The property was very clean the rooms were immaculate, good size and high-quality.
Close to shopping, dining, and transportation was top-notch.
However but a very noisy area and the night shift staff was not good with communication and was very aggressive and angry he overcharged me with hotel prices even when he knew he was wrong

Close to airport

Very basic hotel on a busy street, lots of street noise through the night. Extremely difficult to find despite satnav. Staff were pleasant & helpful, room was large & clean. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we had an early flight from Torino airport. The hotel was only 10 mins drive from the airport .

Excellent Breakfast

The Breakfast options were exceptional for a room at this price.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is very close to the tram and bus stops for direct transfers into the centre.
Lovely little café next to the tram stop that sells Gelato at amazing value and I can fully recommend \"Don Ciccio Pizzeria\" that's only a short walk away.
However, water and toiletries were not replenished after the first night (I stayed for 4 nights), there is quite a lot of road noise (to be expected based on location and Italians love of the car-horn and sirens) and towards the end of my stay the smell of cigarette smoke started to permeate the room.

Good hotel, close to Turin city centre, from the outside it may look a bit dated, but step inside and be surprised. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, nothing is too much of a bother, they have the best local know-how.
The rooms are good sized, air condition, albeit only 1 or 2 plug point.
Breakfast was included in our package, and catered for most.
Free WiFi in lounge and bedroom, as well as our chihuahua been accepted.
All in all a good experience, and will be booking again.

Convenient location, tidy with helpful staff

When I needed to stay in this area unexpectedly to support a friend in the hospital, I was happy to find Hotel Miramonte. The quality was good for the price, the staff were helpful and my room on the back side of the building was quiet and cool. My only complaint is that cigarette smoke from nearby rooms came under my door, so there was a stronger smell of smoke in my non-smoking room than I like.

Declared A/C and wi-fi were not working! Impossible to sleep in August without A/C. It didn't help to open the windows - still hot and tram noise is disturbing. That had a huge impact on sleep and we were not rested at all and felt cheated. No compensation for the inconvenience was offered. Bad experience.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Juventus Stadium. Tram stops near hotel and you can get to city centre in 20 minutes. Room was clean but quite small, bathroom is very uncomfortable as there is no space between sink and wc and toilet paper holder does not exist. There is no bin in the room other than that in the bathroom. Breakfast is quite ok but don't try the juices as they are awful! No toaster available either. Reception staff could make a bit of effort, sometimes just a smile makes all the difference! If you want to book your airport transfer used by hotel make sure you do it 24hrs in advance as we went to book the night before leaving and they told us it was too late, but how could one know?! All in all it was quite ok but I would not return in this hotel and it was definitively not worth the money paid.

Amazing from beginning to end!

Miramonti was easily accessible from the airport, staff was very helpful during our entire stay, the room was pretty with an amazing view! The staff was very knowledgeable about the busing system and the 'tram' as well, as we were there to see a soccer game. Great location for walking, near shopping, and not far from city centre. Am appreciative that Expedia has this hotel on their listings, great appreciated!

Free parking?? but...

There are trams stops to the central of Torino in front of the hotel.
Hotel's parking is very limited (2 or 3 only?) so they told us to park our car around there on the street as it's free but it was full of cars everywhere. Very difficult to find a space and took time to park...
The hotel staffs are quite friendly.

I spent three nights in Turin to see some of the sights. The hotel provided basic, dated accommodations and an extended continental breakfast for a very reasonable price. Getting to/from the hotel from either of Turin's rail stations is only a one lrt ride, however, it involves taking a subway and a bus from the airport. The hotel is about 30 minutes from turin Centro, but is easily accessible by one light rail vehicle.

Just returned from a short stay in Turin We were visiting for the purpose of seeing The Holy Shroud the original being on display until end of June. Great Location No 4 tram very frequent to city centre and castello which is heart of Turin. In the four days we practically saw everything including The Egyptian Museum (A must but allow plenty of time) and Mole Antoniette (panoramic lift to the top to see the great views of Turin) Took a river cruise from Pier (one of the stops on Tram 16) and luckily was the hottest day of our stay.
Hotel: Good service Good Breakfast and peaceful location Great ice cream across the road from the Hotel.
Took taxi from airport as mix up in booking with hotel. Entirely my fault as left it till the last minute.
However return back to airport arranged by reception 24 hours notice required.
Overall: Very pleased with my choice and would happily stay again without hesitation.

just a night for business reasons. the hotel is far from the city centre even if it is very close to bus and tram services. I booked a single room and they gave me a double room, that was nice! very fast wi-fi. hot room, but with the air-conditioning everything was fine. the room was clean but in general a very old hotel. the close Sardinian restaurant they suggested was the worst restaurant in Turin, I think.

Overpriced, disinterested staff.

Due to Internet problems, I made the mistake of booking a triple room, even though I was travelling by myself. When I arrived at the hotel and the reception staff could see I was alone, they offered no help in fixing my booking as I made it through Hotels.com. I had no issue with the price of the room; they did offer to refund taxes paid for three people as I was alone.
I was put in a smoking room without been asked what my preference was. After complaining about the smell of the room, they moved me to a non smoking single room. When I went to check out, the refund on taxes never eventuated and when I asked they said it was all the same.
I found the staff disinterested, unhelpful and distant. The hotel is not in a nice neighbourhood, quite far from the centre (almost 4 kms) and way overpriced for what it is. I have stayed in much nicer, comfortable hotels right in the centre of town for far less.
Definitely the low point of a month travelling around Italy and certainly the worst hotel I have stayed at in this country.

Hotel good but restaurant recommendation VERY poor

The hotel was about a 12 minute tram ride from the city centre so a very convenient place to stay. The beds were comfy, the continental breakfast was plentiful and the reception staff spoke english and were helpful with local transport and information as to how to obtain tickets. There are not many eating places in the area and the receptionist recommended the restaurant immediately to the left outside the hotel entrance. I would not recommend it at all! On the first night, we managed to make ourselves understood and ordered a meal with no meat. The manager and waiter were surly and unhelpful and spoke no english. We returned on the second night as it saved us a trip into centre but the waiter rolled his eyes when we entered and did not give us a friendly welcome. My friend is vegetarian and requested mushroom risotto as was printed on menu on door. The manager loudly refused the order saying it was no longer on the menu shouting at us in Italian and refused to adapt the menu. It was not a pleasant experience and we felt really ill at ease. The prices were twice as much as a pizzeria that we managed to find opposite the next tram stop from Derna where the welcome was much more friendly and the food delicious.

Basic hotel, not near 3 stars, book only if cheap

It's a basic hotel that does not deserve its three star rating. I have travelled often in Italy from the north to the south and it is frequent that in the 3-star hotel category the quality can vary widely from place to place, unlikely the consistency one would find in the U. S. (Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, etc.)

It's not a bad place. It's basic and the beds are decent. The room I had was large and came with a small kitchen with a window overlooking the main street Corso Giulio Cesare. Dining and shopping is easy as the street is full of bars, restaurants and shops. Transportation is also convenient as bus and tram stops are just steps away.

Wifi signal was poor in my room and I struggled to get a stable connection. The location is good. But don't expect a true 3-star hotel. I would not pay 3-star price for it.

it was a great hotel since everything was near you it was very easy to catch the bus and the tram. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok nothing special but since we use it only to wash and sleep it was good for us. Breakfast was continental and its was good. A great restaurant next to the hotel Cala Luna it was amazing great prices and good food. Overall out holiday was one of the best.

The rooms were very big and stayed pretty cool despite 36 degrees outside. There is some minor decorating and updating needed but, overall, it was good. The whole hotel seemed clean and well run. If you are on a budget and want value, space and cleanliness it's a good choice. It's a couple of miles out if the main centre so a car or taxi or bus is needed. I would not recommend this hotel if you were a single woman as the surrounding areas are not that...nice. But for blokes and streetwise folks, go for it. Quiet at all times, too. I would stay here again.

Little more than average

To start with, we struggled to find the hotel as the information the staff provided when I emailed them for more detailed directions than the web provided were not only extremely vague but misleading. It took a kind Torinese gentleman to aid us in order to locate the building (which is a 20 - 25 minute tram ride from Porta Nuova). To finish with, the young female assistant at the desk let us leave after checking out without barely saying a word aside from 'bye'. Then minutes later another member of staff came chasing us down the street asking us for the city tax we had neglected to pay, which had not been asked for by any member of staff previously. When I returned to pay the fee, the monosyllabic female member of staff was shaking her head at me as if I had attempted to dupe them. Why didn't she just ask for it as we checked out? The shower head support in our room was broken so we had to hold the shower head while washing, the shower door was also broken. Other than that the room was in a decent state and was kept clean. The breakfast is included with the room and, given that it was free, was pretty satisfactory. We had no trouble with the WiFi once we figured out which one of the many we had a password for. And there is a fantastic dessert/gelato pasticceria/gelateria over the road named Centro 21.The balcony advertised however was not a balcony, not unless you call a rooftop that you have to climb over a wall to get to a balcony.

Worst Coffee in Turin?

Although the hotel is quite far out (an hour and a half walk), it is only 15 minutes on a #4 Tram to get to the heart of the city, with the tram stop visible from the front of the hotel. The city taxes were advertised through Hotels.Com as being a maximum of 4 nights, but I was informed that it was actually a maximum of 7 nights - but that is only a difference of 10 Euros or so. The absolute worst aspect, which will definitely be the part that I remember for the longest time from my visit, was the appalling vending machine coffee in the breakfast bar - it could have been chicory powder, it was so bad. That said, for an economic stay in Torino (the tram is only a Euro 50) it was pretty good.

Good price

The hotel offers a very good price considering this is in Turin (2.5km from the centre). I have given it a fairly high rating based on a price to quality measure, therefore if you are paying more then you get a better room and location etc. Simple rooms etc but you cannot beat the price.

I had no complaints.It is not five star but overall for the price,room fine ,breakfast okay,location good, near to restaurants, transport etc.etc. You can get a Terravision coach just outside the terminal, it drops you off a three minute walk from the hotel. Get a timetable on the coach for return journey. Cost per pax about 10 euros return.Taxi 50 euros return.A ten-fifteen minute tram trip into centre of Turin

This is not a 3 star hotel it is 1 or 2 rating. My room was on the 8th floor and just next to the elevator shaft, the elevator was very noisy and the door shut so loud. Shower handle was broken, the hair dryer had no wire to plug in (not working) mini fridge not working at all, bed was not comfortable, staff knew all this problems and did not do anything about it. will never recommend this hotel, You Hotel.com should not even list this hotel. Weekend was full of football supporters so I could not change my room, staff not English speaking at all. Breakfast choice very poor it was not being replaced

Because we prepaid for the room through hotels.com there should not have been any additional surcharge at the end of the stay instead of the city tourism taxes. Instead the hotel gave a bill far beyond this tax with no explanation of what those charges were other than 'servizio.' Although the hotel was said to have multilingual staff the person charging us did not speak any language other than Italian so we had no way to contesting the charges or asking what they were for. Also this hotel says it has AC but our unit did not work whatsoever. The Wifi is also poor to nonexistent in the actual rooms.

This hotel is rated as a three star hotel, in fact it is a no-star hotel. It is worse than a hostel. Stay away. Not worth the money. The rooms are unclean and the bathroom very moldy and smelly. The mattresses are full of stains. No mattress covers, so one can see through the sheets - which are very thin from usage and full of stains. They are recycling old furniture, TV etc. from other hotels. When we turn on the TV other hotel names came up. The staff simply does not care. Breakfast is OK but still not worth the money. They advertise free internet, which again is not true. The internet does not function in the room except in the lobby, which is very dirty, smelly and noisy.
The location is acceptable. There is tram nr. 4 that takes you to the center. If you are going with the car to Turin, the parking is very reasonably priced.
In sum, this hotel is simply a rip off. Stay away and save your money.

Our stinct in Turino at Miramonti.

as I am a family of 6 - we get 1double room & quad room. Both rooms very clean & well kept. The towels are clean & fresh.Lov the mini kitchen. Our room had a superb view of the alps!!
The breakfast buffet was a good spread.
It is near the tram stop & very convenient to go about to the city.
The hotel staff are helpful & informative.

Hotel situato in posizione un po' periferica ma ottimamente collegato al centro tramite tram.
Ottima camera pulita e dotata di bella TV, frigo, macchina espresso e bollitore con le relative dotazioni.
Colazione molto assortita, sia nel dolce sia nel salato e di ottima qualità.

Tout d 'abord on tient à remercier toute l 'équipe de l'hôtel pour son dévouement et son écoute.Ensuite concernant la chambre rien à dire .Quant au petit dejeuner nous avons été très satisfait.En revanche le seul point négatif est que l 'on repart demain😢à moins que vous nous offriez une nuit😃.Restez professionnels comme vous l'etes afin d 'avoir quelques étoiles en plus qui serait bien mérité Bien cordialement mme et m Scarso.

Réceptionniste très agréable. Chambre spacieuse avec des bouteilles d'eau au frais et la climatisation mise en route, très appréciable au vu de la chaleur le jour de notre passage. Le petit déjeuner est hyper copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Proximité avec le centre historique, parfait pour une visite de Turin

Pulizia eccezionale. Stanza calda e accogliente. Letto comodo e pulito. La signora della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso dire lo stesso dell'uomo con cui ho parlato telefonicamente per confermare. Cafone maleducato e arrogante. L'unica pecca dell'Hotel è lui. Per il resto è eccezionale e lo consiglio sicuramente, nella speranza di non dover aver a che fare con quell'uomo...

Il personale alla reception, delle pulizie e della colazione è sempre stato super gentile. La camera quadrupla era un appartamento: pulita ed enorme, tanto che avrebbe potuto ospitare comodamente un altro letto matrimoniale. Unica pecca il box doccia in bagno con un anta staccata che non si chiudeva a dovere. La struttura dell'hotel è datata gli infissi essendo di alluminio di mattino fanno la condensa con lo sbalzo termico. La colazione è buona e completa per questa categoria di hotel. Lodevole il servizio degli addetti al buffet nel rispetto delle regole di distanziamento anticovid.
Peccato per la zona dove è ubicato l'hotel che sconsiglia di uscire a piedi la sera o di girare da soli... Inoltre non è vicino al centro: su booking o hotels c'era indicato il centro a 3,7 km ma in realtà è molto più lontano e con il tram o il bus ci vogliono oltre 20 minuti. Altro handicap è sicuramente la ricerca di un parcheggio per la propria auto nei dintorni, posto che vista la zona è vivamente sconsigliato lasciare qualsiasi oggetto minimamente interessante in vista. Ma lato gestione, accoglienza, pulizia nulla da eccepire.
