It really smelled like strong odor of chlorine in the hallways even on the 3rd floor. We didn't even go in the pool - but you could really smell the chlorine even though pool door was closed.

We were there for a wedding, and the bride and groom had a terrible time with their room, and they had a block set up and everything. This was their wedding, and I was very disappointed that their stay wasn't made more special, and that both nights they stayed, there were issues with the room. They gave the room to someone else, and then the night of their wedding, the staff accidentally checked them out of the hotel. Yeah, that's really bad. The elevator was out, and we had folks in the party with some bad knees. From this experience, I think this hotel can and should do better.

The hotel itself is just fine. The people were great but the fact that you’re paying $181 to stay in Delano. And the fact that the beds are in my opinion as hard as a rock. They do have a pillow top on them, but it does nothing to help the prison feeling of that bed.

The hotel’s accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and upper end. It was easily accessible by bike or car, and is near a bike trail that connects to the Luce Line Trail. The free breakfast was a nice touch, similar to other hotel breakfast provisions.
