Stayed overnight on our journey from Sweden with our small dog. Friendly staff , very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend the hotel. It is a budget hotel , but good value for money.

This hotel is located in a very nice forest area. However the building is fully outdated. Restaurant is closed. Breakfast is limited. Stairs to go to your room are risky. I was on the 2nd floor. If you want to walk, bring your own food, skip breakfast and have peace then this place might be for you.

Es gab dort kein warmes Wasser. Der Betreiber tat so als ob das kein gängiges Problem wäre, aber scheinbar ist das ein Grundproblem von dem Haus . Das ganze Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider haben wir ein nicht so tolles Zimmer erwischt. Tür vom Kleiderschrank kaputt, Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen, Balkontür musste mit Gewalt zugezogen werden, die Mülltonne auf Toiletten leider noch mit Müll vom Vorgänger. Das schlimmste war allerdings, dass in der Dusche das Wasser nicht ablief und man bis zum Knöchel im Wasser stand...echt etwas ekelig.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung extra den Hund angegeben und das auch vorab mit dem Hotel abgesprochen, trotzdem hatten man dies bei der Zimmerverteilung vergessen und uns in ein Zimmer mit Teppich und im 2. OG (ohne Aufzug) geschickt. Wir hatten generell das Gefühl, dass man uns vergessen hatte, da auch das zugeteilte Zimmer nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer im EG ohne Teppich. Dieses wirkte sehr zweckmäßig und unvollständig Möbliert. Es gab keinen Tisch, die Couch, welche es Lt. Bildern geben sollt, gabs nicht ... Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber Lüftung im Bad ging nicht und das Wasser war auch maximal lauwarm, eher kalt. Das angestellte Personal wirkte sehr bemüht, aus den Umständen das beste zu machen und war sehr freundlich. Die Hotelleitung konnte jedoch vor Ort nicht angetroffen werden und war nur telefonisch erreichbar. Die Rezeption war durchgehend nicht besetzt. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber wirkte frisch und alles sauber. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr altbacken und der Preis war Rückblickend vollkommen überteuert. Die Lange ist mit Hund jedoch perfekt, da tatsächlich direkt im Wald gelegen.

Llegamos al hotel y no hay nadie. Un papelito en la recepción que te dice tu número de habitación, la llave puesta en la puerta y la simple info que los días 24..25..26.12 no habrá ni desayuno ni cualquier servicio por descanso del personal. Entiendo que todo el mundo quiere disfrutar los festivos, pero no hubo ni información adelantado ni reembolso de algo. Seguimos y nos encontramos en una habitación que no es de ningún estándar. Reservación para habitación doble económica (260€ por tres noches). Está una cama kingsize con el somier roto y el colchón superblando. La ropa de cama, eso sí, muy limpia. Dos mesitas con lamparita, una de ellas sin bombilla. Dos diferentes sillas de bambú de jardín. Un armario que al abrir las puertas se cae por si solo (el simple peso de las puertas). La habitación es bastante grande pero carece de cualquier tipo de decoración o ambiente. Se puede salir a un patio que solo es la parte trasera de la casa sin mas. También hay una tele y una nevera en una despensa al lado. Todos los cables están a vista. El baño esta limpio pero antiguo aún que parece que han intentado de hacer algún tipo de reforma (mampara nueva). Toallas buenas y limpias.
A partir del 27. el personal vuelve y nos encontramos con un buen desayuno, abundante y con mucha variedad. Las señoras están presentes pero como todo es de tipo bufet no se esfuerzan mucho en contactar con los clientes. Se han hecho las camas y hasta que se cambiaron las toallas. Todo en la casa es antiguo.

Ein Hotel, welches zum schlafen geeignet ist. Sauberkeit ist okay, jedoch alles irgendwie altbacken. Keine warme Küche Abends und in meinem Raum zuwenig Steckdosen, um überhaupt Strom zu bekommen, wie z.B. medizinische Geräte.
