I had some expectations from Riviera hotel, but I was a little bit disappointed.
Positive:
Location and view are amazing, you can easily go to the beach and it's just at the little port (ferries going to Oedo)
The toiletries were very nice! They seemed very natural. I loved the smell of the hand soap!
Negative:
The room size looks a bit bigger in the pictures, but this one had the bed glued to the window.
There were no plugs near the bed.
The big window that was supposed to show me an amazing view was very dirty.
The staff amiability was not great, especially the restaurant ones. The reception was ok.
The food was not fresh and not very good. Not a good variety either.
Overall the hotel was smelly of old and humid, but the climate there is very humid and it was the rainy season.

부모님 모시고 방2개를 예약하고 숙박을했습니다. 시설내 청결상태 주변환경 조식 직원분들 서비스등 모든것이 완벽한 하루숙박이었습니다. 방이 조금 춥다고 직원분께 말씀을드리자 따뜻한 새로운 객실도 준비해주셨습니다. 너무 감사드립니다! 꼭 다시 방문할 생각입니다. 국내에도 이런 호텔이 전국 곳곳에 체인점으로 많이 생기길 바랍니다.

Decent but a few improvements needed
My family booked a suite and a standard double room. The suite was fabulous, whereas we found strands of hair throughout the bathroom and the powder section. Also the room 702 has water pressure issues with the shower head when hot water is on. Also, I believe the hotel should do something to remove the moldy smell in the hallways of the building B.

가성비 좋고 경치 좋은 호텔.
5명 여행이라 2인실 3인실로 각각 예약했는데 나란히 붙은 방을 이용할 수 있어서 편했다. 오션뷰라 경치가 참 좋았고, 모두 엘레베이터로 다닐 수 있어서 보행보조기 이용하시는 할머니가 다니시기에 좋았다. 조식도 양식한식 다 있어서 괜찮은 편. 같은 시기 주변 펜션들에 비하면 가성비가 굉장히 좋은 편. 호텔보다는 리조트 느낌이었다. 어메니티가 좀 아쉬움. 샴푸린스비누바스는 기본적으로 갖춰져 있으나 호텔치고는 없는 게 많음. 그래도 면도기 치약 칫솔은 별도로 구매할 수 있었다. 시설은 좋은데 운영되지 않는 곳들이 있으니 확인이 필요하다.

주변 환경이나 내부 청결은 좋았어나,욕실 크기나 세면대에 밸브를 열 때 조금만 열어도 물이 튀는 것과 샤워기 수압이 약한 것을 개선해야 할 것입니다. 특히 샤워기는 수압을 높일 수 있는데도 불구하고 밸브를 잠그놓은 상태 였습니다.

호텔방2개랑 콘도형 1개 이용하였음.콘도형 사진과 다름. 방이 너무 작고 지저분했으며 배게커버는 깨끗했으나 곰팡이냄새가 났음. 호텔방은 괜찬았으나 콘도형 방우 비추!!!

내도와 외도, 해금강이 보이는 비다전망이 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔 바로 아래 와현 모래숲 해변과 선착장이 있는데 다른 곳보다 조용합니다. 4박 하는 동안 모든 것이 만족스러웠지만, 레스토랑의 메뉴가 단촐하여 아쉬웠습니다.

3시 경에 체크인을 하고 213호에 배정받았습니다(로비층 끝방). 디럭스룸 비치뷰를 예약했는데 밖이 외부 펜션과 정확하게 마주보는 뷰였습니다. 오른쪽으로 틀어서 보면 비치가 보이긴 하니 비치뷰가 맞긴 해서 방변경을 요청하지는 않았습니다. 대신 숙박기간 내내 거실과 방에 커튼을 치고 지냈고 비치는 긱접 나가서 즐겼습니다. 뷰가 중요하신 분들은 213호 배정되면 낭패이니 한번 더 생각해보시는게 좋겠습니다.
