The bathroom resembled an RV bathroom, and had an offensive smell. While this is a cheap hotel and I was not expecting much, the plastic bathroom insert had obviously trapped smells over the years and could not be cleaned enough to rid the room of the smell. No fan, no windows made the smell intolerable.

Spent a lot of time choosing room with no tobacco smell. Only 4th room was good in that regard. 1st and second with medium levels of tobacco smell, also second room had broken locker so door cannot be closed by regular manner. 3 rd room with very strong tobacco smell. Finally they found right one.
Rooms looks more like garage with tiny window. Very strange bad with overhead on top so you can heat your head easily.
I though all hotels if this chain the same good quality (just came from another good one ftom this chain), but this one I would not recommended.

Okay for an overnight stop
Tiny room, even smaller bathroom, but that is what you get for such a low price. You will not want to spend any time in the room other than sleeping, but the bed is comfortable enough and sleep came easily.

When entering the room we were met with a dreadful stench of feline urine. On advising reception we were offered a second room, which was clean and smelt ok, however this room was next to the outside staircase and somewhat noisy. Otherwise the hotel was as normal for this class.

On est sensé pouvoir libérer la chambre a 11h mais même en mettant le papier ne pas déranger sur la porte, les femmes de ménage tambourine à 9h le matin en insistant.

Salle de douche extrêmement petite , vidange plus ou moins bouchée, du coup tout était inondé. La porte de la salle d'eau ne fermait pas et le lavabo était très abîmée . Pas de tapis de douche qui pourtant aurait été bien utile pour éponger le débordement de la douche. Très décevant. Une rénovation s'impose!!!!

Nous avons trouvé la salle d'eau trop petite, la cuvette des toilettes cassée, beaucoup de moisissure dedans on se douchait sur les toilettes.
La literie du béton ! Beaucoup trop dur ! Ménage à revoir.
Aucune isolation trop de bruit, on entend tout ce qui ce passe à l'extérieur.

Personnel à l'accueil très agréable mais par contre entretien et nettoyage de la chambre à revoir (serrure de la porte partie sanitaire cassée, aération de douche sale et encrassée, radiateur de la chambre rouillée et sale, boîtier mural de la climatisation dégradé, nettoyage sous le lit mal fait ; chambre réservée pour trois personnes mais que deux serviettes avec obligation d'aller à la réception pour en obtenir une troisième)

Je suis natif de Balaruc les Bains et je suis venu passé le WE de Noel dans ma famille, malheureusement suite un accident vasculaire les escaliers d'accès aux chambres de ma maison familiale m'ont obligé à choisir votre hôtel pour passer les nuits.
Je ne regrette pas mon choix.

Les chambres ne sont pas entretenues, présentant un manque de propreté flagrant avec des poils de chat et des odeurs désagréables. Même après avoir changé de chambre pour réduire les odeurs, la propreté laisse à désirer. Des plaintes similaires d'autres clients ont été signalées. Cela est regrettable de proposer des chambres dans un tel état. Le niveau de propreté est inacceptable, ce qui pourrait dissuader toute recommandation. De plus, le déjeuner était moyennement satisfaisant.

Nous n’avons pas séjourner dans l’hôtel première classe à cause de la vétusté nous avons choisi de prendre une autre chambre mais dans l’hôtel campanile vu que la réception était là même pour ces deux hôtels ?
La personne qui nous a enregistré au campanile quand nous avons décidé de changer d’établissement nous a fait remarquer que tout le monde n’avait pas les mêmes moyens … sous entendu que les personnes logeant au première classe devaient accepter la vétusté des chambres … et de prendre le petit-déjeuner dans la même salle mais avec des différences d’options !!! Inadmissible de catégoriser des personnes …

Décevant, en week-end avec notre fille pour 3 jours, à notre arrivée dans la chambre une mauvaise odeur. La Clim ne fonctionne pas, il manque une serviette et il n’y a pas de shampooing (distributeur vide) , pas d’éclairage… le lendemain matin nous le signalons à l’accueil. L’employé nous dit que le problème sera signalé…. À notre retour pour notre deuxième nuit, les problèmes sont toujours présent et non résolus. Également, la chambre n’a jamais été faite pendant notre séjour et les serviettes inchangées. Honteux….

Le petit déjeuner à 10 euros, c'est vraiment très cher, trop cher. L'hôtel etait bien dans l'ensemble, le monsieur à l'accueil est très sympathique et pro, la douche trop petite, il y avait peu de savon, le lit etait confortable, il y avait une télé.

Rien à dire sur l'amabilité du personnel mais... chambre non prête malgré une arrivée à 18h15. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Les tables du petit petit-déjeuner en terrasse n'étaient pas nettoyées : la personne en charge de la salle préférait lire à coté de la machine à café. Je ne recommande pas. Nous avons préféré changer d'hôtel pour la seconde nuit...

Det er et godt 1* hotel. Selve værelset er på 9 kvm, men der er alt hvad der er brug for. Værelset bærer præg af at blive brugt. Alle værelser er ud til en svalegang. Men der er pænt og rent overalt. Lækkert morgenmad, og man kan sidde ude og spise. Indtjekning og udtjekning foregår hurtigt og nemt. Personalet er søde og rare.. Hotellet ligger tæt på indkøbscenter/spisesteder samt motorvejen. Jeg kan godt anbefale dette hotel..

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part du gérant. Il serait bien de donner un coup de fraîcheur à l'hôtel car il se fait assez vieillissant, et n'a subi aucune rénovation depuis notre dernier passage il y a quelques années. Je suis également content du petit-déjeuner, il y a pas mal de choix. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien dans la chambre !
