We absolutely loved our short stay here. Everything was perfect and the staff were excellent. It was so relaxing hanging out at the pools and the beach and we also loved the breakfast and dinner buffets - especially the wine! We will definitely be back.

There was a beach volleyball camp happening at the hotel when we stayed there, so no quiet days or evenings at the beach, beach bar, fewer chairs, and loud music all day long that could be heard everywhere on the property. The beach was covered with about 20 volleyball courts. This apparently happens for several weeks each year. Cannot recommend because of the false advertising (the pictures show a beach dotted with sun umbrellas); the hotel did not notify us.

Staff have a take it or leave it attitude. Not interested in feedback or making guests feel appreciated. Sort of resort factory attitude. Place quite crowded. Doesn’t feel much like Italy. Big buffet but nothing much for veggies. Beach a bit scruffy.

Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good. Accommodation was tired but we stayed in the older version that had cooking facilities, the newer rooms looked less tired. Not a lot to do in the local area but plenty to keep you occupied in the resort. Free water sports tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, ping pong, bikes and lots more was fab.

Well maintained gardens, pool areas very clean, no need to fight over sun beds, nice private beach, rooms were kept very tidy, We enjoyed the beach, the beautiful scenery around hotel. Some staff are a bit rude, food wasn't the best, breakfast had little options, we dint had a meal place and that was good as we tried dinner there once for 25 eur per person and it's was absolutely terrible, two pasta dishes to choose from, frozen fish and beef, nothing tasty. Do your own research and find some good restorants around we found the one called RISTROT was the best. 15 min driving.

Honestly I can't fault anything in this resort, my family and I stayed 9 nights and can't wait to come back.

the service and staff are simply excellent. They are courteous, professional, and pleasant.
The cleaning of the whole site is impeccable, an army of cleaners make sure that all is in order, in very short time.
The pools are lovely and well layed out, the site is stunning and the beach has perfect sand.
Be sure to give Antonio a nudge for watersports, he's an absolute legend

We came at the end of the season( October half term)
Big mistake!
Luckily we are a family of 6 having our first holiday together for 4 years so we could make our own entertainment and spend some uniterupted quality time together. Good job for uno cards!

The staff at the hotel are excellent - without exception! The hotel has good shared facilities; dining, bar, pool, tennis courts etc. The vast majority of rooms are not the image they show. They’re basic but functional and as long as you don’t expect too much, they’re fine. Bear in mind the vast majority of time you’ll be in Sardinia is spent outside the rooms are all you need. Only gripe is a small immersion heater in each room means probably 2 showers, then a wait for a half hour for the hot water to recharge. We were 2 adults and 2 kids so was a little tricky. But no big deal. If you’re going to Sardinia to be outdoors, stay in a place with fantastic local staff and enjoy the hotel’s facilities this is a great place. If you’re a room lounger and spend hours in your room I’d go elsewhere.

A disappointing stay, this is not a 4 star hotel.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and wished I had done a little bit more research. The hotel is filled almost entirely by Mark Warner for the British clientele and Going for the Italians. They specialise in sport orientated holidays. This location is geared towards sailing and windsurfing.
Most of the rooms are small bungalows type accommodations. There is also two rooms just above the dining room, 311 and 312. I had the bad luck to be in one of them. The soundproofing is so bad you get awaken at 7 when breakfast starts and in the evening, the noise will keep you awake till the last diners have left. You can also clearly hear the people in the room next door, the walls are paper thin.
Do not expect gourmet cuisine, it is a buffet with very little choice if you do not eat meat.
Fortunately we booked with only breakfast included and only had dinner once on the day we arrived, at a charge of 30 euros.
There are a few very nice and much better value restaurants within a 15 minutes drive.
The resort is very isolated, if you do not have a car you are pretty much stuck there.
The beach is not good for young children as the water gets deep within a couple of meters and large waves constantly crash on the shore. Swimming was forbidden for 2 days running because of the size of the waves.

My room was between 2 junkyards

Totally unacceptable room between two junkyards, that they assigned us to.
After promising they will put our room for sale and if sold they would refund us, I found out after insisting for quite some time thAt they only put it for sale for two days, when they should have put the 8 days remaining. After insisting further they did put it on sale for the 7 days remaining, but it was not sold.
The room walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors' every sound.
Telephone in the room does not work-at all.
You cannot watch TV from bed as it is on the wardrobe's corner.
Room for 4 people is 15 sqm.
There is nothing around the hotel so they get monopoly for where you spend your money. I really wish I didn't have to eat there every night.
Insufficient sunbeds, you can't find a free one after 9.15 AM.
Pool too small for so many people
Beach towels can only be changed once. A week no matter what.
Electricity keeps going on and off
There is no welcome drink or explanations of hotel facilities or rooms, if you break one of their rules, they just scream at you.
Tap water is not drinkable and they do not supply you with any water outside the bar and minibar, which you pay for.
There is no room service.
Not even the bar offers table service, so you must get it all yourself.
There is no a la carte restaurant/menu

Nice resort with a private beach

Perfect resort for families with children including teenagers, I wouldn't recommend it for couples. Full of activities and entertainment for teenagers and children during the day. Food it's Ok nice buffet and also have a second restaurant open a couple evenings per week. Majority of customers are English and Italian and the environment is very calm and relax.

Wir hatten ein tolles Prestige Zimmer mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Das Zimmer wurde täglich blitzsauber gereinigt. Da die Anlage sehr groß ist kamen täglich viele Schritte zusammen um zum Frühstück, Strand oder Pool zu gelangen, fanden wir aber gut. Weniger gut fanden wir, dass unzählige Motorräder mit in die Anlage genommen wurden und diese früh morgens lautstark gestartet wurden und teilweise sogar rücksichtslos durch die Anlage gefahren wurde. Da muss das Hotel dringend etwas ändern. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir woanders gebucht. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und reichlich. Allerdings auch langweilig, da es keinerlei Abwechslung bei den Produkten gab. Wir haben auch mal das Abendbuffet ausprobiert. Am sardischen Abend gab es tolle Produkte. An einem anderen Abend hat uns das Essen eher nicht überzeugt. Leider wirkte auch das Personal eher desinteressiert und wir haben uns an anderen Orten schon deutlich willkommener gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am weitläufigen Strand ist schön. Wer gerne wandert kann auch ein paar Hügel erklimmen und tolle Ausblicke genießen. Uns hat das gefallen. Ansonsten ist die Region rund um Cardedu nicht sonderlich spektakulär. Die hauseigenen E-Bikes haben wir ebenfalls getestet. Diese sehen besser aus als sie sind ;) Fazit: Wer gerne chillt und einfach nur von der Liege am Pool zur Liege am Strand wechselt und Buffets im Sinne „all you can eat“ mag, ist hier sicher gut aufgehoben.

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet.
Frühstück von guter Qualität. Frisches Obst etc. verfügbar.

Schönes Hotel, das ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat (va wenn man früh bucht).
Der größte Vorteil ist der direkte Strand Zugang mit den kostenfreien Liegen (ab 3. Reihe).

A 20min ci sono spiagge decisamente più belle degne della Sardegna tipo Cea, cala Ginepro, o Orrì

Grosses Ressort, etwas abgelegen, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Blick auf den Garten. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück, mit Ausnahme des Kaffees. Vom Parkplatz wird man mit Golfcar zum Zimmer gebracht. Pool gross, Meer mit Sandstrand. Gutes und günstiges Abendbuffet.

We loved the entire resort - the location far away from crowded town centres amidst pure nature, the neat low buildings where the apartments were located in, the green surroundings and the wonderful plants that made us feel like living in a botanical garden, the pool areas, the wonderful beach with opportunity to lend canoes and SUP boards, the animation programme, the cleanliness of the entire resort, the friendlyness of the staff (from housekeepers up to CEO). The only thing that could still be improved was the food: a bit more variety of bread and salads at the breakfast buffet, a bit more variety of salads at the dinner buffet. Furthermore, the dines of the dinner buffet were only lukewarm and got cold rather quickly. We had dinner only once and decided not to have it at the hotel again for the aforesaid reasons.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday at Perdepera Resort and will definitely come back. If you don't need a beach promenade with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, discos and people in the evenings, Perdepera Resort is the place to be!

Die Anlage ist weitläufig und hat eine direkte Strandlage. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und mit einer Terrasse ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück ist überschaubar aber ausreichend. Wir waren zwar nur einmal zum Abendessen, das hat uns aber nicht überzeugt.
Kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, um zu Ausflügen in die Natur zu starten oder einfach am Strand zu entspannen. Beim Essen geht es teilweise laut und wuselig zu und man wird am Strand/Pool, in der Bar und im Restaurant oft mit lauter Musik beschallt. Was wir toll fanden: Das Familienzimmer hat eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Herdplatten.

Die Lage ist toll. Es liegt am endlos langen Sandstrand und drum herum ist nichts. Das Buffett ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Familienzimmer sind groß, sauber und haben eine schöne Terrasse.
