The staff was pretty much non-existent. I am sure they are short staffed but the young lady that checked me in was obviously bored and disinterested. Offered no direction on finding my room, where to park, what time breakfast was, have a good day, etc. This hotel was okay for the money but nothing special.

Staff is outstanding and this is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot ..breakfast was really good and runs from 6am till 10am so if your a late sleeper ,what more can ya ask..I don’t hav enough words to cover all the good things about this place.and can’t think of anything they could improve on…

Everything was fine
But they said my reservation was for 1 night only so they charged me for another night. Not sure but definitely wondering my reservation was all set for a 2 night stay. Definitely wondering if they overcharged me

Clean room, spacious bathroom, free breakfast & good food options very close (Carbone’s).

It really smelled like strong odor of chlorine in the hallways even on the 3rd floor. We didn't even go in the pool - but you could really smell the chlorine even though pool door was closed.
Donna
The staff was great. Very accommodating, helped with extending my stay and being able to stay in the same room. I had an issue with my key my second night and they took care to make sure I got in my room. The room was clean and had what I needed for my stay.

Laura
Very quiet motel. Would stay again and recommend to others
Julie
Everything was good. Wendy at the front desk couldn't have been nicer.
The only thing I can suggest is, please do something about the stale smell in the rooms. I've been to many hotels recently and this is the only one that has \"that smell\"

Jeremy
We were there for a wedding, and the bride and groom had a terrible time with their room, and they had a block set up and everything. This was their wedding, and I was very disappointed that their stay wasn't made more special, and that both nights they stayed, there were issues with the room. They gave the room to someone else, and then the night of their wedding, the staff accidentally checked them out of the hotel. Yeah, that's really bad. The elevator was out, and we had folks in the party with some bad knees. From this experience, I think this hotel can and should do better.
LYNN

Super Clean
This hotel is always a great stay. The staff is friendly and keeps the property extremely clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice daily complimentary breakfast. Very pet-friendly.
Terri
Only thing was they could not give me a receipt for my stay as I booked through a 3rd party.
Donna
Very strong odor of pot smoking in the 1st floor hallway....wont stay there again
Aneese
The hotel itself is just fine. The people were great but the fact that you’re paying $181 to stay in Delano. And the fact that the beds are in my opinion as hard as a rock. They do have a pillow top on them, but it does nothing to help the prison feeling of that bed.
Clean place nice people, but way too expensive.
And 181 was the cheapest of the rooms they asked if I wanted to upgrade in that room would’ve cost me over $250
