The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in and checked out was very professional, kind and knowledgeable about the motel. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked really well and the fridge was very cold. We stayed 3 days and the breakfast was very good all the 3 days.

The breakfast was not Top tier. The breakfast was eggs and I guess that was turkey sausage. You had to make your own grits. I had to make my grits in a lil bowl, so while cooking it spilled in the microwave. The smell of the hotel reminded me of a nursing home. Staff were nice at the desk. Didn’t talk to anyone else. The room was clean for the most part although the tub look like it’s starting to get mold in the corners. Even after I bought my own stuff and cleaned it, it still didn’t look clean. The air conditioning was cool. Other my few options of the breakfast, room and smell it was a decent place to stay.

We were greeted very nicely by the front desk staff but other than that not a great place. It has an awful odor from the time you step on the elevator through out the whole place. The room just felt dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom. The furniture was broken. It was just not a nice place. We were just passing through on a long drive and needed a place to sleep.

The overall stay was good. AC was great, bed was comfortable, room was nice. My only two complaints are 1. the hotel ran out of towels. We had 4 dirty towels in our room and no one came to exchange them even after asking the front desk. 2. The cleanliness of the room could improve. The floor and shower were grimy, the carpet had crumbs all around the bed and the nightstand had sticky residue on it.

The room was clean. The bathroom needed the most work. The drain in the tub did not work properly. The curtain was short and flimsy…. And frayed. It did not keep the water in at all. So then the floor was soaked.

Overall the condition was just average. Average breakfast. It was okay. Just not great.

This is a 1 star hotel and I’m sorry I chose it. The pics made it look shiny and cared for, it is not.
I checked in at 8:pm, was awakened repeatedly, showered and checked out at 2:am. A waste of $100 and my time.
The staff members I met seemed burnt out and frustrated. The hallways and room smelled musty and dirty. The room itself, aside from comfy well made bed, was just cheap and awkward. The $10 coffee maker has to be carried across the room to be plugged into a sketchy outlet in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush right and the shower backed up 3” deep of water.
I fell asleep and was awakened by a generator or compressor running on the other side of the wall in a locked room labeled “employees only” I called the front desk and was told there’s no compressor in there and I’ve never been in, I don’t even have a key.
…I slept 2 hours, was woken again and left…

I gave this 2 stars because the room was very dirty with build up of filth for a long time on light switches, lamps and the bathroom sink even clogged. The carpets looked like they've never been cleaned. The pillows had been washed and dried so many times they were just lumps in a sack. I literally went to the store and bought a can of Lysol spray just to get through the night with some sort of surface cleanliness. Customer service was awesome though. Lobby gave good vibes, building outside was in good condition. Parking lot not well lit. But again the front desk staff were the nicest people

I arrived at 7pm and was given a room key number 210. When I went up stairs the room was occupied. I went back downstairs and told the clerk and she did apologize and gave me room number 204. Then an hour later the help was telling me I had to move to 211. I went back downstairs and talked to the clerk and the help was suppose to go to 304 to move them to 211. I also got a call while in my room asking my name to confirm I was in 204. I am not sure what your procedures are. But giving me a key to an occupied room, they were not in the room but the tv was on their luggage was in the room and their bathroom bag was on the sink. Thank god I didn’t get shot. This is totally unacceptable. I will say I was worried all night after all the above. I out the chair up against the door and did not sleep well at all. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was incredible but you get what you pay for as far as the facilities, it’s an older building for sure. The room was clean and bed was comfy but it was humid and smelled like weed. The a/c unit made us both pretty stuffy and I would have loved a full length mirror in the room since we were staying here for a wedding. I think the majority of people staying here are doing temp work in the area. Being in walking distance to Chick-fil-A was awesome!

I came here for business purposes and the front desk wasn’t helpful at all, especially the Middle Eastern guy who was there with the bob length hair. I asked for a receipt that I needed for work and he told me that he couldn’t print it out, which is something I’ve never experienced at any hotel. The cleanliness is very sub par and the rooms smelled old. The AC changed its temperature on its own so yea, if you can afford to book elsewhere, DO IT! I will not be returning to this hotel and I hope my review helps someone because yes, I’m sure there are other hotels who will offer WAY more for you than this one. Only book here if it’s a last resort and you cannot afford to go elsewhere.

Hi, we needed a place to stay for the night and the check in process was great! However, the room smelled like old like mold. The tv did not work and the beds had stains. We asked to be moved and Ms. Leslie was very kind to move us to an okay room but this hotel could use a DEEP cleaning and new linen. Thank you Ms. Leslie for your hospitality, God bless you.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for my stay and noticed it immediately after. I called and he hotel directly and they said I had to change it through Orbitz. I tried changing the date online on Orbit and was told it cannot be done online. I searched for a telephone number for Orbitz customer service but could only found an online chat. On the chat I was told by Orbitz that the reservation could not be changed per rules of the hotel but they would call the hotel directly to see what they can they could do. Orbitz was told by the hotel that if I rebook the correct dates they would refund the incorrect one. I did but was then told I rebooked a refundable reservation but the original incorrect reservation was non refundable so they would wait until I check in with the new non refundable reservation before refunding the incorrect reservation. I checked in and now have been told the hotel will not refund the original incorrect reservation so I end up paying for two reservations but only using one.

The staff seemed to have a hard time working the front desk terminal for check in. They were nice though.
After getting into our room, our toilet would not flush. We asked the front desk to fix as we would be gone for 5 hours. When we returned, toilet was in same condition. Had to ask for Plunger, and plunge it myself. Building only had one plunger.
All the breakfast items had a weird taste to them, like maybe the dishes they were made in weren't clean. Eggs tasted like powdered salt. Waffle tasted like the cast iron it was made in.
