We booked the premium room which over looked the heated pool, my first observation of hotel was dated and needed proper cleaning even in our room its right beside a lift that is so noisy, also this room didn't get any sun on terrace, the staff was friendly, my big concern was that their was a lot of flying pigeon that perched above the flowing waterfall over swim up bar area, which came on every morning for a short time so it all washes all the feaces and feathers into swimming pool the food was very basic, and we hardly went for meals although was piping hot this hotel is not a 5 star, personal I've traveled the globe and this is basic, the resort marina is 30 min away, and you risk your life as road traffic jungle between each other also cost £20 for taxi, the hotel entertainment was terrible very

The room was adequate for my needs however the lighting needs to be looked into,it was very dark even with all the lights on, the lad who cleaned the room was first class and very good at his job, Amenities were very limited meaning not that much to do on an evening, the Wi-Fi was hit and miss even though i payed for 20gb that went in 6 days.,Now the biggest problem this hotel has is the Food, being all inclusive there was nothing to eat between meal.times and if you missed the restaurant at night for Dinner you couldn't get anything to, no snacks to be had ,the food was repetitive and often cold, for these reasons I will not be going again. Very dissatisfied.

Nice hotel with great food selection throughout the day. Lovely pool bar with fresh oven pizzas made in front of you. Theme of hotel is interesting. Main negative is extremely poor WiFi and the hotel tries to make you pay 10€+ to use WiFi in your room. This is simply not good enough for a 5-star all inclusive hotel.

Dirty balcony on arrival. Tv not working on arrival. No instructions for phone or tv in room. No mini bar just an empty fridge and no WiFi in room. Locked out of room on first night. Pleasant hotel staff friendly amenities good .. but the 10:00 - 18:00 loud banging music round the main pool area didn’t go down to well with me or my partner there is however the beach 5 min walk within the hotel complex for a more relaxing mood

Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and cool animation team and nice food and drinks:) I am still under impression. I traveled from USA to meet my mom there, we had a great time. I cried and didn't want to return. And there are no kids as well, only adults, so atmosphere is very romantic. I will definitely be back:)))) Thank you guys for the best vacation I've ever had in my life. Will give you 10 stars!!!!

Firstly what i didn't like was the location there is virtually nothing around and about at the moment. Twenty minute taxi ride away from airport. Internet photos give the rooms an appearance of being more cave like and plusher than they actually are. Only 2 bars and AI finishes at 11pm.
What i liked very clean grounds, staff were lovely, pools were clean, food was good. Pool bar service was excellent.

hotel was awful, got an electric shock from the lamp beside my bed, told front desk, they laughed, sent the repairman out to look at it, he covered it up with electrical tape and told me \"no problem\", also lights in the room would flash on and off all night even though switches were off, a/c wired incorrectly too. bought a cocktail from the bar for €5, on checkout charged me for the same drink again and when i told them i had already paid they just wanted to argue with me. The man from the spa harassed us daily to the point of hiding from him, disco not working. Pool tables so bad you cant play on them, entertainment was lousy, nothing to do at night, all falsely advertised, dont go there.

The theme is amazing. The unique design of Bedrock w the Flintstones was genious. Unfortunately that was where it ended.
It took 2 hours to check in. They were unhelpful, unknowledgeable of the expedia process's, and all around unhelpful. This was not a language barrier as my husband is egyptian. These folks speak arabic and german.
The room was great. BTW no phone services and wifi as long as you are outdoors. if you want room service you walk to the front desk to request it, so why bother.
The pools are beautiful but unheated. they all close at 5p so even though they are lit, no nightime swims. Our pool attendant was good w providing juice, water, and alcoholic drinks if requested.
The Animation team was awesome. They provided water aerobic, stretching classes, and water sports like polo and volleyball. The night time shows were good local fun.
The beach was nice to look at, clean, but the sea was full of jellyfish not the hotels fault, lol. The attendants were unfriendly and unhelpful when questions were asked.

The one shisha bar we had a horrible run in with the hotel manager. The bar was reusing the hose and there was water in it. My husband was not happy as you use plastic disposable hose for a reason you throw it away.

It was very bad stay the food was very bad we were 9 persons all of us had a diarrhea, also when we buy an excursion of diving from the diving center and we took a private boat the food was very very bad, and when we make a complaint they did not listen to us and we asked to meet the owner of the diving center but they did not give us the chance to meet him.the hotel is not comfortable at all and the light is not enough to be able to walk safely and the room is not lighted enough .the pharmacy there is closed never opened so we were obligated to walk on the high way to go to the pharmacy in the other resort.the staff was not to the standard to help the guests. Sorry for being there

Yemekleri güzel ve yeterliydi, denizi maalesef güzel değildi, yüzmek imkansız. Yalnız gelen erkek misafirlerin otele kesinlikle kabul edilmemesi gerekiyor. Bununla ilgili son gecemizde sorun yaşadık. Neyse ki otel güvenlikleri direkt müdahele ettiler ve sorun çıkartan kişiyi otelden attılar.

Last but not least. The mattresses on both of our beds were sagging and the beds were hanging to the side, making it very difficult to sleep
It would be much more useful to the facility to have adequate mattresses and sheets than to focus on the aesthetics of the resort, which, while nice, is not very functional for a quality stay.

Hotellet utsikt var jättefint, med 2 stora pool (vatten var kallt i november), en stor restaurang (mat var sådär och frukost var det minsta mat att servera) och middag börjar 18:30 men stänger 20:30, en lite snack bar (dom servera bara hamburgare eller en mini pizza (med två varianter margherita/salami)1 bar med lite terrass nära reception, 1 stor bar nära stor pool/restaurang och 1 beach bar på stranden.
Animation var tråkigt.
Rum var stor.
Strand är inte så stor, havet var inte bra och jag rekommendera ta med skor.
Toalett på strand var alltid smutsigt.
Finns en läkare på hotellet som accepterar det mesta försäkring

Es ist ein wundervolles Hotel, etwas abseits von Hurghada. Wenn man etwas von der Stadt sehen möchte, kann man problemlos für 5-10€ mit dem Taxi dorthin fahren. Ansonsten kann man sich auch wunderbar in dem Hotel beschäftigen.
Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und die Leute sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit egal zu welcher Tages-und Nachtzeit.
