Lovely stay at Grand Times Drmmondville. Powerful shower, comfortable bed. Did not know spare towels were located in third desk drawer until staff followed up my query. Staff helpful and responsive.
Bertrand
Cheryl
Room was very clean and the connection to the convention hall was perfect. Glass window wall was so hot which made the room hot only downfall

The property is really nice and connected to the expo hall. The only issue we had was there was no room refreshing of towels and garbage taken out of the room. We had to ask for towels

« Bel hôtel. Cependant, à 320 $ la nuit, on pourrait éviter de facturer 3 $ pour une bouteille d’eau. Sinon, très bien. Personnel très accueillant. »

Terrible lighting bad pillows. Coffee maker didn’t work. 1 ice machine for 11 floors. Over 300 a night and breakfast extra. Should’ve stayed Best Western.
James
No Accessible rooms have roll in shower
Chris
New hotel very clean good bedding shower
Kevin
Comfortable but Strange
This hotel tries to be unique but in the process some design choices are weird like no real door in the washroom, a glass wall between the shower and bedroom area and no electrical outlet on one side of the bed. Reasonably comfortable but just kind of weird
Michael
Good Stay
Hôtel was great. Clean and easy to find. Megan was very helpful during our check in. Beds were okay but not the best. Overall very good stay.
Kenneth
Nice modern hotel close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Sonya
Nice stay
Franck
I enjoyed my staying there with my family, beautiful and neat. The only thing I didn't like was the fact you need to request your room to be clean a day in advance before 2pm. Which means if check in after 3pm, your room won't be clean the next day. And the cycle can go on and on...
Apart from that everything was fine, the hot tub isn't that hot as well ☺️

We came upon this hotel as we were traveling back from the maritimes and looking for overnight accommodations. We were thrilled! We’ve already decided we will us that as our regular stop every summer.
Megan
Was great and wonderful for a stop over. Tv in room was basic and no streaming options. Breakfast was extra- we just went somewhere nearby very quick.
Cynthia
Great place beautiful hotel only door lock did not work. It was reported to front desk
Jung
Good
Mary
It was pleasantly surprising to us and we will definitely be back. I’d say that the staff need additional training. Housekeeping shouldn’t get on elevators with 4 guests and their bags. Front desk staff should be more welcoming and friendly. It is a major corridor through Quebec and staff should be conversant in English.
Jean-Francois
Great staff. Clean. Could have used some more towels.
ROSEMARIE
location ,cleanliness and breakfast at the 12 floor . look out to the city.

Reception was welcoming and thorough. The hotel is a new edifice only a few years old. It has a trendy big city vibe. The rooms have a modern stylish style.

Noisy, pillow not comfortable, staff was nice to try to stop the party on my floor

Piscine chauffée pas super chaude.

Overall ok but not the best. Check in time was long for no reason, their interact machine was out. Price was not right, no breakfast included, room didn’t have any extra pillows, blankets.

Nice place to stop
Michael
We spent only one night at Grand Times on a stopover.
It always seems odd to me when the front desk can’t match the online deal … so we literally booked online from the lobby to save $60.
Our rate did not include breakfast but was still a major savings and the breakfast was $13 each for a cold, continental.
There is a modern vibe and it looks nice, and both the lobby and room was clean and modern looking.
A few odd things included black walls with black light switches… a bit of a scavenger hunt. The one bed in our 2 bed room was actually a “Murphy bed” and could have been folded up against the wall.
There was shampoo and soap dispensers, but no conditioner or moisturizer… which seemed odd for a property that was twice the cost of others in the area.
It did have a pool that we didn’t check out but not a hot tub which we had hoped for.
An easy walk to many local restaurants and amenities which is nice. Also a nice large tv and small fridge in the room. The walk in shower was also hot and good strength which is key for me.
Overall … not sure it was worth the money, but that’s probably a personal preference depending on what your priorities are.

Hotel is clean and staff very polite. I was only sleeping there one night, so I cannot comment on the amenities. Continental breakfast was good. However, the mattress was very hard and pillows very thin. I did not sleep very well.

Great place and service!

I found the room extremely warm. In order to turn on the ac you need to contact the reception desk. You also do not have control of the AC so there was no way to regulate the temperature.
Another thing I felt was unfair- because we booked with Expedia the Continental breakfast was not included. Friends of ours booked directly with the hotel and they had the breakfast included. We both paid the same price.

The room was lovely, the gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful in trying to direct us to a place where we could order in some food. However we found this part of our stay very disappointing….we were expecting a restaurant (given size of the hotel)as we did not want to go out again after an 11 hr drive in some snowy conditions. I did not notice that there was no restaurant or bar when I booked or would have chosen another spot. We had difficulty in finding a place to order from that would deliver to hotel without having to download uber or Dash apps, we were very tired & hungry after our long drive. It would be helpful to have information in room on where you could order from close by that have a delivery service without having to order thru dash or arrange our own delivery.
For this reason I gave it a 3star rating.
