L’accueil et l’entrée n’a pas bien été. Le personnel du restaurant de sushis n’a pas été accueillant. Aucune explication sur le mécanisme de la porte de garage. Le plancher et les rideaux sont très sales. Par contre l’emplacement et la vue étaient parfaits.

Déception au niveau de la description des lieux, les images laissent l'impression d'être sur le bord de l'eau mais en réalité il n'y a pas de rivage!! La salle de bain est très limitée en accessibilité et côté pratique ça laisse à désiré. svp mettre une barbecue qui fonctionne à la disposition de votre clientèle. On a bien dormi mais la description est vraiment trompeuse.

We were very disappointed with our stay. First of all, we had no idea that the bathroom was located outside of the room — the listing photos were very misleading. When we arrived, the door to our room was locked. I texted the host and someone did come to open the door, but they didn’t say a single word — no apology, no welcome — just opened the door and walked away. Once we got inside, we noticed that the top bunk bed wasn’t even made. The sheets were just left folded on the mattress, so we had to make it ourselves. While making the bed, we also found a lot of hair on the sheets, which was extremely unpleasant. Out of all the places I stayed during this trip, this was by far the least comfortable. I booked this place last minute and didn’t have many options left, which makes it even more frustrating. Really disappointed.

La chambre mezzanine où nous sommes restés pourrait être une belle expérience mais il manque des choses simples. La cuisine n'est pas suffisament équipé car il manque de vaisselle et au moins une poêle. Le savon et le shampooing ne semble pas inclus. Il n'y avait que deux ensembles de serviettes qui nous attendaient malgré la réservation pour trois. Il n'y a pas de réception (est-ce vraiment le bar du restaurant Uma Yumi?). Le sofa lit est d'un confort douteux pour la troisième personne. Le pire est sans doute l'installation bancale qui sert de douche, un dégât d'eau assuré à chaque coup dont on ne sait que faire ensuite.

Need some cleaning and upgrading

I'll start by saying the person who checked us in was lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the space was what we needed - a private 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. There was parking at the property, and it was in a good location for us.

However, the apartment needs some serious cleaning and upgrading. There were bugs smushed into the walls and ceiling, and dead bugs in the light fixtures and window sills.

The dish rack was filthy, with the previous guests' old sponge and no clean one to use. There was no dish soap to be able to wash any of the dishes. The toaster was full of crumbs and from previous guests, as well as the Keurig, which leaked and had a used K-Cup in it. The oven was broken, but the stovetop worked.

Other things that were broken included the toilet, which we had to fix ourselves to be able to flush it. The handle was broken from the toaster oven, making it difficult to open when hot.

In terms of safety, the stairs leading up to the apartment are not attached or reinforced very well, making them extremely wobbly when going up and down. The power panel was missing the caps on the empty circuits, leaving exposed metal running electricity. Someone could be seriously hurt if they were to touch this. The smoke detector did not work, and none of the windows opened for an adequate fire escape. There was no rail in the shower to prevent slipping and falling. Additonally, there were screws sticking out of the walls, dangerous for children.

This site is not really suited for people who are over 70 years of age. The room originally assigned to us was unsuitable as the toilet and bathroom facilities were not in the room. We were moved to a room which was a garage converted into a hotel room. The place was huge, the beds were comfortable but the floors were dusty and the neighbours spent a good part of the night celebrating and kept us from enjoying a good night.s sleep.

I would not recommend staying here

Stay in loft - view and location were good, but nothing else was.

Description – “separate bedroom” and “climate-controller air conditioning” are untrue. Single miniscule room with very sloping roof so largely unusable. Temperature at check-in 29 degrees, after 7 hours of noisy air conditioning 25 degrees. Choose between not sleeping due to noisy air conditioning or not sleeping due to heat. If you do sleep, triangular window lacks a curtain so you will be woken at 4am.

Safety – stayed with a young child, the loft on the 3rd floor has a large gap in the safety fencing that a child could fall through.

Cleanliness – full of insects at check-in, items such as bathroom fan not cleaned for ages

Maintenance – poorly maintained, sliding door has a large crack so the handle is falling off, some lighting does not work as fitting lacks bulb, coffee maker and cooking pan very worn

Parking – gravel area behind is shared between many guests and restaurant next door so constant cars coming/going, or being blocked in

We complained to the owner who was not interested in the issues but did offer a refund for the unused nights so we moved somewhere else slightly more expensive but 4 times the size, with a separate bedroom, working air conditioning and pool. However, the owner subsequently refused to respond to honour this refund.

We spoke to several other guests, who were all equally concerned about the inaccuracy of the listing and condition of the property.

Super bel appartement , très central dans le village. Équipé au minimum mais bel espace vital. Attention, ce n’est plus un divan-lit qu’il y a dans le logis mais bien un futon qui n’est pas adapté pour 4 personnes contrairement à ce qui est mentionné et montré sur les photos. Prévoir apporter votre savon et shampoing ainsi que café au besoin. Nous avons fait d’autres recommandations en privé afin de mieux équiper le logement et ainsi améliorer le séjour des prochains visiteurs.

Nous avions au départ loué l'appartement vert. Il est inscrit pour famille. C'était horrible ! Situé au demi sous-sol de la bâtisse face au stationnement, à côté de l'endroit où travaille le personnel de ménage. Très humide et odeur nauséabondes avec le bar très bruyant. Heureusement, le personnel nous a relocalisé dans un loft au 3e étage de la bâtisse. Ce qui était plus calme et adéquat pour notre séjour.

On only entrance to the room thete was no safety railings on 3rd floor room, treese over outside stairs to room ,no lite on stairs, patio in need of many repairs.. not like picture in ad, no a/c , dirty kitchen,not enough towels,1 tv channel ,couldn't find reception or entrance as its combined with a bar / restaurant.

It was inappropriately advertised as an Inn - it is actually a hostel. We did not have a bathroom in the suite. There were many problems with the electrical work - bare wires, the stove did not work for some reason, the smoke detector had been removed - UNSAFE, VERY DANGEROUS.....not what we thought we were getting when we booked the family suite.

The slanted ceiling drastically reduced the livable space. It took a while to get the AC right, but opening a window came with its own challenges as the apartment is located right next to a restaurant/bar so there were people making noise until very late.

The balcony with the incredible view on the river allowed us a nice airy space where we had dinner and breakfast.

I would recommend this space as a pitstop or a “home base”, but not as a place in which to spend a lot of time.

David est tres gentil, Avenant et tres reactif. Cets grace a lui et son associe que le sejour sest bien passe mais la.femme de menage a mal fait son travail, la porte etait barree a notre arrivee et il manquait de savon et pas beaucoup de vaiseille et dappareils. Aussi lapparhtement aurait besoin dune petite mise a jour. 5 etoiles pour le service mais 3 etoiles pour hebergement.

Le ménage de l'appartement n'avait pas été fait ce qui a engendré des désagréments pour le 1er soir et le lendemain matin. Heureusement le directeur a été reactif et nous a relogé dans l'hôtel un peu plus loin en ville. Il a fallu revenir le lendemain pour demander des serviettes supplémentaires qui navaient pas été prévues.
La cue depuis l'appartement est tres bien et une aire de jeu pourles enfants est proche.

Lage war gut, jedoch fanden wir ein Mückeninferno ausserhalb der Türe vor. Wir mussten zuerst die Mücken an der Eingangstür beseitigen, bevor wir ins Zimmer konnten.
Zugang ist nicht gut geregelt und sehr unpraktisch für mit Kleinkinder.

L'appart mezzanine est préférable a deux . Le canapé lit n'est pas super confortable.
La salle de bain n'est pas top, la douche baignoire n'est pas pratique sans parler du lave main qui sert de lavabo.
La cuisine n'est pas super équipée. La cafetière électrique chauffe mais ne coule pas le café.
En un mois de roadyreap au Québec, c'est l'hébergement le moins rencontré pour le prix.

Très beau loft, mais il n'est pas mis a sa juste valeur. La table est brisée, le toaster est malpropre, cadavre de mouche dans les fenêtres, matelas qui traîne sous les marches et manque de draps et serviettes pour 4 personnes. Mais établissement bien situé et coquet.
