Loved the decor, and the great use of a small room space. All the amenities were available and easy to use. I particularly liked being able to open the window and get fresh air. Thoughtful placement of outdoor decor meant we weren’t just looking at a blank wall. Staff at reception were very helpful and efficient.

This hotel is doable for a short stay. We only stopped by Paris for two nights so I’m not bothered about the tight space; however, I would not stay here on my normal Paris vacation. Overall, this is a decent hotel, the location is conveniently close to the metro and restaurants, and it’s well-kept. My main issues are: they really don’t clean the room thoroughly, the bath towels are the smallest and thinnest I’ve ever had, even though we booked a room for two, they only provided one bathrobe and one set of slippers - had to ask for a second set. Generally speaking, it seems they were trying to cut down costs but at the comforts of customers.

Located within a quick walk to Odeon metro and near many attractions. Great little Irish pub up the street called Pub O Prince, make sure to check it out. We will stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location – right in the heart of Saint Germain, perfect for walking and sightseeing. The lobby is beautiful and stylish, and the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was a huge disappointment – so small that it was almost impossible to move around. For two people, it was practically unusable: just a bed and a TV on the wall. To get to the bathroom, you literally had to climb over the bed. The view from the window was just a wall – I don’t even know what it was, but I felt like I was in a basement. Definitely the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a shame, because the location and service were great, but the room conditions were nowhere near worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - it is a very convenient location on the left bank. We walked to several really good restaurants and many shops. The continental breakfast was always delicious. And the staff were all courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This was overall a fantastic stay for our first time in Paris.
It is about a 3 minite walk to the Jardin de Luxembourg, worth taking a tour through. The Hotel was exceptionally clean and had a homey feel but with the modern amenities. The Decor was very Parisian and we found the A/C and queen size bed to be a nice bonus as that is uncommon in the area. The staff was more than pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. We walked to the Louvre Museum and Notre Damne roughly 15 or so minutes. The Eifell tower side of town is about a 15 minute drive west or 50 min walk. We would absolutely stay here again, 100s of walkable dining options right out the front door and the area felt safer than other places we visited.

Lovely boutique hotel! The staff were hospitable, nice and friendly. It is quiet and close to Notre-Dame and the Luxembourg Garden. It is also close to Odeon metro station. Even if you have to take the taxi or Uber, tourist attraction places are not too far away. The only place that would be the furthest would be the Eiffel tower. The place was also very clean. The stairs are a bit unbalanced, however, an elevator is available.

I did not give full 5 stars because there were some miscommunication. We had in infant travelling with us under and it was indicated on Expedia. We did not have a crib ready for our toddler. They claimed they had no information on the that and had to wait an extra day for it because we arrived in the evening. Expedia asked us to indicate the age during the check-out process. Also we were not aware and no were on Expedia did it indicate that we have to pay 18 Euros per day for the crib. We booked two other places in Paris and was not charged extra for the crib. Also when we were leaving, my relatives came to pick me up and did not park directly in front of the hotel, up the street. They packed my purse with my credit card. I had advised them I will be right back with the card. The lady on duty that day came outside checking to see perhaps if I was returning. I had to walk up the street but still visible and it wasn't even more than five minutes yet. Did not leave me with a good impression.

This charming little hotel is ideally located to access by foot major attractions (less than 5 min walk to Pantheon, Luxembourg gardens, StSulpice church, medieval Cluny museum; 15 min walk to Pont-Neuf on Seine & Notre-Dame cathedral; 25 min from Musée d’Orsay!). Central RER/subway station StMichel/ Notre-Dame is 10 min away! Many affordable shops mixed with luxury ones on nearby streets.
This charming historic hotel is kept immaculate. It offers renovated bathrooms, powerful AC even in July and an elevator. Rooms and public spaces have character. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful (shout out to Anna and Stephanie!) and cleaning staff always smiling and efficient. We found within 10 min walks multiple cafes, authentic bakery/pastry shops (we loved Maison Mulot!), and the StGermain market with an Epic grocery store, clothing store and fresh food stalls.
Nearby shopping streets offer a mix of high end and more affordable stores, from larger brand ones to unique little boutiques. A few outlet shoe and thrift stores nearby offer luxury items at reasonable prices (see Au gré du Vent at 10 Rue des Quatre Vents for couture items!).
Early July 2025: the staff went above and beyond to compensate us from work being done on the roof during weekdays (room upgrade, free Seine cruise, chocolates).

Beware of the stars

This is a very hard review to write because the people that work at this hotel were amazing. They are definitely a four star, but the rest of the hotel is not a 4 1/2 star hotel. There were no amenities such as shower cap or Q tips. The towels were small and a bit worn. Their roof was being repaired so we couldn’t open our curtains as the workers used the space in the garden to put their scaffolding and ladder to the roof we felt like we were in a box with no windows.
Granted they did let us know a week or two before that they were gonna be doing their roof, but they didn’t tell us that the room they had reserved for us was going to be next to us as the entrance for the workers so we chose to keep our reservation. We did this partly because we were on the road traveling and didn’t have time to research other hotels. I will end this by saying this is no reflection on the people that work there they went out of their way to try and make us feel comfortable and they were very gracious, especially Valerie.

This stay was only 1 night for a longer vacation. The hotel was a nice boutique hotel we arrived early they kept our luggage so we could wander the city. It was walkable to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and room had windows that looked onto the street below. Valerie was kind and helpful with our stay.

I stayed here for several days while in Paris for sightseeing and the Olympics. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful. My room seemed a little small but the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great, and loved the toiletries to use! Super close to both the Odéon and Luxembourg Metro stations and lots of great cafés and restaurants all around this area, as well as the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, my favorite place to unwind and relax during the trip! Very safe and quiet neighborhood but still lively at the cafés. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for four nights. We paid to upgrade our room since, even for Paris, the one we booked was tiny. Our upgraded room was comfortable, had facilities to make drinks and a minibar.
If we had a grumble it was the tiny bathroom, but it did have a bath!
Breakfast was 16 euros p/p…..it was a very limited cold buffet, but in Paris,at the moment you would be hard pressed to get similar in a cafe for less.
Location is great, lots of places to eat, close to Odean metro.
The star of the show was Stephanie on reception who looked after us so well.

A wonderful gem of a hotel

This charming hotel was home for a week for us. We were welcomed warmly at the reception and by every staff member we encountered each day.
Breakfast was fresh juices and fruit and pastries as well as cheese and hard boiled eggs. It was delicious and we enjoyed it every morning -the staff greeted us each day and remembered what warm drinks we liked.
Our room was small but just right with shelves for our clothes and a hanging as well. The bathroom was modern with a large tub!
I enjoyed the old central stairwell with the slipping steps but my husband was glad he could ride the small elevator instead.
The rooms were quiet with modern windows that could be opened for fresh air and for looking out in the morning. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with choices of dining. Everyone at the reception spoke perfect English too.
Everything was within walking distance. Shopping, markets, museums, cafes & bistros!
This hotel was a gem! We will return!

The only suggestion would be to remove the 4 poster bed in our room, #13, as it is easy to run in to the posts at the end of the bed in the middle of the night. And given the small room size. Other than that, it was a great hotel!

This boutique hotel was perfect for me and my husband. We had a superior room. It was beautiful and the bathroom was bigger than I anticipated. The location is excellent, easy walk to metro. You can walk to Louvre and D'orsey, St. Chappelle, Notre Dame, and Luxenbourg gardens. If this is your first trip to Paris, this is a great location. One thing, I wouldnt go in summer, they are not big on a/c. We went in Sept and were able to open the windows.
