The staff was incredible and very helpful. Something needs to be done to sound proof the rooms. I heard everything in the room next door and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I have realistic expectations of a hotel and have not experienced anything like this in prior stays at different hotels. Based upon this I don’t think I would stay here again. This is unfortunate as the hotel itself was good and the staff exceptional.

Where Do I Begin…Let start with No Elevator!! We were on the 3rd Floor..Never Realized How Hard it was to Climb Steps Again!! Both in Our 50’s it was Hard!!! Now, If we wanted A Cigarette we had to go Over to the Beach Walk Away!?? But Yet…They have Gas Fireplaces outside at Night? Even having Balconies we Couldn't Smoke outside of our Rooms? Now I had Received 2 Letters from the Hotel about our Weekend Rental and Nothing was In these Letters about No Smoking OR Smoking Areas…So when We Checked Out on Saturday Morning cause we Couldn’t Do those Steps OR going Off Premise to Smoke at the Beach, We Were Told…Well…We can’t REFUND YOU for leaving Early..I thought to myself , Ur A Beach Front Property so not being able to AFFORD to Refund $88 is Kind of Ridiculous!!!

This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls. We were next to the stairs and could clearly hear people talking and walking up and down. We could also hear the neighbors above us walking in early hours. It’s not something that would deter me from ever going back, but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would suggest a room on the top floor away from the stairs.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here LDW and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was renovated this year and everything was so clean and nice looking. The amenities were above and beyond as well. They supply beach towels and beach chairs which you don't see too often! The location couldn't have been better- right on the beach and a short walk to all bars/restaurants. There's also a nice pool! Even though it was a little chilly out when we were there, the pool was heated and comfortable to go in. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great too! Staff was also super friendly. Only \"negative\" that I've seen other people mention is the noise from other guests- the walls are def thin and you can hear people moving around, but that really wasn't an issue for us. I will 100% be staying here again!

Sounds made in adjacent rooms are audible but most guests seemed to understand this and maintain a quiet environment. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Great location! Nicely renovated with a very clean feel. Pool was a nice addition after coming off the beach which is steps away. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread in the morning and the social hour at 5pm was a nice bonus. 5 minute drive to heart of Rehobeth. Rooms are clean and plenty of space. Expect to see a lot of kids while there. Will stay here again.

The woman at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless. And you just can’t beat the view! We did a 2-night getaway for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is on Dewey Beach and a 30-minute walk/7-minute drive from Rehoboth Boardwalk. The breakfast has hot food. Wine and cheese are served at 5pm.

Beautiful property on the beach. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. The sundeck was amazing and we got to see a beach sunrise. However, note that there is no elevator on this property and we were on the fourth floor. Luckily we did not have a lot of luggage.

This hotel goes a step further in creating a positive guest experience. The staff is fabulous, and Happy Hour is great. The wine and cheese were super after the long drive getting there. Breakfast is excellent. It's not a chain so has more of a \"family\" atmosphere. Many good restaurants in walking distance. The beach was not crowded. We will stay here always.

Our stay here started off strong with free wine and cheese and the check in lady was very nice. We had high hopes and were seeing a concert at Bottle and Cork so this seemed like a good deal. Then we got back from the concert and chatted on the phone with a friend. Then we got a noise complaint for chatting on the phone???? So that was not great so I guess the walls are so paper thin that you can’t talk in your room. Then in the morning, we forgot to pack toothpaste and so we asked the office for some and they didn’t have any. The staff were decent but the people that stayed here were not nice. The same people that filed a noise complaint were so loud in the morning that they woke us up. We also tried to go on the balcony and the chairs were disgusting. Overall, the room was okay but it was rather expensive for one night, I should be able to talk in my room without getting penalized. Maybe work on soundproofing the rooms so that people can talk in peace. The bed was nice and the bathroom was small but doable.

It was a great stay from the start. We walking in to check in and snaked the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Check in was quick and easy and when got to our room they had put tulips in our room with a card wishing us happy anniversary.

They have a nice breakfast with small quiches, sweets and burritos, coffee, tea, cereal and berries.
At 6pm they have wine and cheese and crackers.
We really enjoyed the place. The only drawback is there is no elevator,but it is just behind a dune which makes it nice.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I only downside I believe is the small bathroom.

We made a reservation for 2 Queen beds and got 2 full beds. My husband and I don’t really fit in a full size bed together, but tried to make it work. I did bring it up at checkout, but just got a “ Sorry about that” from the attendant. I think she should have been explained to me before I checked in and the price of the room should have been adjusted.

The oceanfront view was wonderful. The location is close to nice restaurants and beach attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They warned us that the cookies would be gone quickly if you are not there when they put them out. Unfortunately we were 2 minutes early and they were all gone. Strange that they didn’t make more. Breakfast was adequate but they do not replace food as it runs out. Overall we enjoyed our peaceful stay very much.

The Atlantic View Hotel is a hidden gem! Great sunrise views from the 4th floor deck in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The complimentary chocolate chip cookies at night were delicious as was the morning breakfast buffet. There are quite a few places to eat or drink within walking distance.

The overall cleanliness of this hotel was a huge plus with extra towels & face cloths provided. The HH with wine, a variety of cheeses, and tasty cracker assortment was appreciated as well as the freshly baked cookies in the evening! Enjoyed the great breakfast selection that included fresh personal size quiches, tasty yogurt with an assortment of condiments as well as good coffee & teas!

The staff here is so friendly! It was our first time staying and it felt like we were regulars. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the location, parking, and access to the beach! There were some loud families during our stay, but that's my only complaint. :)
