Amazing stay at one of the best hotels in the world. The staff and level of service is at the best level I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was just another breathtaking experience and what a view while you eat. The one downfall is the food is lunch, dinner and snacks are so expensive that it makes you go elsewhere. And other then the Japanese restaurant which our friends said was very good on taste, my experience with the other onsite restaurants was the food wasn’t great. But in saying that we are definitely coming back.

Five star in the mountains next to the slope
Beautiful location and nice rooms. Glass bar is really lovely for drinks and snacks. Great location right in the centre of the village and beside the ski lifts.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this property. It needs a 5+ star rating. This is probably the nicest place I have ever stayed just based on facilities, amenities, and staff. Then add that it's in a fairy tale setting on the side of a mountain. Just wow.

This is really one of kind hotel. Our visit was during the summer time but I did have a view of the mountains and can only imagine what is would be like during the winter season. Accommodations are fantastic they need to extend spa hours. Our bar tender (Markel) was very attentive and made our stay really fun. I would go back just for the drinks.

O hotel é lindo e tudo maravilhoso no serviço e no quarto. O café da manhã é sensacional. A massagem do spa tb vale cada centavo. Voltaria com certeza. Não é pé na neve mas é a uma curta caminhada até a entrada da estação. Bem curta mesmo.

Dado el precio que pagué por las dos habitaciones, hay ciertas cosas que me han decepcionado.
En un hotel de cinco estrellas no esperas tener que dormir con un ventilador y que la habitación no disponga de aire acondicionado (quizás con el cambio climático y dado que a partir de ahora los veranos serán así, deberían haberlo solucionado…); que la piscina exterior no esté en el hotel (de cinco estrellas) si quieres usarla tengas que cruzar la carretera e ir a otro edificio; que el spa esté distribuido en tres plantas y para usar todas sus instalaciones tengas que subir y bajar escaleras ya que según nos dijeron, el ascensor estaba estropeado. En fin, aunque el personal ha sido muy atento nos hemos ido con la sensación de que es un hotel que en invierno debe funcionar mucho mejor que en verano ya que dispondrá de todo el personal necesario para atender a los clientes (nosotros no recibimos ayuda con las maletas ni a la entrada ni a la salida, por ejemplo).

Todo muy bien, hotel excelente, limpio y comodo, el spa es genial, solo hubo un problema con el servicio del kids club que no funcionaba en el horario establecido y la monitora fue muy antipatica, estuvo toda la tarde con el ipad ignorando a las niñas y logicamente no quisieron volver al kids club. Tampoco hicieron las actividades que anunciaban.

It is a fantastic Hotel situated perfect. But the service is un attentive in the bar and specially the Breakfast. You feel un welcome when you arrive to the breakfast and have to wait for a table.

Me parece un sitio espectacular me hubiera quedado otra semana sin pestañear, te hacen sentir mejor que en casa, con un trato exquisito, mención especial a Elisa, nos atendió en los desayunos y en el restaurante Ibaya y no pudo ser mejor. Volveremos sin ninguna duda.
