On the arrival with Ekle at the desk to the departure with Gessica. All very professional made our trip relaxing and comfortable. The morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff very attentive. We would definitely return.

Got 2 bedrooms and very spacious with much cleanliness. Great breakfast and nice staffs. Parking was nice and better price. Overall, great stay and recommend it for sure. If I come back to Como then I would prefer to stay here especially two bedrooms with family gives you more privacy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. The room was comfortable and quiet with pleasant view over adjoining garden and church. Hotel was very well located for ferry services and waterfront and breakfast was excellent. I am sure there are more glamorous places to stay in Cernobbio, but this fitted the bill and was reasonably priced.

Lovely spot in the heart of Cernobbio. Can walk to the park at the waterfront and hop on the ferry to any spot on Lake Como. It was spotless, the people were super friendly and helpful (and humored me for trying to speak Italian). It had the most delicious breakfast with a huge selection of items - scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, truly crispy bacon, along with a full assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, croissants, jams, cakes, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, and juices. And a coffee machine I would like to import for my kitchen. We all loved it.
And, as my 12-yr-old pointed out, it’s across the street from a bakery AND a gelato shop. Perfetto!

Nice friendly hotel, good quality staff and excellent self-service breakfast. Well places a short walk up from the ferry which is a 2.50euro ride from Como, although buy your tickets ahead of time on line. Room and bathroom are OK comfortable bed, reasonable shower, plenty of places to eat, post office a short walk away and post cards can be obtained from local newsagent, a couple of doors way. I wasn't disturbed at night by any noised the AC in the room works very well.

The overall stay was very good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was great. The only issue was that the A/C was controlled by the hotel. We couldn’t lower the temperature (August) and it automatically turned off during the night…it became hot in the room and we were sweating. I turned it back in the middle of the night, only to see that it had been shut down again when we woke up.

It was a good 4* hotel. The reception staff were really helpful, the staff serving the breakfast worked hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Parking was easy enough. The hotel is within walking distance to the lake front and have a few good restaurants nearby. As there were no lifts in the hotel, their staff also offered to carry our luggages up the stairs when we checked in.
Not sure if Covid has made people forgot about eco friendliness. We didn’t want to change our towels everyday but they seem too keen to change them each day!

The parking was great with lots of spaces. People were friendly so the stay was overall great. But there were a lot of noise from outside even though the door was shut. Too loud sound when the door is opened with a card key making it impossible to be quite.

The hotel has large rooms with a bed on the ground floor and a bed in the loft space for a large family.
It is located in a nice and walkable neighbourhood, five minutes away from the ferry to the city centre. The area around a ferry terminal has a nice car-free promenade that is great for kids to roam around and play.

The hotel, while having been there for many years, is nearing completion on a major renovation. The room was spotless, spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast was absolutely on-point and delicious.
My only complaint is the sleep-system. The bed was extremely firm and the pillow was no different..flat as a pancake and hard.

This hotel is located in Cernobbio which we were pleasantly surprised with. It is another nice, albeit less famous town on Lake Como. You can walk to the lakefront in only a few minutes and it is also conveniently located near the post office. There are several restaurants and osteria nearby to eat or drink. The waterfont has a large piazza to walk around and there is also a ferry boat stop. The good thing about this side of the lake is the sun sets behind the mountains and it is not so hot in the afternoon as Varenna and Bellagio.
The cons on this hotel are that the room was really small We even had a hard time finding a place to spread open our suitcase. Also, there is no elevator. Although the nice gal at the front desk did offer to bring it upstairs, I did not feel good about letting her carry it up since she was the only one working there and had to run the front desk, the parking gate remote and the bar all at the same time. So I carried it up the stairs, no big deal, but be aware.
Breakfast was ok, and free parking is a good amenity in these parts.

The hotel is very well situated close to the lake and an embarkation point for the ferries. There is an excellent pizzeria virtually next door and an ice cream parlour across the road. We were there at the height of the season and the hotel was full, but there was enough space in the private car park. Cernobbio was quieter than other towns along the lake and I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle.

We were very impressed with our stay. The public areas and breakfast room, as well as our room, were spotless. We had a type of \"junior suite\" in the original building with two rooms for myself and my two daughters and it was spacious with separate air conditioning controls. The staff were very helpful, and more importantly, enthusiastic with a cheerful \"buongiorno\" every morning. Breakfast was more than adequate. It is located a three-minute walk from the waterfront and Lido. I would have liked some English-language news channels on the television, the only thing I missed.

Fantastic one night stay. Room was massive with a huge double bed and two singles. Large secure car park and 2 minutes from the edge of Lake Como. Breakfast was a lovely continental affair with some hot food and lots of fresh coffee.
We would recommend the 'Ye Olde English Bar' at the end of the high street if you like your Gins. They have over 170 bottles of Gin plus 100's of other beers and spirits from around the world.

Room 105 is small And the shower unit is tiny! Nowhere to put soap etc and don't drop it, you won't be able to bend down to pick it up! Toiletries is just soap and combined bath gel/shampoo. And the room isnt very sound proof. The Tv is small and not very visible From the bed.

We've stayed at Hotel Centrale several times while visiting family in Cernobbio, which is minutes away from Como. It's a wonderful, small hotel, clean, well-maintained, and well positioned just a few minutes walk from the lake front. The staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are on the small side but very well kept. There's no elevator which may be a factor if you're carrying lots of luggage, but it only has three floors so the walk up isn't too bad. Don't expect a view of the lake. It's set back, but is right on the main road around the lake which makes it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in the town. They have their own parking area which is very convenient in such a busy, popular location. Breakfast is splendid with lots of variety and of very high quality. If anything there is a danger of overeating, as it's hard to pass up all the pastries, croissants, and freshly baked breakfast cakes and tortes. We enjoy the shaded and private front garden for reading, or relaxing with a drink from the hotel bar. There are glitzier places that overlook the lake but we prefer the Hotel Centrale!
