We had high expectations with this hotel being 4 stars but we were shocked by the rudeness of the staff.
Breakfast is from 7.30-10.30, however even when you go at 10am they stop replacing food and when we asked the staff if we could have some more, they could not understand or speak English (in a 4 star hotel full of tourists), and when I asked the lady to call someone who spoke English, she just ignored me and said walked away. I asked for help to the receptionist who was incredibly rude and told us that “special food” is served in the early morning and when I asked if she could go to check if there was more in the kitchen, she walked back to the reception without saying a word to me and leaving me stood up there. why is the breakfast served till 10.30am if food is not provided anymore?

The hotet was great, in a convenient location. Cleaniness and hygiene weere exemplar. Breakfast was of great quality, with a variety of food. Coffee in breakfadt was great too. The staff was helpful, effective, polite and always available to help. The room was brilliant and very quiet. Bed and mattress were great too offering a quality sleep and rest. From the staff i would like particularly to thank Marina for her excellent support to me and my friends and family. Definetely the hotel is wort to recommend and be my next stop in Prague.

I stayed at the Archibald for two nights and I recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom products very specially good. The bathtub was a wonderful surprise and I used it after each day of walking around the city. The location is great, very close to the train station.

This is my second staying in the Hotel within two weeks. The location is excellent, the staff is nice, convinient to all important places in Prague, walkable to the oldtown. THe breakfast is very good and a free lunch soup is provided. Will stay again when visit Prague.

Most hotels in Europe charge outrageous prices for their breakfasts. Comfortable beds, good pressure for shower but the shower head turns towards the curtain so to wash your hair having the shower hanged is no fun. Water all iver the floor. Besides that it is 20 minutes to walk to old town, some restaurants around. Buses and trains. Elevators. Small parking for 6 cars total. 20 euros a night. The big breakfast is good and lots of choices. Onky hotel I have know that also provides free lunch( soup and sandwich) between 12-4pm. Front staff is great. Cleaners do the job fast. I would stay there again.

I found the staff on reception to be very friendly and helpful but.....the waitress in the restaurant was quite abrupt. I had booked a gluten free breakfast in advance and when I asked her she shrugged and looked miffed. She said I had to go to reception. The gentleman spoke to her and she glared at me. Made us wait for quite some before fetching it. Next 2 day,s we were only given the bread and not the rest but another lady was given the whole lot. The room itself was spotless and clean and quiet. But the waitress made me feel very uncomfortable. But reception staff were fantastic and I thank them for their help.

The hotel is in a decent location with cheap (and good) dining options. Rooms and facilities are quite clean, and I didn’t feel anything in particular was missing from my stay. Highlights were the free breakfast and brunch included on mornings and afternoons, there were great food options for complimentary meals. Walking to the city center would take probably 15-20 minutes, and a little shorter to the train station. I would stay here again when I return to Prague.

I really appreciated the totally safe parking under the hotel for about 8 cars. It's important to reserve a space for those with cars as it fills up fast. There is a nightly charge but it's reasonable.

Great location, amazing breakfast, fast wifi and a huge room. We weren’t expecting such a large room in Europe but it was an excellent stay for us and our 10 month old. Amazing breakfast had lots of options and the staff were quick to attend to any empty dishes. The brunch was a nice bonus if you were there in the afternoon. We arrived early and they had a locked luggage room as well for us which was great. Highly recommended for the price.

If visiting Prague again, I would consider staying here again.
