Good hotel with lousy shower

Located about 5 minutes walk from the T2 tram line. Close to many restaurants.
Was going to Roland Garros and was about 30 minutes on the 123 bus.
Hotel has restaurant that serves buffet meals for an additional cost.
Room was clean and comfortable. However the shower was very finicky and would swich from scalding hot to ice cold in seconds and as such made it difficult to have a decent shower.

The service seemed like it pained them to deal with us when we tried to buy some water at the bar. Check in was smooth, but now from reading other reviews and what we also experienced, they have a real problem with black mold! See attached pictures of our bathroom. Other than that the hotel did have a place to park your car and for the price, if was an ok stay. $12-15 Uber ride to the Tower from here.

Nice size of room, considering the low cost per night. Only stayed for a quick overnight between flights, so I didn't get to explore too much around the area. Seems like a nice quiet neighborhood that is outside of the tourist hustle-and-bustle... but still conveniently located in the Issy Les Molineaux area, which is also next to the Beaugrenelle commercial district... and not too far from the Eiffel Tower. Will try staying there again.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is great.

Room is cleaned every day. Towels are changed.
On our last night, I had to call the reception as we only had one bath towel. Ja the receptionist informed me that because we are checking out the next day, I only get one towel between me and my husband.I had to argue with him and then handed me a towel for the floor! I told him, I paid for my stay there so he cannot give me a reason that there's no towel or it was our last night.
He gave me one but Was dissappointed, I had to ask for it.

Ordinary hotel with basic breakfast, nothing fancy, but if you (like me) looking for space where you’ll just sleep is more than good. Metro and tram very close, area is very quiet and friendly staff make it you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Quiet, comfortable and friendly

I spent three nights at this hotel in October. The accommodation was clean and comfortable -- no complaints. I did opt for the breakfast but think that next time I might eat elsewhere just because I have gluten sensitivities and the choices were limited. The locale was very quiet and it was near to public transportation -- both the tramway, the RER and not so far from the metro. The cost was also quite reasonable. There are also a number of restaurants in the area that I know are good. Would stay here again.

I'd stayed in this hotel a few years ago and had a nice stay so I booked a 2 night stay on a room only basis for this year's trip to Paris. The room was fine, quite petite but clean and contained all the essentials. I didn't take breakfast as there are plenty of food shops nearby that are reasonably priced.

My only issue is that my room didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign to hang and housekeeping started entering our room constantly from 9am, so we couldn't lie in or relax in the room. It was particularly annoying as checkout time is relatively late (noon) so we thought we'd have a leisurely morning before leaving on our final day but as housekeeping kept coming in the room (3 times) we ended up just leaving so we could get some peace.

So all in all whilst the rooms were fine and the location was great for our plans in Paris, it wasn't as relaxing as I hoped it would be.

Didn’t ask for a wake up call...

Each morning around 8:30 I was awoken by the cleaning staff, even if the do not disturb sign was on the door, this annoyed me each day, I could accept the first couple of days but every day is not nice. There was also construction work going on within the hotel so whenever I was in my room a constant drilling sound or banging was there to greet me, this was not the relaxing hotel stay I thought I would be getting

Nice modern hotel at a reasonable price

I have been travelling to this area in Paris for the last few months (December 2017 to February 2018) and have tried many hotels within a budget and have found this by far to be the best on offer. Rooms are of an ok size for short stays, the hotel is very clean and modern and the staff very friendly and helpful and the food at the hotel is good.

The Tram is close by as are a number of other good restaurants. I will be reccomending this hotel to other colleagues who need to travel for business and need to stay close to this location.

Convenient, clean and cheap

This hotel is located in a perfectly salubrious but nondescript area on the fringes of central Paris. What it lacks in character it makes up in comfort, service and price. If I was tourist I would stay elsewhere, but to visit family and friends on the south-western borders of Paris, this is perfect.

Rooms are tiny but not surprising in Paris area. Bedding very good. Rooms are perfectly clean. Missing towels ( only 1 per person) in the bathroom as some amenities. Surprising for a 3* hotels. Looks like 2*.
Free Wi-Fi is antiquated and a pain in the b... Throughput is very low.
Fantastic breakfast with excellent bread and great variety of food.
Good stay ruined when checking out : they made a mistake and charged too much. My wife realized that but the guy at the desk started to disagree loudly, refusing to review... Pitiful service, agressing the Customer. Lost 20mn to make them realize and admit they have done a mistake. No apologies on top of that. Really, a pity,this last moment ruined our pretty good impression. Hope the guy at the desk will be blamed. I asked wether he was an intern or full time employee. He is a full time employee. Bad.

Good price for Paris!

Stayed for one night whilst visiting friends. Room clean and tidy and a good price but rather on the small side as we had dog who could barely fit on the floor beside the bed! Had meal in the restaurant but would advise to go elsewhere as various restaurants in the locality would I'm sure be an improvement. Breakfast was 9.50 Euros per person which was pricey for what you got.

We stayed at the above hotel for a touch rugby tour as there was a women's tournament in Paris that we were attending. The hotel itself was fine, service was good and food was much better than we were expecting for the quality of hotel, especially breakfast. However, upon arrival, we were told (having come from all over Englabd by plane and Eurostar), that the hotel did not have our booking, despite our clear email confirmation and paid receipt from hotels.com. After an hour and a half of negotiating with the hotel and hotels.com, the error was rectified and we stayed as previously arranged. Needless to say, this was very stressful and not the best start to our trip. I would think twice before booking with hotels.com again.

A simple comfortable hotel (with free wifi) just outside Paris but reasonably close from RER C and Tramway. Neighborhood is not the best but the hotel amenities make it worthwhile when you want to stay close to Paris main areas (St Michel station at 30 mins door-to-door). Decently sized room and bathroom (for Paris), very clean.

Comfortable, busy hotel in non-central location

Our room was clean and relatively spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location is outside Paris \"intra muros\" - it would take about 30-40 minutes to get to Notre-Dame via public transport - but the neighbourhood is fine. The main drawback of the hotel is that it seems to specialise in package tours: busloads of tourists arrive and leave at the same time, making it a bit noisy at times. A door was creaking from a nearby room. We mentioned it to the staff on several occasions during our 4-day stay but it was not fixed.

Comfortable Hotel

We stayed there four nights, and also stayed another two hotels. Ibis Moul Val De Seine is located in a quiet area, so we could sleep very well. After two nights stay, we got more familair with its enviorment, there is a big Auchan supermarket there, so we can buy some food instead of eating outside (5 minutes walking, turn left when you step out of the hotel). In the oppsite of Auchan, Tram 2 is the nearest transport.

Nice area couple of minutes from the center

Overall, great, clean hotel for the price and very comfortable. Only thing is that it's a little bit of a way from the center of Paris (about half an hr train ride perhpas). However, the surrounding area seemed to be safe and was also convenient - stores nearby including a major supermarket as well as a number of restaurants. We had the best Kebabs at a corner cafe that you can find on the way to the train - highly recommend it! Small downside for us was that none of the staff spoke English too well... good enough to get by though.

Un bon endroit lorsque je viens travailler dans le quartier, il y a des restaurants et boulangeries à proximité si vous ne voulez pas bénéficier du repas sur place, ce n'est pas très loin du RER et du tramway.

Nous sommes venus en amoureux pour une nuit l’emplacement de l’hôtel et son environnement rien à redire endroit calme et à 15minutes de la Tour Eiffel
Cependant nous avons été déçu car réveillés à 7h du matin par l’alarme à incendie dû à une tartine laissée dans un grille pain mais le réveil de la dame de chambre à 9h qui entre sans s’assurer au préalable que nous y étions encore présents Je trouve ça plus que moyen.
Pas de geste au niveau du petit déjeuner pour s’excuser et on nous dis « j’espère qu’il vous restera quelque chose à manger car le buffet ferme dans 15 minutes  » juste après de nous avoir démuni de 25 euros pour deux petits déjeuners
