Lovely accommodation - could not fault it!
Wished we had stayed longer instead of just an overnight stop.
After hours check-in process was straight forward and easy to follow.
The room itself was spacious, clean, modern and had all the amenities you would need.
We were very impressed!
If contemplating where to stay around the area or on your way to/from Sydney (like we were) don’t go past this place - book it!!

So called standard double room is a caravan type thing called a \"tiny room\". Photos on the website show a more expensive double room. Therefore misleading. The staff told me I couldn't upgrade to a bigger room because I had booked via Expedia. Charging station for EVs was out of order. Charging an EV using an AC outlet is prohibited in their rules. Would never stay here again. Be warned.

Stayed here one night in a Suite - #20 - and it was fantastic - renovated really tastefully - heaps of power points and thoughtfully/sensibly placed with heaps of USB outlets incorporated.
Really well equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment for Brekkie - really comfortable bed and nice warm split system A/C - off the main street and very quiet nights sleep. Very roomy suite.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat - very good value - satisfied in every way
Parking right outside the entry door.
No negatives at all - Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Arrived 5.45 to find reception shut. Time stated on hotels.com 6.00. Reception phone said details of getting key sent to phone . No it hadn't . The hotels.com description is also very misleading. We booked what we thought was a ‘basic’ room. en suite bathroom was described as \"detached\" with bathrobes. It did not say it was OUTSIDE and there were no bathrobes. Apart from that everything was clean and well looked after.

On arrival told I'd booked a room which had outside bathroom. After telling her not acceptable she changed me to a cabin with a terribly noisy split system a/C which squeaked so loudly couldn't hear the tiny little TV provided. The mattress on the bed was very hard and the base squeaked nearly as loudly as the a/C. Only one side of the bed had a bedside table and there was no couch to sit on.

The stay was fine. Getting a room without a bathroom was not. The hotels.com description is very misleading. We booked what we thought was a ‘basic’ room. Was not until we paid for it that it was described as a “tiny room”. And on check in were told to the bathroom was “exterior “.

We mistakenly booked a Tiny Home instead of a Suite. The Tiny Home is like a well-equipped caravan but without a bathroom and toilet. Each is situated next to a private bathroom that means exiting the Tiny Home and going down a few steps outside. Since we are a couple in our late 70s this was an unwelcome challenge for post-midnight manoeuvres. Good concept, better if younger.

I stayed in one of the Tiny Homes, which was ideal for travelling on my own. Very tiny but well setup and equipped with spacious ensuite just outside the door into the house. Everything seemed brand new and very well looked after. No ice cube tray so BYO if you need ice.

Would definitely stay again.

We had never been to Gundagai before and weren't sure where to stay, but we definitely made the right decision. Don't be deterred by this accommodation being co-located with a caravan park. The room we had was as good as any hotel room we have stayed in. It looked brand new, was very spacious, well-fitted out and comfortable. Location-wise it was perfectly positioned to easily explore the many interesting attractions in and around Gundagai. The main street was only a 2 minute walk away. Staff were professional and very helpful, including giving good tips on local businesses. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

This was a perfect stay. We stayed in the 'motel room' style rooms. Gundagai gets really cold at night, but the rooms were toasty warm and super clean. All the cutlery, microwave, extra blankets, kettle, iron, ironing board, plates etc were provided. Huge room, modern lovely bathroom. And the owners were so cheerful, friendly and welcoming. When driving there, just make sure you ask Google maps where the \"Gundagai Tourist Suites\" are, do not plug in the street address, since google is wrong! But that isn't the owners' fault at all :)
