The property is clean. The staff are friendly. We have stayed here many times. Just wish they had a breakfast buffet. They do have a breakfast but you have to pay for it.
With that being said we will stay here again.

The hotel staff were very accommodating on anything we needed. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy, and always cleaned when we came back from out days out. The restaurant at the hotel was very delicious! Thanks again for a great stay!
Jeffrey
Clean, comfortable and Dianna and Cheryl (I think) were wonderful
Thomas
Great stay, pool was well maintained. Bed was comfortable, only downside was maybe only having one plug per bed stand but that’s pretty nit picky. Would definitely stay again!
Delbert
Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable and very quiet. Would recommend.
Leo
Great location, bilingual staff, nice pool, very helpful staff. Will return!
Attila
Great layout and amenities
Robert
Amenities could be better.
Maybe a little more updated rooms and hallways would improve the feel.
10 percent discount on breakfast was a little cheap. Don’t offer if you can’t do better than that.
We do like the convenience of drummonville.

Overall a fine stay. Nothing special. Dates rooms. Basic amenities. Pool area was cold. Property was clean. No breakfast included but restaurant on site.
Lindsey
Had the best night sleep in a hotel in a long time, very comfortable beds. Lots of green space for walking the dogs. I also appreciated having a first level room with patio access, to get the dogs into the room easier
Nancy
Great pool and clean room.
Sean
Clean and quiet
Patricia
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The reason this was not 5 stars is because the air conditioning was controlled by a central location and was not working well as the room did not cool enough for a comfortable sleep. Other than that, the room was nice.
Brenda
Restaurant in hotel was excellent. Amazing food and service. Highly recommend.

Easy on and off the trans Canada highway. Pet friendly with a charge. Restaurant attach good breakfast selection $$. Other Restaurant near by within walking distance and a Wendy’s. Staff spoke in both French and English, made our one night stay easy. Thank you.
Marie
Except for the situation with room access and parking it was all very good. Parking was in from of the unit through patio door that could only be locked from the inside. So when you came to the hotel you went to the room unlocked the patio door, returned to get you car took it through the secured parking then entered the room. If you needed to go out for dinner and wanted to leave the room locked you would have to exit the room move the car. Return thru the front to lock the patio door.
Thomas
Staff were very attentive

Clean room and nice staff
Annick
Linda
As advertised

Chambre au niveau du stationnement, très humide, moustiquaire ne tient pas, porte patio vraiment sale. Prix inacceptable pour ce type de chambre.

Comfortable bed, spacious room and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the HVAC system in the room was very noisy and inefficient in cooling the room. It needs to be repaired or replaced.

Breakfast shoul have been included in price of room
Vincent
The room insulation is horrible. I could hear the persons iPhone vibrating and ringing in the room beside me or above me (couldn’t tell exact location). The door was also poorly insulated as I could hear everything in the hallway. Did not sleep much.
Rhonda
This is a great stop on the TransCanada Highway, the beds are sooooo comfortable and the property is well maintained.
Manon

This was our second time staying at Best Western Drummondville and we were every bit as pleased this time as we were the first time. The staff couldn't be any friendlier if they tried! The room was clean, nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable. One of my favorite hotels to stay at because of how clean it is and how wonderful the staff is !

Wonderful rooms, lots of amenities, great staff. You get a coupon for breakfast at the restaurant which is appreciated.

I stay at this hotel five nights a month, I can compare: it would be fine if the price reflected its aging condition. $217 on a Tuesday night? The price should be around $140... The rooms are outdated but clean. The indoor pool and hot tub are a plus. Breakfast is not included, but is available at Pacini restaurant, accessible from inside the lobby. The staff is courteous.
Pavlina
Such a great stay - Third time there. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Rooms clean and comfortable. Pool is great, hot tub is wonderful, restaurant is exceptional.

Great bed, lovely jetted tub and darkening curtains. However, the hallways were awfully noisy. Kids running, people yelling and the staff started vaccuming at 8 am. Not great for resting.
Heather
The hotel was ok for an overnight stay en route. Close to the highway, fairly quiet, ok restaurant on site, close to other restaurants etc. Room was fine, nothing special, nothing wrong either. Bed was ok.

The Pool was so warm the kids love it.

We usually have a great stay, but every time we encounter Chantel (this was our 3rd time) at the front desk, we’re met with rudeness, snark, and up-charges she seems to make up front thin air, that no other staff ever issue us. She makes the stay unenjoyable and uncomfortable.
