It is a nice hotel but if your room is on the first floor it is VERY LOUD from the rooms above you. I had to complain 2 times about it being so loud in my room that I am being woken up from sleep and the staff did not offer me to move to a different room. It was not a relaxing stay at all and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very noisy! We had room 102 and I think it was either above or below the kitchen, as it was noisy till late at night and then the noise started up again at 3:00am. Very disappointing and not very relaxing

A gem on the hill
The hotel was fairly easy to find, located just off the main road in from Tortoli and smack bang in the middle of the town. I have to say all the staff were amazingly friendly from the moment we ambled into the reception. The rooms are quite large and the on we were given had a !massive! bed. The on-site restaurant, although a little pricey, delivers great food and great service so you won't leave disappointed. The Spritzes mixed at the on-pool bar are a dream as well as dangerously relaxing, to the point you won't want to leave your lounger.

We only stayed one night at this hotel but were really pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the this beautiful hotel. The pictures on Expedia by no means do it justice. The grounds and pool area are immaculate, the staff are very courteous and the restaurant serves excellent food.

After finding our room had a constant hum sound, we realised a door from a downstairs room had been left open, so when the door was closed the problem was resolved. As we were going on the green train, we had a very early breakfast, lots of choice, and a wonderful view.

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist rustikal aber ganz niedlich und auch sauber. Hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unsere klospülung hatte einen Riss und einige Kleinigkeiten könnten mal erneuert werden.
Minus Punkte gibt’s für zwei Dinge, die Heizung im Bad ging nicht - somit war es kaum möglich seine StrandHandtücher und Badesachen trocken zu bekommen da wir auch keinen Balkon oder sonstige Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen hatten..
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, bis 11 Uhr war angeschrieben, aber teilweise wurde um 10 nicht mehr nachgelegt. Generell war die Auswahl jeden Tag identisch eine Sorte scheibenKäse, eine Sorte Salami eine Sorte Schinken und zwei mal in der Woche war Schinken leer also nur Salami. Am letzten Tag war dann leider auch kein Kaffee mehr möglich da die Maschinen beide defekt waren.
Die Lage ansich ist ganz gut, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze und man läuft 5 Minuten zum Hafen. Die Straße runter ist ein sehr süßes Café und auch Restaurants sind Flussläufen erreichbar.

Mooi hotel met mooie kamers. Verwacht geen animatie maar een rustige omgeving, zalig. Wij hadden half pension: heerlijk eten aan een zeer schappelijke prijs. Onze raad: neem zeker half pension, je zal het je niet beklagen.

What a gem! Lovely hotel that makes you feel like you visit a private mansion. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, well maintained, nice restaurants and welcoming staff. The garden with a 1000+ year old «tree of life» at the entrance area is excellently designed.

Non conoscevamo la struttura e viste le ottime recensioni, abbiamo deciso con la mia ragazza di soggiornarvi. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa. Struttura a due passi dal porto di Arbatax, di piccole dimensioni, molto curata, pulita e ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA, molto bella, pulita, curata; dotata di bagno turco, sauna, piscina idromassaggio, doccia emozionale. Ristorante di ottima qualità con vasta carta di vini. La cena è stata accompagnata dalla piacevole musica del pianista. Sicuramente torneremo. Lo consiglio vivamente

Nice hotel, but unfortunately COVID has made an impact on the service level. Not very pragmatic in terms of giving the extra service you expect from a 4 star hotel. I gave this feedback directly to them, but not much happened.

Das Hotel bietet alles was man braucht. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist rein für die Minibar, keine eigenen Getränke zu kühlen - haben wir aber auch nicht gebraucht. Sehr sauber, die Lage ist gut. Ideal für eine Bootstour von Arbatax zu den Traumbuchten (Helios ist sehr empfehlenswert).

Fint och väldigt välskött hotell med hög standard! Alltid mycket rent och fräscht överallt! Vacker trädgård med trevligt poolområde. Restaurangen hade prisbelönt, god mat. Frukosten var kontinental, främst många sötsaker att välja bland men det fanns även äggröra, bröd, yoghurt osv. Det blev ett litet missförstånd vid incheckning men vi löste det med den väldigt trevliga personalen och vi blev även uppgraderade till ett rum med jacuzzi och utsikt mot poolen! Kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell om man skall bo i Arbatax-regionen!

Une étape à Arbatax qui vaut le detour...
Visitant la Sarfaigne sud et venant de Cagliari nous avons fait notre deuxieme etape à Arbatax.Les plages environnantes sont belles et pas trop peuplées Le port permet quelques excursions et des locations de bateaux possibles . Sinon rien à visiter sur place il faut allet en montagne à environ 50 km pour voir des villages accrochés à la montagne et visiter une grotte gigantesque. L hotel esr parfait concu avec énormément de bon goût. L accueil tres agreable les chambres confortables. Le restaurant offre une cuisine très fine et le service est sur dimensionné Peut etre anticpent ils les *** michelin ?. Bref c est le meilleur du coin et de loin avec

Wir waren als kleine Familie außerhalb der Hauptreisezeit zu Besuch im Hotel. Gemäß den Angaben in einem anderen Bewertungsportal befindet sich das Hotel in privater Hand. Was uns sofort auffiel, war, dass das Hotel sehr sauber ist. Selbst auf den hübsch eingerichteten Toiletten neben der Rezeption hätte man Essen können. Eine solche Reinlichkeit habe ich in südlichen Länder noch nicht erlebt.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, wenngleich auch nicht alle Englisch oder gar Deutsch sprachen.
Das von uns mitgebuchte Frühstück auf der wundervollen Dachterasse mit super Ausblick war reichhaltig und in sehr guter Qualität. Es lag stets frisches Obst aus.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein öffentlich zugängliches Restaurant, dessen Qualität uns sehr zusagte. Im Eingangsbereich befanden sich mehrere Aufkleber des MICHELIN Restaurantführers der vergangenen Jahre.

super sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. In der Umgebung ist leider noch nicht viel los. Aber für einen Bootsausflug vom Hafen in Arbatax sehr zu empfehlen. Mietboote bis 40PS ohne Führerschein.

The hotel with it's awesome restaurant is a shining star in a little worn down area. The hotel is beautyfull and well kept and the staff is very accommodating and smiling. We spend a couple of days at the \"Orri Lido\" beach. The sand is much better here than north of Arbatax. We had a wonderfull day in Lanusei with it's narrow streets and good atmosphere.
