This was a great choice compared to staying in much more expensive Jackson as we were enjoying our Yellowstone and Teton vacation. This hotel was still fairly expensive, but that's just the area. Very few dining or shopping options in Victor, though. It was just a place to sleep!

We visited Grand Teton National. Victor, ID, was a great place to stay. It is only 20-25 min to Jackson town. The overpass drive is super easy. The town is very cute, clean and friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located on the main road to Jackson. It is very quiet, though. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well isolated and we didn't hear any noise.The hotel is very clean.

My only suggestion is to either improve breakfast or get rid of this feature.

Booked for two days. The place is around 1.2 h drive to Grand Teton National park. But not convenient. A lot of traffic.
Rooms are OK but the towels are worn out. The breakfast at this hotel was a major disappointment. The scrambled eggs were watery. Orange and apple juices were filled in two small glass containers and they were empty. Fruit baskets were empty too. No staff to monitor the breakfast room. One toaster was broken.

The hotel is severely overpriced for the service offered. The rooms are decent. The property seems understaffed. And the breakfast service is unreliable where they ran out of most items midway through their breakfast buffet timings. All of these would be par for a room that costs less than half of what I paid for a room here. I'd definitely give this hotel a pass if I were in this area again.

Good place for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was good but the staff seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the demand. They ran out of eggs, juice, yogurt, knives and coffee during our stay. When eggs were restocked they were consumed within 5 minutes. Not the fault of the staff - they were trying hard. It just felt understaffed or in need of a better system.

The hotel and room rooms are clean. We had a lot of things in our room that we’re not working. The TV remote, the hairdryer in the bathroom was broken, and the thermostat on the wall would not work. Hotel staff tried to help, but they were not able to fix anything. If staying in a handicap accessible room, be aware that the showerhead is about 5 feet tall to accommodate a handicap individual. Lots of space in the hotel room. Beds are pretty comfortable hotels within walking distance of several decent restaurants in Victor Idaho.

We booked a two night stay. Only able to stay one night. Got up in morning. Their boiler blew. We had no water, no shower, could not flush. They said they would get it fixed asap. We returned to room at 5pm after being in Tetons all day. They said they were closing the hotel since they had no water. After a long day we had to find another hotel in a town with only a few hotels. We then had to pack up our room and move to another hotel. Not optimal!!

This was a small, quaint town. It was easy to access multiple towns like Jackson Hole. It was easy to walk to the town and grab a milkshake or dinner. The hotel was clean and provided continental breakfast daily.

Very impersonal welcome; phone on counter saying to call for someone to come check us in. Told we needed to request room cleaning. What? Should be a part of the expensive bill. Then, when I did request after a couple of days, they had not touched the room. When I asked for come monetary compensation, I got a free apology and an offer to clean it the next morning!! Gee, thanks. Expensive place and they were not concerned with the lack of service we received. Glad we won't stay there again.
