Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well.

The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium where we parked for college visit.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was cool and had all the amenities as promoted. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great rate. It is in the medical district which is helpful if you're there for a family member but there are helicopter med evacs happening occasionally during the night.

The place and property were clean and quaint. This place offers comfort and safe place to sleep and very budget friendly. Heat and air worked great in the room, TV had ample of options to watch and hot water was available. Room offered sink, fridge and microwave. Toiletry options were small make sure to bring your own. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was heavy on carb options but good options for a quick bite. Waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, oatmeal, while limited apple, orange and yogurt. We were able to make a selection to get us going in the morning and appreciate the free breakfast available. Only down side but very manageable: towels were thin and rough and pillows were on the flat side and 2 per bed so we each got one. However the bed was comfortable.

The guest next door was extremely loud and made noise throughout the night. The noise and laughter with walls hitting felt like everything was happening under my bed.. I notified the front desk multiple times to kindly redirect them, staff stated there was nothing she could do than call but they did not pick their calls. She also said, “there are times we have difficult guests like that, we can’t control them “ First of, that was wrong. Guests should be encouraged to respect other guests in the facility by keeping their voices down because nobody knows what other guest is going through that a little quietness may fix. I was up all night..feeling so horrible knowing that I was doing a 6hr driving early in the morning. It was the most horrifying experience that I’ve ever had and I don’t wish to experience again. I struggled all through my 6hr drive.. coffee could not fix the tiredness. I’m requesting a full refund! Mo’

As you walk into the room the first thing I see is the smoke detector hanging in pieces from the ceiling. Next up go to sit on the toilet and the seat is missing one of the bumpers, so it slides sideways. OK I've dealt with worse.

This staff was so bad, the check in didnt even get completed, I couldnt even stay. The staff accused me of lying, was trying to charge me again even tho I prepaid on expedia, and was rude. I lost my money pre paying for this and ended up paying for another hotel for the night. Dont book here, save yourself the trouble!
