Great location in the heart of Rome. Most major attractions are within walking distance — about 25 minutes to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps, and around 35 minutes to the Colosseum (or 15 minutes by metro).
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was cleaned and the bed made every day. The hotel is clean, well presented, and located on the second floor. The shower was spacious and we appreciated the free water dispenser with reusable bottles provided.
Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. The only minor issues were that the ground floor buzzer didn’t seem to work on arrival, and the underside of the decorative bed runner had a stain.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location.

The sink basin was cracked the light fittings were bent on the wall, the headboard was damaged, the table had a broken glass top. The pipes were also noisy. Filthy under the bed. There are no common areas to use. But it is central.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated, small (tight for 2), and overlooked the Main Street Via del Corso. It was extremely loud at night. We used white noise in order to drown out the crowd, cars, garbage, etc. It is centrally located and the checkin and checkout process was very easy.

For 3 nights our stay was really good! The room was smaller than we expected but still nice. Breakfast was great and the lady serving was lovely! Offered scrambled eggs and cappuccinos every morning which was amazing. This is a boutique hotel so it’s only on one floor of the building but instructions to get in were easy to follow! We did think the sauna / spa was a free option however we found out it costed €50+. The area of the hotel was amazing and had so much shopping and food options around! Really central!

The hotel is situated in the center of Rome, it’s a small boutique hotel by US standards. It’s a little difficult to get to because cars cannot drive up to the front door. However, the front desk staff especially, Samanta, was exceptional. She is helpful, extremely accommodating, great disposition, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We also had a safe incident where I couldn’t get into my safe. they arrived and saved us in the middle of night since we were due to leave early morning. Bed was comfy, shower was nice. I have to say the reception area is a bit small and a little off putting but it was a great place to stay for a night. They also helped us get an early morning taxi.

My room was clean and had everything I needed except an iron. The location is perfection! 3 min walk to the Spanish steps, 9 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and it’s in the middle of all the designer shops and the best restaurants. Chanel, Dior, LV, YSL, Fendi, Diesel etc….all a 5 min walk or less.

It was 97 degrees and we left at 7 for another hotel because we were flying out the next day and needed to be able to charge our phones for alarms/ride pick up/etc. They would not refund any amount of the stay, even though the room was unlivable.

The room itself was nice, but a bit small. We thought we paid for a slightly bigger room than we got, so the size of the room was a bit surprising at first. Also, we did get our room cleaned but they did not give us towels or clean certain areas. However, our stay here was mostly positive and we would recommend staying here! Its a great location.

Amazing… if you don’t mind a Little Natural Musk
Stay would have been AMAZING- great location of Rome, tasteful, modern, and very spacious room- however we had one MASSIVE issue. Our shower was somewhat clogged from day 1 and would not drain properly throughout the trip. This limited us to taking 2 min maximum or so minimal showers so the shower didn’t overflow onto the ground. We notified the desk twice and they said they would have a handyman come the next day- but nothing was done about it- it never improved. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great, room was beautiful and clean and staff were friendly. This one issue we had was a major one and caused me to leave a 3 vs 5 star review. I do think there is a good chance we just got “unlucky”- but we can’t really say for sure. It’s probably worth it if you get a good deal- but we are proof that you may have a “classic” trip to Roman Holiday in the worst case.

The hotel is very cute! It’s located on a busy little street, surrounded by stores and places to eat. The staff was very friendly/helpful! You are given codes to get into the building which allows you to come and go as you please. There is an elevator inside also, which is very helpful if you have luggage! They do serve breakfast which looked delicious but we did not take advantage of that.
The beds were slightly uncomfortable which would be our only tiff with the stay.

Charming boutique hotel. It’s in an old building not far from the Tiber River and in a shopping district. The hotel itself is between a Levi’s shop and a Tommy Hillfiger. There were some restaurants conveniently located around the corner and in a trendy area. The rooms were clean and quiet. Not much of a view but the breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was friendly and right on top of things. Typical European breakfast, hard boiled eggs, pastries, sliced meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, a selection of breads, tomato’s and cucumber. Coffee and cappuccino, tea, juice. The attendant offered to make us scrambled eggs. We said yes. We arrived on an early flight and we needed to store our luggage which the Hotel Relais offered to do. But when we got there the elevator was not working. We were going to have to go up two flights of stairs to reception but an attendant was sent down to help us. They got the elevator working when we arrived later on to check in. I like a firm mattress but the mattress in our room was “very” uncomfortably hard. My husband did not seem to notice. No parking provided. You would need to find a space on the street or parking garage. Transportation is nearby. Taxi available 1/2 a block away. 15-20 minute walk to Vatican City. Same to Trevi Fountain. Across from St. Ambrose Church. Staff and reception were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

The old, small, but functional elevator, held our very large luggage, and helped us get it up to the hotel floor.
We had a large room, which is unique for Rome, which helped us with our large luggage.
The breakfast was fresh, and absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this unique, small gem of a hotel.

Much more basic than the photos suggest. Was overall fine, though the shower in our room leaked and also didn’t drain properly. The most uncomfortable thing about this hotel was the lack of soundproofing. No street noise, which was a pleasant surprise given the very busy area. But you could hear people move in the next room. Didn’t sleep well any of the nights we were there.

The trip started well, the messaging and information provided beforehand was very good. The welcome at reception was also good. But, we booked a superior double and were given a standard double. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor - if you slept too long on one side you’d be paralysed in the morning! The air conditioning stopped working after the first night of a three night stay and was no longer available. The TV didn’t work and the noise from the street outside was at times deafening from early in the morning until late then sporadically through the night.

I had a great experience here. A wonderfully central location, very secure and super clear instructions on how to get there. The staff were helpful and the room was lovely. Only thing missing was a peg to hang my towel but otherwise a superb stay!

This is a beautiful location. Our room looked out onto a beautiful church and the main street. This has positives and negatives. You will hear a lot of city noise all night long, If you are used to that kind of thing it's no problem. It's close to many beautiful things to see in Rome within walking distance. Definitely worth getting the breakfast. They put out a beautiful spread and beautiful service. I know everybody is used to their own bed at home, but the beds here felt very very hard to me. The rooms were clean and beautiful.

Bad mattress and hidden fees
The location is great to visit the sights but directly on a Main Street so be prepared for noise at all hours. The mattress was hard as a rock and bruised my shoulders and hips it was so uncomfortable. They told us we could bag drop on checkout morning but didn’t tell us there was a fee until after we returned to pick the bags up. $36 for two bags and two backpacks for two hours is outrageous. We would have chosen differently had we been told of the fee upfront. The breakfast lady was lovely and the breakfast choices / food was good.

Perfect stay for a solo traveller
Had a fantastic stay here during my trip to Rome. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of all the major sights! Would definitely recommend!

This property is nice and clean just rooms have courtyard views and when u book upgraded rooms doesnt really matter it’s what’s available at the time I feel like I paid more and still got the basic room but other then tht it was fine
