Rooms were fairly clean, but quite dated. We checked in, and shortly after asked to move rooms due the mattresses being extremely dated and worn. We asked to cancel a nights stay but the hotel staff wouldn’t budge and said e were passed cancellation policy. By 45minutes. Overall poor stay for the price of the nights stay.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was really nice. My kids loved having a nice long bath!
The breakfast in the morning was great! It was a very busy morning there and there wasn't a lot for seating.
The whole property was clean, and overall was a good experience.

The extra sofa was nice for sitting with visitors. The bistro table was a fine touch but without chairs..useless. The flooring was new but not I am not sure how I felt about no mats anywhere. Bring slippers! The whole room was clean but appeared to just be thrown together after a renovation. The was no dust ruffle or cover over the box spring so this ugly turquoise box spring was exposed to the room. The mattress on the bed appeared to have no quilting or ticking over the springs. It seemed that it was probably installed upside down. It was very uncomfortable. I also wish more hotels would realize that low boy toilets are not very comfortable for especially seniors or those with mobility issues. Also super funny was the 4 foot reach for the TP. The staff was great, breakfast was fine.

This place is a gem in Okotoks! Great location, well kept and an excellent gym and breakfast. It’s a smaller hotel so I wouldn’t suggest it for noisy sports teams or late night partiers. Great for those wanting a quiet stay or with more mature groups. I loved the suite with the single room and separate living area. Huge TVs in both bedroom and living room. It was very nice having coffee, tea and juice available throughout the day.

There were unreasonable charges for things like not turning in your keys. The property does not appear to have been updated since it's construction and the rooms smelled of smoke. Most importantly some wires plugged into the walls had scorch marks on them and looked like despite the electrical hazard they had been left there a long time.

Lobby was inviting and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was average but also saw there were bbq for longer stays. Various restaurants nearby. Room was nice except being right on first floor facing parking lot it was a bit bright overnight due to lighting, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to book at back of hotel. Overall good!

The toilet didn’t work so we were put in a smaller dirty dingy room. The bedspread had to be changed. The carpets are crusty.
Breakfast was out of virtually everything by 9. It runs till 10.
We were not offered any compensation of any kind for the downgrade to a smaller and quite dingy room next to the laundry room.

Hotel sign said established in 1999 but furniture looked 70s. Room was partially renovated, carpets removed, for lament flooring. Beds were comfortable, but high dusting and attention to detail in cleaning needs to get more attention. found a eye dropper on the bathroom ledge, writing on the mirror when done showering seen through the steam. Dusty on the head board above the beds Over all a not a terrible stay.

I’ve stayed here 25+ times! It’s my go to place. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Super clean and comfortable and no complaints honestly.
No hot tub or pool or anything for kids but I don’t care it’s perfect place for me and my girlfriend.

The room was clean and cozy, the beds are too soft and we woke up with sore backs. I know it's tough to accommodate every ones likes. I missed the breakfast so no idea how the food was. The walls are thin and you can hear every one around you and in the hallways and the showers temps fluctuate when someone around you is also showering. Overall it was fine for the price.

Booking a room through their Ai automated system couldn’t be done . Hung up and booked a night on trevago, recalled direct to hotel where the check in person could not find the block of rooms pre booked at agreed pricing. 1/2 hour later package found and booked. No e- mail confirmation recieved as discussed. at hotel on arrival same desk person insisted no reservation made? Came back later 1/2 hour finally found reservation but insisted credit card # not there and required for damage deposit and others . Room not cleaned cleaning crew never in room. Don’t leave room in morning as desk clerk clears room keys at 0800 to 0830 every day. ( cleaning crew says that’s normal) . Problem with warm water for shower. Heater system extremely loud and a lack of sound proofing between rooms. More attention needs to be taken to the fruit in the breakfast room. Notified desk clerk after breakfast that room cards were shut off and needed redone to get into room and would be back to check out . On getting back clerk pushed receipts across desk and said they were charged on credit card. I notified clerk I wanted to pay with a debit card and she became belligerent and didn’t want to do that. After a conversation she then redid the charges . An extreme lack of training in customer relations was revealed in all aspects during interaction with the desk clerks.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel and our room was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only heat in the room was a window unit which was a constant hum to keep the room warm enough on a -35 day. I didn't mind because I like white noise, but something to consider. We had an outer-facing room on the main floor and the extremely bright light outside our window shone into the room even with the curtains closed tightly. I had to hang blankets on the windows to keep the room dark enough for sleep, but I require darkness to sleep. The hotel was very nice and quiet with plenty of free parking. The free breakfast was better than some restaurants I have eaten at. The dining area was lovely, overlooking the timber frame lobby, it felt like eating at a ski resort. It was very easy to get in and out of the parking for the hotel from the main road through Okotoks.Definitely would stay here again.

I have stayed here often and this is the first time the room had such a strong smell of a room deodorizer that it made my eyes water. Tried a few rooms until one was found that wasn't so strong. I just get concerned that they're using room deodorizer to hide something unpleasant. Rooms are generally clean, bathroom a little to be desired.

I had a room with 2 queen beds. One bed was lumpy so I switched to the other which was better. There were no blackout curtains, so it was quite bright from the street lights outside. The tub drain was clogged, so when you shower you are standing in a lot of water. The breakfast was not good. I ate around 9:30, so the hash browns and eggs were awful. Would not stay here again.
