Not pleasant!
To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room!
The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work.
Was quite noisy as well.
The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it!
The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance.
To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it.

We booked a deluxe room with balcony and we got a normal small room without balcony. The staff was so mean and rude. We wanted a water boiler and they said we are not allowed in a veryyy rude way. It's one of the worst hotels..the toilet is dirty..money wasted in this stay

We would not recommend staying at Uzunhan Hotel. The hotel is very rundown and dirty – it’s in dire need of a good refurb.
•Our sheets were either unwashed or very badly stained
•We had a big hole in the ceiling in our bathroom. So bad in fact that the room stunk of cigarette smoke when someone somewhere in the hotel smoked
•The showerhead was hanging off the wall and kept on falling off
•Our smoke detector was missing
•There were wires everywhere
•The walls, floors and furniture were stained
•The pool was green
•We were woken up at 6am every morning with a loud banging noise at the front of the hotel
•When we left the hotel for the day we double locked the door, when we came back the door was only locked once, yet the cleaners clearly hadn’t been in, very strange!
•To top it off when we went to pack our car up in the morning we found a load of chopped off lamb legs surrounding the boot of our car
Do not waste your money and stay here – it cost us £70 a night to endure experiencing all of the above!

We stayed on this 4 weeks trip in 7 hotels in the areas Izmir and Ayvalik.This was the best little hotel we had this year there. Nice big room and bathroom, well equipped good breakfast and excellent service. People speak english and give there best to make you a good time.

Otel sahibini rezervasyondan önceden arayıp odalarda tuvalet banyo varmı diye sorduk evet dedi yaptırdım trivago üzerinden gittik otel sahibi girişte koltuğa yorgan atmış uyuyordu uyandırdık diye beş karış suratla kalktı ve inanılmaz kötü davrandı. Odada banyo vc yok artı ücret vereceksiniz dedi. Aradık sorduk önceden dedik resmen bizi tersledi. Odalar berbattı temizlik sıfırdı. Berbat bir otel ve berbat bir karşılama kesinlikle kimse girmesin lütfen!!

2 günlük seyahatimizde tercih ettiğimiz bir oteldi. İlk olarak otelde asansör yok ve çalışanlar ilgisiz. Odalar hijyenik değildi. Duşakabinin camı kırık, tualetin gideri tıkalıydı. Havuzu kullanmadık ama o da hijyenik durmuyodu. Otelin en iyi kısmı güzel deniz manzarasıydı. Biz kahvaltı tercih etmedik. Bir daha burda konaklamayı tercih etmeyeceğiz.

Sadece girişteki resepsiyonda duran gençler kibar ve yardımseverdi. Oda çok kötü ve kirliydi. Çarşafların hepsi kirliydi. Ama resepsiyona telefon edince hemen yenisini getirdiler. Havlulara dokunmadık bile. Gece klima çok gürültü yapınca kapatıp pencere açtık. Onda da tel olmadığı için içeri sinek girdi. Zaten sabah feribotuna kadar gecelemek için kalmıştık. O açıdan amaç hasıl oldu.

Benim için tek sorun, oda tipinden kaynaklandı, banyosu başka bir odadaydı. Bence oda tipi ne olursa olsun, banyonun oda içinde olması şart, bu bir lüks değil bir zorunluluk. Bunun dışında bir problem yaşamadım.Kliması gayet iyi çalışıyordu, yatak da bana göre gayet rahattı. Tek kişi seyahat ettiğim için, odanın boyutu benim için yeterliydi ki ben çok bavullu seyahat eden biriyim :) Havuzu kullanmadım ama gördüğüm kadarıyla temiz ve düzenliydi. Odadaki buzdolabı gayet iyi çalışıyordu ve temizdi. Giysi dolabı gayet yeterliydi. Havlu çarşaf takımları vs gibi şeylerde bir problem görmedim. Ayvalıkta iseniz büyük ihtimalle tatilinizi otel içinde geçirmeyeceksiniz zaten, merkeze arabayla 10 küsür dakikada gidebileceğiniz bir konumda olması güzel. Bir dahaki gelişimde tercih edebileceğim bir otel, sadece bu sefer banyosu odayadahil bir odada kalırım kesinlikle.

Otelin konumu, temizliği vs. güzeldi. Fakat resepsiyondaki görevli kadının tavırları çok sinir bozucuydu. Zorla orada duruyormuş gibi bir hali vardı ve suratı hep asıktı, ters cevaplar veriyordu her sorumuza. Diğer personeller ise olması gerektiği gibi gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Kahvaltıda çeşitlilik çok az, çeşit sayısı artmalı. Kahvaltı 8-10:30 arasında (11 olsa daha iyi olur). Kahvaltı saatinden sonra çay içmek isterseniz ücretli. Merkeze uzak olduğundan arabası olmayan tercih etmemeli. Minibüse bin-in çok zorlandık. Otele en yakın plaj kullanışlı değil. 1 gece Mahallede elektrik kesilince jeneratör olmadığından karanlıkta ve susuz kaldık. Wifi zayıftı.

Otele 22:00 de giriş yaptık. Check in sırasında kahvaltı saati vs WiFi şifresi gibiolanaklar hakkında Bilgi verilmedi. Aile odası olarak 1. Katta bir oda verdiler havlular pireler yıpranmış ve yırtıktı. Çarşaflar buruşuktu. Odalara çıkan merdivene mutfak önünden geçerek ulaşılıyordu ve akşam yemek kokusu kata kadar çıkıyordu. Kahvaltı ortalama idi ama masaların örtüleri de bumburuşuktu. Sadece havuza direk ulaşımı olan odalar güzel görünüyordu. Eylül ayında konakladığımız için mi ilgisiz bir işletme vardı bilmiyorum ama pek memnun kalmadık.

Otel baya kötü idi. Resepsiyonda kendi aralarında kavga ettiler ayrıca lobi de ve merdivenlerde damacanalar eski masalar ve açım kapılarda depo ve mutfak baya düzensiz ve kötü idi. Odada paslı radyötörler açık kablolar dökülmüş kırık sıvalar pis tuvalet be duş teknesi. Her şey amatörce ve kötü idi ve berbat bir kahvaltı ile bu kötü oteli taçlandırdılar. Memnun olduğum sadece havuz görüntüsü idi ama güvenmediğim için kullanmadım. Neden ödemeyi önceden istediklerini anladım, değiştirme şansım olmadığından kalmak zorunda kaldım.

Her son with Zeus, named Arcas, became the king of his land that was later referred to as Arcadia. King Arcas saw Callisto, the bear-mother of the Arcadians, and was about to shoot her when Zeus descended from Mount Olympus and placed both of them in the skies to avoid the tragedy and protect her.
Callisto became the constellation we know today as Ursa Major (Big Bear), making Arcas the Ursa Minor (Small Bear), two of the most powerful constellations in the sky, guarding the north side of the horizon.
