The property condition inside the room was average (some furniture is older than expected in the bathroom and the AC), but overall it was a comfortable stay. One of the staff who handles the morning reception was rude and lost his temper cause he doesn't understand English. The rest were fine. The area feels safe and the pool was excellent.

We booked a triple room for the price of £150!!! per night so when we arrived at the hotel we were suprised by the state of the room and not in a good way.
The room had a broken door frame, like a corner of the frame just hanging there, half broken curtain that was just hanging in a corner, windows that would not close fully and were hard to slide open and shut, ripped bed sheets and although the room was booked for 3 person, we were only left 2 towels and were unable to obtain more from the reception as they said they don't have any, we were offered on the second night a pool towel to use instead.
The pool is small and the water was cloudy and the kids pool was full of sand and small stones. The private beach doesn't look like in the pictures and had no signage that belongs to the hotel, we actually wandered around for a while until we stumbled across it as we were actually asking for directions but other than that is was ok.
The good bits were the breakfast buffet which actually had a decent selection and was tasty; the hotel lobby and ouside area looked nice and was clean; there was a bus station only 5 min away which had plenty of busses going into Lara area where the shops and restaurants were.
Around the hotel not really any options for eating out, there was a pizza place and a restaurant next to the beach but other than that the closest place to eat that we have found was a 20 min walk away which can be a fit annoying to walk to in the heat.
Not a good experience!!!

Llegamos con temor porque sabemos que aún no era temporada de playa, y el trato desde el comienzo fue muy bueno, tuvimos un problema con la habitación pero la solucionaron rápidamente, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes y usar la piscina luego del check out, el desayuno bueno y variado, en la playa también la atención fue buena, el personal atento y con ganas de ayudar, solo dos cosas: debería haber restaurant dentro del hotel eso sería genial, y en una de las dos habitaciones no había Internet en la TV😔, por lo demás volvería a quedarme allí, un hotel con 3B bueno bonito y barato,

Avoid this property at any cost! Staff isnt helpful at all. They won’t provide room services in the evenings. Only one lift between 10 floors. Food options are limited with cold juices. I would definitely would not recommend this to anyone who is visiting aantalya. There are plenty of other hotels around this area which would be great choice.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms at all. Bedding can be upgraded and air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for small room.

Overall, extremely disappointed with services and facilities. Good items aren’t tagged up on breakfast and dinner buffets so you would not know what are you about to eat.

Strong advise is to avoid this hotel and book other hotels around this hotel.

We had a nice time at this hotel we stayed on the ninth floor and we had a fabulous view of the city and the sea
Room had a fridge no kettle for teacoffee… if you wanted a drink you had to go during restaurant hourshelp yourself from the machine where they had coffee etc.there was several times when we wanted to drink and the restaurant wasn’t open, we had to pay…
In this day & age why don’t hotels just put a kettle in the room!?
The cleaning girls were lovely & worked hard to keep our room clean -the shower was fabulous.
The beds very comfortable.
The pool area is very nice - the kiddie area is just basically a triangle off the pool
Lots of lounges & shade.
Ziya the food manager was lovely always making sure we had what we wanted the food was delicious - nice selection of salads & hot foods also served. Breakfast was fabulous we also signed for dinner, some nights it was great, others maybe a little more variety would’ve been nice but overall we were happy.
You can walk to the beach and beach clubs from the hotel there’s also restaurants & markets close to the beach.
The hotel does provide a beach club shuttle to a beach club a mile or so away Larena Beach… I went once- I think the only problem were the guys who served just couldn’t be bothered to take your order or see if you wanted anything.
when you walk in They ask you what hotel you’re staying at and show you free loungers.

This was the worst start of our holiday, the place is awful and the pics don’t do any justice. The area was so bad it wouldn’t even be safe to walk around after dark, we only stayed for 6 hours and we had to organise another hotel ..Falcon hotel! Trust me save yourself and pay the little extra to have a decent and safe holiday Falcon or Akra hotels are by far the best ones and the area is so much better.

Wi-Fi на 8 этаже работал с перебоями, в большинстве случаев вообще не работал, персонал обуславливал это тем, что проходят ремонтные работы!!! Приходилось спускаться в лобби, чтобы подключиться к Wi-Fi. Плюс в том, что близко к морю, но очень далеко от центра. Приходилось добираться до центра более часа в час пик. Подумайте 10 раз прежде чем остановится в этом отеле!!!

Very nice although you gotta be careful. Make sure you tell the receptionist not to allow anyone in with your room number without first hearing from you. I had a terrible situation where a girl knocked at my door and gallantly jumped into my room. I was shocked and it was hard to drive her out and I couldn’t know why. I called the receptionist and he already added her document to my folder as if she was supposed to be in my room! Bad! Area is cool and beautiful, lots of clubs for real tourist fun!

Das Hotel ist aufjedenfall nicht Familientauglich. Was man leider auch sagen muss, dass 80% des gesamten Hotel betrunken ist. Leider auch der Hotelrezeptionist. Was keinen seriösen Einblick gibt. Zudem muss man auch mit kotzenden Menschen im Aufzug rechnen. Insgesamt war es eine Erfahrung die gerne nicht wiederholt werden sollte. Die oben genannten Sachen waren auch ein Grund für das sofortige auschecken

Not great... no sheets only a rough cover, no bedside lights, no tea/coffee making facility in the room, no fire instruction leaflet as we were on 6th floor, no insect net on window, shower wasnt very clean, came back to room to find door left wide open by cleaner and room unattended which is not acceptable, at breakfast had to wait for clean crockery, glasses were smeared and not very clean, restaurant wasn't open for dinner which we were only informed of on arrival, overall this hotel was only just suitable for the 2 nights we stayed, I'm glad we didnt stay longer

Cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for!!

Apon first impressions the hotel looked good, it was super clean and the cleaners were lovely and very understanding when we had the odd lie in and came back later.

The breakfast was disappointing, not much choice at all. The spa is tiny and didn't look appealing. There was no hot water in our rooms at least half of our stay probably more and we had to shower in 20°c water which according to the staff is acceptable during winter because \"its out of season\" also the same reason there was a \"routine power cut\" which we was totally unaware of! The lights are hanging from the ceiling with all wires on show, the WiFi is rubbish probably because the modem was hanging from a ceiling in the hallway right next to the light that was flickering on and off although that was better then the lights that were not working at all. The light in our room blew and we was told at 7pm we would need to wait until the morning for someone to come and fix it, we sorted it ourselves because we couldn't sit in the dark all night. No tea or coffee in our room, then we found out you had to pay for it unless you get it during the breakfast period, something about it being different coffee (tasted the same)... Don't get me wrong the staff were all polite but never will I stay here again which is ashame because we are bringing all our family and friends to antalya for our wedding which was the only reason we stayed there out of season to save any disappointments with our close ones!

The hotel was good as compared to the price. They told me that they are closing the hotel after my stay for renovation, which is good as the things it lacked would be rectified. The lift was not working on one day (they had an alternative staff lift though). The bus stop is near, like 6-7 min walk. Lara beach is about 20 min walk which is the bigger plus. They did not have kettles in the room or even in the hotel so we had some issues with that. Also, they didn't have a microwave. But staff was cooperative and overall it was a good expereince.

Good hotel, the WiFi is extremely poor. The breakfast is repetitive and so is lunch and dinner so I was told. The location is great 10min walk to the beach or 5mins by bus or you can use the hotels free bus service. I like the hotel in terms of its in a location were it’s residential so no noise at all. Buses are frequent if you want to go into the city and it’s 2 min walk from the hotel. The activities in the hotel are way to overpriced they even calculate it in Euro’s not Turkish lira we ended up doing activities from outside sources which were much cheaper.

The location is lovely next to the beach. But I was disappointed that I booked a double bed and ended up with twin beds that couldn't be pushed together. I asked if I could swap rooms and was told by the receptionist that I had to wait until 2pm for a room. I asked if I could wait in my room until that time and was told no so ended up taking the room because I was so tired. The room smelt bad like spice and the shower plug hole was blocked.

A great holiday in a quiet location

Absolutely fantastic service, staff speak English / Russian / Turkish. High-speed internet, very good in the room, on the beach. Great cafe on the beach with delicious and fresh food. A very personal approach to customers that makes it feel like I was a special guest in the hotel. The beach is very close, about 3 minutes walk. Beach clean and clear water. The perfect place for fishing. Bus stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Buses run regularly and directly to the city.

When i arrived, shower was dirty. Room cleaning happened sometimes at 08:00, sometimes at 15:00. Sometimes sheets had holes and prices at bar varied depending on staff. Don't try to pay in larger bills as after 40 minutes no one will give you a change unless you will demand it. Air conditioner is just above the room, so you can't used it while in the room and it shuts down when you go out. Airport and muslim mosque is very close, so you can't get a good sleep.

Vi lå noen dager på Tourist hotell Antalya nå i November.
Vi var heldige å fikk rom med panoramautsikt.
Rommet og hotellet var helt basic,personalet var kjempehyggelige og skal ikke se bort ifra at vi kommer igjen .

Das Hotel ist recht alt und dies ist an jeder Ecke zu sehen. Rost, lose Amaturen, Putz der von den Wänden fällt, etc. Ebenfalls sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Staff und Reinigung haben ihr bestes getan. Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, daher wird es auch laut. Ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und der Preis haben es für zwei Nächte akzeptabel gemacht.

Wellnessbereich wurde nicht genutzt, Zimmer und Frühstück waren für eine Nacht okay, sehr gute Aussicht zum Meer. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung.
