Clean room but very old. Staffs are not professional, included dinner and breakfast are not worth. Room spa is old and you can find dirty here and there. Not recommended.

비수기에 조용한 휴식 장소로 추천합니다. 시설은 조금 노화중이나 관리를 잘 하고있어서 거부감없이 체류하다왔습니다. 히노끼 욕조가 있어 온천하는 느낌이 있지만 온천물은 아닌 듯합니다. 거실 다다미 바닥은 세월의 흔적을 피해갈 수 없습니다. 침실공간은 창이 없어 좀 답답합니다. Complimentary water도 있습니다. 석식과 조식은 평범했습니다. 음식수준은 큰 기대를 하지 않으면 드실만 합니다. 조식을 오전 9시에 제공해서, 기다리느라 배가 고픕니다. 조식먹고 11시 체크아웃해야 하는 점은 아쉽습니다. 조식 제공을 조금 일찍해 주면 좋겠습니다만 다 이유가 있겠죠.

오션부라더니 뒤에 사람사는 밭이 떡 있더군요,, 오션부는 나올수 없는 위치입니다. 조식과 석식은 깨진 그릇, 한겨울에 창문은 자꾸 열리고요. 33만원 방인데 참 황당했는데 그 어떤 요청사항도 고려되지 않았어요 리뷰 잘 안남기는데 남깁니다

후기 믿고 갔던 곳인데 정말 객실 상태 엉망이었어요.식사야 원래 다른 분들도 별루 였다고 해서 기대안했지만 객실은 45만원이라는 숙박비를 지불하기에는..마루 다 들 떠서 갈라져 있고 틈사이에 계란 껍질 처럼 보이는 것들까지..돈이 아까워서 참고 자려고 했지만 저녁만 먹고 그냥 다른 숙소로 옮겼어요.신혼부부 많이 온다는 말에 상태 좋은 줄 알고 갔다가 거제도에 대한 추억까지 엉망이 된 곳이었습니다.특히 어린이랑 가족 여행 가시는 분들 참고 하시길 ..주방에 계시는 분들 마스크 쓰고 말씀 하시면 하는 바람입니다.그건 기본 아닌가요.

조금 노후화 되어 있다고 해서 걱정 했는데 일단 서비스부터 너무 마음에 들었어요 너무 기대하면 실망할까봐 기대없이 갔는데 전반적으로 참 좋았어요 특히 체크인 해주시던 관리자분? 직원분이 너무 친절하셨어요! 산뷰도 좋았고 식사도 생각보다 괜찮았고 히노끼 탕 노후화 된 부분은 이미 감안을 하고 갔던터라 괜찮았어요! 제일 좋은 방 주셔서 너무 감사했어요... ♡ 식사도 전부 룸에서 프라이빗하게 하고 방도 넓고 최고였네요 생일에 맞춰 간 건데 정말 좋은추억 남기고 온 것 같아요 감사합니다! 남자친구도 너무 좋은 기억으로 남을 것 같다고 할 정도고, 부모님이 일본 료칸을 좋아하셨는데 마침 이곳이 있어서 다음달에 두 분만 따로 또 보내드리려구요!

일본의 료칸은 온천과 지역특산물로 차려지는 가이세키요리가 주요한 특색이자 매력이죠.토모노야료칸의 히노끼 욕조는 인상적이었지만 식사는 몹시 실망스러웠습니다.저녁식사에 나온 고기는 냄새가 날 뿐 아니라, 료칸이 왜 거제에 있는 지도 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶지는 않습니다.

국내에서 일본 전통 료칸(비슷한 가격)을 바라지도 않습니다만, 너무 미흡합니다 우선 직원들의 고객응대, 고객맞이 등 교육이 시급하구요, 료칸의 상징인 음식. 한참 모자릅니다 이정도는 그냥 게스트 하우스의 음식 수준을 구색만 담아놓은 느낌입니다. 꼭 일본 전통이 아니더라도 거제 특색을 살리던 뭔가 조금이라도 정성이 보였으면 합니다.

일본료칸을 너무 좋아해서 방문했는데 미흡한부분이 있었지만 대체적으로 만족함. 다만 음식 얘기를 하자면 약 만원정도 더 투자해서 저녁 식사에 회 몇점과 어묵탕 정도. 아침식사에 일본식 계란말이 2쪽과 생선구이 한조각정도 추가하면 어떨지.... 언뜻 보니 요리사가 없고 직원들이 음식을 데워주는 수준인듯. 료칸의 50%는 음식때문에 가는데 정통 가이세키는 아니더라도 조금 더 정성이 들어간 한국음식이면 욕은 안먹을듯 하다.

여섯 시간을 달려 도착한 토모노야는 우리 가족에게 행복한 추억을 만들어주었습니다. 외관부터 너무 마음에 들었어요. 체크인 도와주신 직원께서도 무척 친절하셨고 방 하나를 업글 해주신 덕분에 편하게 이용했습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 것은 히노끼 욕조였어요. 방안에 향이 가득했답니다. 틈나면 물에 들어가 힐링하였습니다. 조석식 제공도 깔끔하고 정성스러웠고 입욕제로 주신 히말라야 핑크솔트는 입자가 큰 고급제품이었어요. 강원도에서 온 저희에겐 이동 거리 말고는 흠 잡을 것 없는 장소였습니다.

건물 반대쪽 낮은 층의 경우 버로 앞이 농사짖는 야산이라 창문도 열지못해 답답하고 욕실에서는 푠백냄새는 잠시고 하수구 냄새가 많이 났습니다. 다다미도 많이 오염되어 있어 찜찜했구요. 하룻밤 70만원이라는 높은 가격 책정은 터무니 없는 듯 합니다.

호기심반 기대반으로 료칸의 한국체험을 시작했습니다. 알고있는 료칸과는 크게 차이가 났습니다. 가격대가 60만원대입니다.(2인) 거의 초특급호텔 수준인데.. 일본 료칸에서도 중급 이상의 고급에 속하는 가격입니다. 가격대비 갖추어진 내용한 미미한 점 몇 가지를 적습니다.
1. 료칸은 시작에서부터 떠나는 순간까지 모든 것이 정중해야 함에도 월컴 드링크 한잔 없는 그저그런 마음으로 시작을 했습니다.
2. 로비에서 선택하는 유가타는 겨울철임에도 겉옷이나 양말 등이 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 그래서 료칸임에도 유카타는 입을 수가 없습니다.

넓직한 방과 객실 내 히노끼온천, 따로 이동하지않고 숙식을 해결하며 푹 쉴 수 있어 좋았습니다. 구비되어 있는 유카타도 참 예쁩니다~ 일본 전통 료칸의 서비스와 고급스러움을 기대하고 간다면 실망할 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 가이세키 요리, 프런트 정리정돈 상태, 오카미상이나 직원분들의 마중/배웅 인사 등이 실제 일본 료칸보단 아쉬워 조금 비교 되긴 했지만, 한국에서 이 정도로 코로나 때문에 가지 못하는 일본 여행에 대한 아쉬움을 달랠 수 있다는 것에 매우 만족했습니다.

가족여행 성인 넷이서 묵었는데 넓직하고 깔끔하니 좋았고, 다들 만족했어요. 또 히노끼탕에서 목욕하는 경험이 특별했구요. 돈 많이 벌어서 이런거 내 집에 설치하고프네요ㅋㅋㅋ 석식, 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다음에 또 가족여행으로 오고 싶은 곳입니다!

한국에서 전통요칸을 만난다는 기대를 갖고 방문하게 되었으나 훌륭한 시설을 갖추었슴에도 운영 시스템 면에서 조금 부족하다는 생각이 들었습니다 직원들은 친절하고 식사도 나쁘지는 않았지만 객실 포함해 호텔 구석구석 청결도가 많이 부족했습니다 몽돌해변을 비롯해 가까운 주변 둘러 볼 곳이 다양하게 있어 위치는 더할나위 없이 좋아요

1박 보냈습니다. 저녁은 쏘쏘인데, 아침이 좀 부실 한 것 같아요. 전날 반찬과 겹치기도 하고 약간.. 그냥 구색맞추기용인 것 같아요. 비슷한 가격대의 실제 일본 료칸들 조식이 더 잘나왔었어요. 객실상태는 전체적으로 깨끗했으나, 창문의 문풍지들은 곰팡이가 심하고, 창문도 더러워서.. 그건 좀 그랬네요. 커피랑 티백이 준비되어 있는데 커피는 드립백인데 종이컵만한 잔만 있어서 커피 내리기 너무 힘들었어요. 차라리 티백을 다양하게 준비하거나 커피용잔이 따로 있으면 조을 것 같아요. 주차장은 만실이라 그런지 북적북적 했지만 무리없이 주차는 할 수 있었어요. 근처 편의점(해수욕장)까지 도보 5분쯤 걸렸어요.
