It was \"somewhat OK\" until my last night at the property. At 3am I was disturbed by the noise from the room upstairs, loud music, doors slamming, things being thrown on the floor. I called reception at 3:35am to complain, Reception said they would talk to the people. Quieted down for about 5 minutes and it started up again 5 minutes later. At 3:55am I AGAIN called reception they said they would handle it again. 5 minutes after AGAIN the noise continued. I was flying out the next morning so I said the \"hell with it\" and stayed awake. The hotel NEEDS to have a policy where if they have to go 2 times to a room, the Police are called and the people are expelled from the property. I guess this is too much to ask for a Latin Country where they all enjoy noise... There were other things that were not ordinary but too long to list. I will say the Staff (daytime male reception staff and bellboys) were Excellent and did their best. The \"young lady\" who was at reception in the afternoon's was a \"little out to lunch\" in my opinion. Not a bad hotel, just lacking a lot of professional guidance from management. Question: Would I stay here again ? Probably, probably Not.

The toaster doesn’t toast bread, just make noise but doesn’t actually toast. We let the restaurant know and she said she will have t fix. We stayed for two plus weeks and the toaster was not repaired or replaced. The sidewalks near the property are in bad shape, not safe to walk. The staff that helped with the luggage was professional. The gym has machines in good working condition. Cleaning personnel does a good job.

The check in staff was extremely rude. We came as a group and or rooms were not ready, which was fine since we got in at 11 am. I was going to ask about extending a few more days. All i could get in was -hola- and she abruptly shouted back \"NOT NOW' . Wow! Must have been a bad day for her. But no need to take it out on the guests!

Later the other reception staff was much more helpful ana polite. He was indeed more professional!

And also the room with city view... well... there no view.. Just the neighbors roof top.

Terrible check-in experience. Did not have my reservation, room was not ready, did not have the complimentary wine, I had to go ask for it the next night, food from the restaurant was not good.

In two occasions, I arrived after my day was over, and as I was coming to the elevator a bell boy was intensely asking me what room was I staying in… like if I was trying to sneak in or doing something wrong.

John fue quien nos recibió en recepción, respondió todas nuestras preguntas con amabilidad es eficiente y cordial. Tuvimos tres estadías en habitaciones 607, 402 y 210. Reportamos a la coordinadora del desayuno que la tostadora no está tostando y durante 3 semanas no cambiaron la tostadora a pesar de que saben que no funciona.
Es un precio justo para el servicio que ofrecen. Los huéspedes apreciarían muchísimo que mejoraran la calidad de las toallas. El tejido de las toallas es muy brusco y viejo. La presión de agua en los pisos superiores no es constante. Si alguien usa el agua en el cuarto de enseguida esto afecta la presión del agua y la temperatura.
El personal en general tiene actitud positiva y de servicio. Por favor pongan toallas de calidad en las habitaciones.

Great hotel location. Breakfast foods were often cold or Luke warm at best. Items were often empty. And slow to refill. I often had to get my own coffee.
The rooms were nice, clean and efficient. The front staff were helpful given my limited Spanish. We were able to communicate.

I can’t open the slide door in the shower, my husband got help and they won’t change the room for us till tomorrow and then my husband got show, but the shower door weren’t uneven, our bathroom got flooded. Next tomorrow we asked to changed room, and we needs to moved our stuff, all the keys weren’t working, we were up and down to front desk over 4 times to get keys that worked for both rooms and to completed our move. I did asked for our inconveniences, we will get upgraded our room, and the answer was NO. They don’t care at all. I won’t return to his hotel.

Good location , friendly staff

Staff is very friendly. They helped arrange drivers for pick up at the airport and also activities. The hotel stay was comfortable and conveniently located in a safe area. I would suggest that the hotel at complementary free water at least for the first night because people don’t go to the grocery store when they arrive late. Breakfast was pretty some of the foods could be improved. But overall, it was a good stay.

This place has much potential. It was surprisingly quiet in my room and I found my stay there to be very restful. However their management is overly focused on nickle-and-diming you. Did I really have to stand waiting for 5 minutes at 4am when the desk agent had to go upstairs and confirm that I hadn't eaten a candybar from my room? Did that breakfast waitress really have to chase down a woman who inadvertently took a 2nd mug for a cup of coffee? Really? The staff themselves were kind enough but they're being micro-managed in a way that doesn't grow the hotel overall. Management is the problem.

They DO NOT HAVE ANY ROOM UPGRADE program, that is a false publicity. They told me that the bottle of wine ( gift) represent the only upgrade that they have. I upgraded my room but I had to pay 100,000 pesos for the second night.. those rooms were available and empty upon my arrival. I’m very disappointed with the premium VIP program. I tried to contact Expedia, but I couldn’t find any phone number.

Good-ish hotel, not so good area

The hotel is two streets away from a nice area (starting at Calle 93), the location is convenient, but quite dodgy. The breakfast is pretty average, low quality bread and cold cuts. Bed and pillows are very comfy, nice bathroom and room in general. Staff is really nice.

Buenas tardes. El aire estaba dañado y hacía demasiado ruido desde el mismo, pudieron cambiar la habitación desde el mismo día pero lo hacen solo cuando el usuario manifiesta la inconformidad. La ubicación está en una parte bastante solitaria y puede ser peligroso en horas de la noche. Cobros que no son claros sobre impuestos al momento de la reservación y cuando se hace la confirmación de compra especifican que los impuestos están incluidos pero al momento de llegar al hotel hacen el cobro nuevamente de estos impuestos y esto dice que están generando duplicidad en los cobros. Nada más, gracias!

This hotel is first class. Located in a quiet and safe area. Our room was clean and perfect. Every single person we interacted with, for many different reasons, was efficient and helpful, especially Diana. The restaurant food was excellent, especially the fettuccine carbonara! Cannot fault the service. From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, the property is well maintained, in a beautiful and safe area of the city. Near shops and restaurants and easy to get into the main city attractions. Fabulous place, service and staff. Everyone went out of their way to answer any questions or provide any service. We loved the hotel architecture and the cozinesses of the rooms. This hotel is beyond my Expectation!!! It's new and clean. All the staff is so friendly and warm-hearted. The room is great. Even with e sinks in the bathroom! I booked a Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel and it definitely worth it. There is a Santa Claus at that night to take photos with you. The location is great. Parque 93 is a great area to live in. The top floor has a gym that nobody uses. The decoration of the hotel is fancy. And the price is not very high. I highly recommend this hotel. It makes my stay in Bogota a great memory. As a 4-star hotel, it worth it. By the way, the breakfast is also great and has some options (compared with other places I stay in Colombia...). If I veer have a chance visiting Bogota again I will definitely book it again.
