The hotel has a typical European modern vibe, with appropriate amenities. Even though I prepaid for a \"Premium Plus King\" room, it was only averaged size. In fact, it didn't even have a separate bathroom, just a curtain to pull around the sink area; however, that may be part of the \"vibe.\" No actual windows to the outside, as the hotel exists in the form of connected \"pods\" inside the massive airport building itself. The problem is the outrageous rates charged. The room itself was $423 US, and at the hotel bar, a single draft Efes beer was over $19 US. The room price was up to 10x the rate of rooms at hotels around the airport, which run from $33 to $100, although they require a short shuttle ride. They are finishing a Hilton hotel in the parking lot, a true luxury hotel, and hopefully this will drive the rates down a bit. If I had to do it again, I'd save hundreds of dollars and stay at one of the nearby hotels, and give up 15 minutes' sleep to take the short shuttle ride. In the US, the rates charged would be labeled \"exploitive monopoly pricing,\" a form of price gouging. I can't recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean and modern and perfect for an airport stay when you have a 4:30am flight. The check in time of 6:00pm was late, but given we were checking out by 2:00am they let us in at 4:00pm so we could get some sleep. Rooms are quite pricey - but there is t much else close by Istanbul airport

This is an excellent in-airport hotel, with both landside and air side. We have never stayed in the air side, but have stayed in the landside twice: the first time with a tour group we had the basic king bed room, and second time on our own after the tour we had the bigger basic king bed room. Rooms are very well engineered and both rooms worked well. The bigger one has a sitting area, which we liked. We would go with the bigger basic king if we stayed there again. Note that your overnight booking is from 6 p.m. check-in to 9 a.m. check-out. The hotel has an hourly rate for early check-ins, with a 4-hour minimum. As to dining, there are a lot of better options (in our opinion) in the terminal.

Very nice stuff working at the hotel. However it’s quite overpriced for 1 night, but on the plus side you can leave your luggage for free for all day and you have a discount if you eat or drink at the hotel bar, so overall if you count all of this, you would safe the money.

Only suitable for overnight stay for transit. Many ads in the airport showing Yotel, but not telling where exactly it is. Arrival and departure gates are number in different direction, so you may end up walking two entire lengths of the airport before finding it. Carpeted corridor makes it hard to pull or push even carryon suitcases. Room has no window but is clean and mattress quality is very good.

Helpful staff. I was able to check into my flight early due to their assistance and check my bags early. Room was ready when I arrived. I was able to sleep, shower, watch TV and relax. Breakfast inside the hotel is excellent - the hotel restaurant/bar overall is very good. In general the staff is helpful, smart and quick to problem solve. It's pricey but I'd stay here again when I have a long layover.

Only complaints that I have was that at the reception they mentioned that we were allowed 20% discount if we order from the restaurant and we place a room service order and even though you have to go down to pick up yourself the order at the restaurant they didn't honor the 20% discount because we didn't eat at the restaurant. Which doesn’t make any sense for the price we pay of the hotel and the food. Either airside or landside are relatively close only convenience will be if you required to request a Visa or not for staying on the lamdside.

We walked and walked and walked to reach the hotel. There is no signs for the hotel in the airport. We had to ask many people with limited English to tell us about the hotel location. The letter that we received from YOTEL crew was incorrect saying we should not go through passport control but in real we have to.
The room was very small and has no window and the lighting is just one switch turning all lights in the room. The bed makes you feel you are in the hospital. When you open the bed, it reach the other wall, so there is no way you can go to the bathroom..
On the top of that, the check out time is at 9 AM and if we stay longer, we have to pay €25 per hour. I think this is ridiculous and never been in a hotel like this.

Convenient location even though it is outside of the pre-security but it is 5 min away from the main security entrance. We had an early flight to catch during an 18 hour layover and helped us to recharge.

This 4-star hotel has a fantastic location right inside the airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The price is not too bad, though it may feel a little high for some. The main downside for me was the check-in and check-out times—check-in at 6 pm and check-out at 9 am feels too short, especially for the rate charged. I actually had to pay extra just to check in during the afternoon and check out the next day at 11 am, which added to the cost. On the positive side, the hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the location really is hard to beat. Overall, I might consider coming back for the convenience, but I do hope they improve the check-in and check-out policy.

The hotel located in check in departure so if u have next day trip very convenient for short term .
It’s expensive but u can save time and stress from going outside
They have gyms so it’s nice
The size of room is large and good
They had nice restaurant downstairs or u can walk and had coffee and food from many coffee shop
The check in at 6 pm and check out at 9 am but if u need extra hours u have to pay 20 euros
I recommend for short trip or next day trip

Great facility for a layover where we were stuck outside gates until our airline opened. Get your free membership with yotel and get a 20% discount on food (very expensive!!) and your stay.

The suite I have book wasn’t ready. Sofa bed didn’t have pillows, sheets, and blankets. I had to report twice to the receptionist within an hour until some from personal showed up. Bar servants are rude and unprofessional. Taking into account the prices - a service quality is unacceptable.

My wife and I needed a place to sleep briefly on a layover from domestic Turkey to an international flight. It was extremely confusing about the story of \"Landside\" and \"Airside\", I hadn't realized we booked \"Landside\" rather than \"airside\" for the connection to our international flight. And I needed wheelchair assistance and the Turkish airlines staff didn't know how to handle it. But after a long wait for the Turkish airline staff, and a huge walk through the gigantic airport, we finallyi found it. Once we were there it was great. Much welcome choice (although the confusion really did not help)

This is a superb facility in Istanbul Ataturk Airport. It is sparkling clean amd a wonderful respote if you have a long layover. It's only flaw is that it is on the edgy side of hotel technology, so you need to know how to operate the shower before you get a blast of cold water. I have used the hotel twice and surely will again.
