This is a nice little hostel and looks much better in person. My friend and I were only here for a night. The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and shower had hot water.
The hostel has a nice pool and bar and some seating/hammocks around, though we didn't get to use it because of our short stay.
Paraty is quite walkable so the hotel is in a good location with restaurants nearby.
Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to those staying in Paraty.

This was our highlight during our long trip to Brazil. This is he most beautiful place we stayed in Brazil, the way is has been decorated, every details has been thought of from the reception to the common areas to the room. Just beautiful.

We had a great stay at Pousada Aconchego! We enjoyed the heated pool and the games room in the evening. The location is ideal for anyone looking to stay in the centre of Paraty. There are also great restaurants and bars near the hotel!

The property had a beautiful outlook and was nicely decorated with many plants and nice touches such as hammocks and rattan couches to relax in. The pool area was also nice and as you see in the pictures. The room was spacious but basic. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It was conveniently located to the center of town and to the port where you take boat cruises to the islands.

I would have given them a five star only downside was the front desk staff-one staff young lady was nice -the other two didn’t want to be bothered and were not welcoming. I was told the young man spoke English, but he was the least helpful-only on his cell. Front desk needs help -to be welcoming to Pousada guests. Minus front desk staff excellent. Paraty is beautiful and the Pousada is lovely.

Hotel was very nicely located, clean, and great value. The one thing to keep in mind is our room was on the ground floor and facing the street (not super busy) but you could hear some people coming home and having fun being a bit loud. It wasn't terrible and didn't bother us but something to keep in mind. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Paraty!

A friendly, quiet refuge right in the center of the Party historic districts. Our room was simple, yet spotless with white cotton linens, comfortable beds and a clean, basic bathroom. There is a lovely pool and sauna with a bar for cooling off after your day walking. Breakfast is the best in Brazil, with home-made pastries and excellent coffee. Easy self parking. Highly recommended.

Great location and its rather large. Great pool bar and pool area and decorated nicely. It’s very central to everything and the staff were nice.
The only downside is my room didn’t have hot water, which wasn’t that concerning. Additionally, breakfast is served and “open” at 7, but both days I was there setup and hot food like eggs didn’t come until closer to 8.

Die Waschbecken waren ein wenig klein und man kann Zimmer erwischen, die nachts ein wenig lauter sein können, weil nebenan eine Bar mit Musik ist oder etwas lautere Zeitgenossen die Straße entlang gehen. Das ist aber schon Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Alles andere ist einfach nur top. Lage, Personal, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und zweckmässig und für ein Zwei-Sterne-Hotel äusserst üppige Ausstattung (z.B.. kleiner Safe, TV mit Sky, Prime und Co....).

No geral a Pousada é muito bonita e bem cuidada, o café da manhã é bem satisfatório.
Maiores pontos positivos são a localização, estacionamento próprio e atendimento.
Pontos fracos; colchão - sem resistência alguma e o Wi-Fi é bem inconsistente. Mas, voltaríamos com certeza.

Pousada muito bem localizada, ambiente limpo e de muito bom gosto. Cama limpa e confortável. Roupa de cama cheirosa e muito limpa.

A pousada é um charme e a piscina aquecida e a sauna fazem a diferença principalmente nos dias de frio e chuvisco que pegamos durante a estadia. Café maravilhoso e o ambiente muito acolhedor. Garagem no centro de Paraty que é uma maravilha, compramos e deixamos as coisas no quarto porque é dentro do centro histórico.

A pousada é otima, o café da manha muito bom, mas nem tudo estava pronto quando o café abriu, as funcionarias tagaleravam e demorou a sair os ovos mexidos, falei 2 x com elas. No mais o ponto é otimo, perto de todas as principais atrações.
