Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street.
Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.

Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que me hubieran dado una habitación sin balcón, lo cual solicité con 2 semanas de anticipacion apenas tuve mi código de reservación, y a lo que me dieron que no habría ningún problema puesto que tenían habitaciones disponibles. Y bueno finalmente me dieron una con balcón hacia el lado de la calle.

Me gustó por qué está a 2 cuadras del centro de Puebla, lo que no cuadra, es que su servicio de estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras del hotel, solo dan un rollo de papel higiénico, no tiene servicio de cable, nextflit, YouTube en su tv y su regadera esta vieja oxidada, da mal aspecto al baño, incondicionalmente de que esté limpio

Pues se deslindaron de eso diciendome que no usaban Hoteles.com y que podrian mandarme a otro hotel (mas caro) en su lugar. El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro histórico, pero la zona es algo ruidosa. La puerta del balcón tiene vidrio doble, lo que amortigua bastante el ruido. Sin embargo, la falta de abanico o minisplit forza a mantener la puerta abierta para ventilar, causando que el ruido se filtra a la habitación.

El único inconveniente fue que a pesar de haber reservado una habitación con cama king size con casi un mes de antelación, en el check in me ofrecieron una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, que porque no tenían disponibilidad de una king size.
