First class service at a lovely modern hotel.
Brilliant hotel. Clean and modern. Manager was so helpful. Nothing too much trouble. He booked us a restaurant and organised a taxi. Then let me borrow his laptop to do online check in. So friendly and polite and helpful. The hotel is in a rural area and it is very quiet and peaceful. Especially rooms at the back facing the car park.

Had to stay here as all of the Hotels in Hannover were booked up due to the Messe. Really was worth the 45minute drive to the city! Excellent hotel in a lovely village. Rooms were lovely, breakfast was great. The Hotel does not have an evening restaurant, but this did not matter as there is a super restaurant across the road about 2minutes away.

Fantastic!!!! This hotel was extremely clean, very comfortable bed, great view of the country side, and very affordable! The staff spoke English well and did a wonderful job with check in and check out. Breakfast was tasty! The little town it's located in, is gorgeous and has a lot to see!

This was an old hotel ... now upgraded and very updated, including the elevator. Very nice breakfast with lots of variety. Nice restaurant across the street near the museum. Highly recommend!!

Haben einen Familien Urlaub gemacht , unser Vater ist im März 85 jahre geworden , den Tag haben wir jetzt mit 8 Personen und 2 Übernachtungen nachgeholt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden,,empfehlen dashotel gerne weiter. Meinen vater hat allerdings ein griff in der Dusche gefehlt .

Die Buchung über Expedia wurde durch das Hotel nicht korrekt verarbeitet. Resultat:Ein Zimmer war für 2 Nächte reserviert und nicht 2 Zimmer für eine Nacht. Wir waren mit dem Rad angereist. Die Hotelmitarbeiter war leider weder freundlich noch kompetent. Zuerst hat sie in Fehler bei mir gesucht. Ich hätte nicht korrekt gebucht. Erst nach Vorlage der Buchung und bitte um Kontaktaufnahme mit der Geschäftsführung wurde nach einer Lösung gesucht. Ich bin auch beruflich viel unterwegs, so geballte Inkompetenz gepaart mit nicht vorhandener Kundenorientierung habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Leider haben die Zimmer keine Minibar, was ich sehr schade finde. Das Frühstück war reichlich, mit tollem kaffeevollautomat. Leider muss man sich ums Abendessen selbst kümmern, da das hotel kein Restaurant hat. Was ich etwas beklemmend fand, war die Tatsache das vor dem hotel ein Kiosk war vor dem ständig Männer auf der Straße saßen und hundert Meter weiter ein maßregelvollzugszentrum. In einer eigentlich wunderschönen umgebung, kurgartenähnlich mit springbrunnen sah man kaum Frauen. Alleine würde ich mich im dunklen nicht aus dem hotel trauen.
