Although end of season, the staff at the hotel were always helpful (reception) our cleaning ladies exceptional always willing to help when asked. The chef and his assistant again never to much trouble to do you a cuppa, serve beer, etc and our whole experience has been great we enjoyed a much needed relaxing break from home and icing on the cake was our daughter and her husband also joined us for our 2nd week! Love the hotel the staff and Ayvilik is a beautiful area to stay in. We'll definately be returning next year.

Clean, tidy hotel. Staff very helpful. I was put in a corner room which had some issues incl poor wifi, toilet button that didnt flush, air conditioning that wouldnt turn on, tv that didnt work. But the staff fixed all that and then moved me to another room. This hotel is a looong way from the town centre. I assumed the restaurant and pool bar facilities would be available based on the booking details but neither were opened as yet. Overall an average stay.

Temizlik konusunda çok kötü. Yatak çarşafı, yastık kılıfı ve banyoda kıl görmekten ne uyuyabildik ne de rahatça banyoyu kullanabildik. Kahvaltı kapalı alanda yapıldığı için 50 kişi içinde kahvaltı etme riskine giremedik. Otelde konaklayanlar içinde maskeli dolaşan kişi sayısı max 5. Pandemi kurallarına uyulmamaktadır. Balkondaki kül tablası biz talep ettikten sonra boşaltıldı. Balkonda rahatça oturabilirsiniz. Sanırım oteldeki tek olumlu nokta. Aracınız yoksa ulaşım oldukça zor.

Very basic hotel and basic rooms nothing special I booked 2 rooms and paid for them . They gave me one room for the price of 2 rooms . The food was awful and the service was bad . Bath room leaking and beds are old

Genel olarak gayet iyi, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever ekip. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık ve olumsuz bir şey yaşamadık. 3 star hakkını iyi veriyor, ayrıca bir kaç detay iyileştirmesi ile ( konfor ve lüks detaya olan gereksinim genel memnuniyeti rahatsız edici boyutta değil ) 4 star potansiyeli yüksek bir Hotel ki, dediğim gibi ekstra odaklanma ile gayet iyi 4 star seviyesine çıkabilir. Tekrardan gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim bir yer. Teşekkürler tüm ekibe.

Temiz, konforlu ve çalışanların çok güleryüzlü olduğu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı; açık büfeydi ve çok çeşitli, doyurucuydu. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temizdi eğer bir temizlik problemi varsa da personellerle iletişime geçip temizlettirebiliyorsunuz. Konumu da güzeldi. Havuz soğuktu ama temizdi.

Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi

Arkadaşlarla ve aile ile gitmek için uygun, sabah kahvaltısı çok iyi, plajlardan birisine yürüme mesafesinde ötekilere uzak kalıyor, havuzuda güzel, temizlik konusunda da göze batan bir yönü göremedim. Tek sorun dolaba sonradan su koymamaları, bu konuyuda çözerlerse başka pürüz yok bana göre, gönül rahatlığı ile gidebilirsiniz.

Olumsuz yorumlara rağmen gittiğimiz ve 3 günlük konaklama sonrası memnun ayrıldığımız bir otel oldu. Konumu iyiydi. Herkesin konfor ve lüks anlayışı farklı olabilir. Parasının karşılığını veriyor fazlasını veya daha azını değil ama bazı yorumlarda okuduğumuz hijyen problemini biz yaşamadık. Gayet temizdi.

Odalarda sesle ilgili hiç yalıtım yok yanınızdaki ve üstünüzdekinin normal bir konuşmasını daha duyuyorsunuz, geç saatlerde sorun olabiliyor.

Ayvalık’tan Midilli’ye sabah geçeceğimiz için Ankara’dan varışta bir gece konakladığımız otel. Arabamız olduğundan merkezden uzak olsa da otopark sıkıntısı yaşamamak için burayı tercih ettik. Fiyatı da ucuz değildi doğrusu. Ne kadar kötü olabilir ki dedik ama gerçekten çok kötü bir deneyim oldu. Otel eski ve çok zevksiz döşenmiş. Oda sigara içilmeyen yazmasına rağmen çok fena sigara kokuyordu. Tepede beyaz florasan bir ışık vardı ve yatağın üzerindeki tek abajurun da lambası olmadığından bu ışık ile oturmak zorunda kaldık. Hava soğuk olmasına rağmen sadece pike vardı, dolaptan bir küçük yorgan bulduk. Banyo oldukça eskiydi ve havalandırma sesi çok gürültülüydü. Açıkçası bir gece konakladık ama çok konforsuz bir konaklama oldu. Resepsiyonda genç bir çocuk vardı. Sadece işini yaptı pek de yardımcı olduğu söylenemez, ertesi gün taksiyi kendimiz çağırdık. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Genel olarak aksilik vs olduğunda yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir ekip vardı. Otelin konumu güzel, sessiz sakin bir çevresi var. Kahvaltı çeşidi fena değildi ama ürünler soğuktu, tuvalet klozet aşırı pisti. Temizlik konusuna biraz daha dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Elisa otelde 22-26 Temmuz arasında konakladım. Konaklama işlemini Hotels.com üzerinden yapmıştım o yüzden gerekli işlemleri hep site üzerinden yaptım. Otele girdiğimiz ilk gün odamız duvara bakıyordu ve resepsiyondan ricada bulundum hiç ikiletmeden hem havuzu hemde denizi gören bir odaya aktardılar bizi. İlk dakikadan ilgi ve nezaketle bizi memnun ettiler 🙏 Otele gelecek olursak, eğer temiz sakin ve konumu iyi olan bir otel arıyorsanız kesinlikle tercih etmelisiniz. Ben yorumlara bakarak tercih ettim o yüzden bu yorumla bende insanlara referans olmak isterim. Otel hakkında kötü yorum yapanlar fiyatı göz ardı ediyor sanırım. Fiyatına göre gayet temiz, ilgili ve konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltı konusuna gelecek olursak evet bir miktar zayıf ama kötü diyemem. 4 gece 5 gün konaklama sürecimde bizi memnun etti. Havuz konusunda ise havuz gayet temizdi, berrak bir suyu vardı. Kısacası Ayvalık’a tekrar gelirsem tekrar tercih ederim. Teşekkür ederim.

Havuzu genişti zaten kaldığımız günlerde sadece ben kullandım. Temizlik için odama çamaşır suyu rica etmiştim verdiler. Einige elektrische Schalter in unserem Zimmer funktionierten nicht. Der Fernseher ließ sich nicht einschalten. Die Umgebung des Hotels war mit Staub bedeckt. Unser Zimmer sollte zum Pool hinausgehen. Zuerst gaben sie mir ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße hin. Sie gaben ein Zimmer mit etwas Blick auf den Pool. Das zusätzlich gezahlte Geld war es nicht wert. Wir sind nicht auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Ich bin nicht zufrieden.

Bir haftalık Ayvalık tatilimizi burada konaklayarak geçirdik. Merkezin gürültü ve hareketinden uzakta fakat 15-20 dakika keyifli bir sahil yürüyüşüyle varılacak kadar da yakın. Genelde taksi kullanmış olsak da yürüyüşle de merkeze gitmek şok kolay. Otelin temizliği gayet memnun ediciydi. Sadece komidinin üstündeki tozu bi mendille silmek gerekmiş olabilir. Halı ve yataklar gayet temizdi. Havluları yıkadıkları kimyasalı bilmiyorum ama biraz rahatsız edici bi kokusu var. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve zengin. Laf yok. Hizmet ve taleplerde de hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Güleryüzlü bir çalışan ekibi var. Odamıza her gün temizlik ve havlu talep ettik ve sorunsuz karşılandı. Gayet memnun ayrıldık. 6 gece kaldığımız için yan oda tercihimizi direkt denizi gören odaya çevirdikleri için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Balkonlardaki sandalyeler alan kullanımını kolaylaştırmak için biraz daha küçük seçilebilir.

Bu otelde 2022 de 2 gece kaldım. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Kahvaltisi güzel, Havuzun büyüklüğü ve temizliği iyi di. Sadece havuzdaki klor sanki çok azdı. O yüzden bazen değişik bir koku aldım. Bence klorun çok daha fazla olması gerekiyor.

Banyoda paslanmalar oluşmaya başlamış… ben banyo temizliği konusuna özen gösterdiğim için, maalesef çekinerek duş aldım. Ve son olarak Balkonun tozu ve camları silinirse çok daha iyi olacak:).
Hizmeti kişiye göre değişiyor ama genel anlamada ilgili idiler.

es gibt definitiv was besseres

nicht sehr freundlich die Mitarbeiter, die Herrschaften von der Rezeption sind öfter vor der tür mit ner Zigarette als am Platz. Die Putzfrauen arbeiten nicht sehr sauber bzw. von staub abwischen haben die noch nie was gehört glaub ich.Wenn mann mal ein Tee trinken will ,wird es mit 6 tl berechnet (in einem Land wo es eigentlich als selbstverständlich gilt Gästen kostenloses tee anzubieten. Mein Sohn hat sich ein Händchen kebab bestellt und es war zu erwarten ,ein Desaster! Nicht durch gebraten und nur Reis dazu ohne Tomaten, paprika oder ähnliches.
Fazit,hotel nicht zu empfehlen jedoch die Menschen um das hotel hinaus lieb und nett.Beim nächsten mal suchen wir uns ein anderes hotel in der Region.

Çok yorum yapmayı sevmem. Uzunca bir araştırma yaparak elisa oteli seçtik. Seçtiğimize bir saniye bile pişman olmadık. Herseyi ile mükemmel bir otel. Ayvalık merkeze yakın çevresindeki evler villa tipi oldukça sessiz sakin bir yerde merkezi olmasına rağmen. Ayvaliga tekrar yolumuz düşerse başka otel bakmamiza gerek dahi kalmayacak. Fiyatı ve hizmeti eş değer parasını hak ediyor. Havuzu odalari Tertemiz. Personel güler yüzlü. Ütü hizmeti bulunuyor. Ücretli şekilde.
