Oh... don't miss the airstream food and cocktail truck. The food is excellent and cocktails creative. Prices are very reasonable. They will also deliver breakfast to your room. The reception area has complementary tea and coffee available continuously and it was very good coffee!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is located amongst some of the best views in Sedona. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the Location, the view , the sunset from the wedding venue is wonderful and can be used any night that a wedding party is not using it .
The view from our entrance to our room was amazing and a five minute walk to where you can book a helicopter ride . A wonderful restaurant right behind us and the food truck / silver camper had amazingly good wraps, pizza and salads ! We didn’t use the shuttle that was available since we had a rental car ! But that was a great feature! What a wonderful place!!

Rooms were clean and recently updated. Staff was very helpful and responsive. The food they serve out of the Airstream is surprisingly good and fresh. The views are incredible form the valley side and the garden areas are quaint and well- maintained. The only thing we didnt like was the pools towels are slightly larger than hand towels - i couldn't even wrap it around my waist (32in) and get it to stay. Also the chase lounges around the pool are radically uncomfortable and caused us to cut our time short at the pool. Overall it's a great little property.

Wonderful experience at Sky Ranch. Our son got married there while we were there. The views and vista were incredible. Rooms were very nice, roomy, clean, and updated. Staff all around were terrific. Nice, unique amenity -- have a complementary shuttle to get guests within short distances of Sky Ranch. Very nice! We had a dinner off property before the wedding and several of us utilized the shuttle (actually a 7 passenger van) and shed us from driving and allowed us to better enjoy our evening because of it. Cost to stay at the venue was higher than many of us can usually afford, so we only stayed there 2 nights, versus probably 4-5 nights if it were a little more affordable. Great place. Felt very safe and taken care of during our stay.

Room was spacious but was nothing more than a basic motel room. Overpriced because of the view across the street.

Great spot at the top of airport mesa. Friendly staff, beautiful gardens, great little pool and hot tub. Airstream food truck with delicious salads, sandwiches, wraps and daily happy hour. Amazing views. Delightful!
