Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel was an absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff was friendly, helpful, and over the top accommodating. The property itself was tastefully decorated and meticulously appointed. We ate at the sports bar and the food was excellent and the waitress was so very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and hot tub were gorgeous with beautiful views. Room service was amazing and the free valet very much appreciated.. I would highly recommend this Hotel and hope to be able to return someday.

Hotel was fantastic with large clean rooms. Pools and Hot Tub was almost empty with great views of the mountains. We ate in the 7 Moons restaurant and the food and service were great. My only complaint was having to walk through the smoky casino to get to the restaurant. Use the valet at the hotel because if you self-park in the garage, you have to walk through the smoke-filled casino. Skip the casino, but the hotel was really exceptional.

The rooms were very nice and clean with beautiful views. The cost was a little pricey, no breakfast included and we were not able to get an hour later check out. We ordered room service breakfast, it was very good. We ate at the Vista Restaurant, food was good, plan on about a hundred a person and 3 of us had only water, and one soda to drink. Casino was very nice, all of the staff from check in to restaurants and casino were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay!

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family birthday weekend. From the time we pulled up to the door, the entire experience here was perfect. A valet greeted us immediately, a bellhop loaded our luggage onto a cart, and we were directed towards the check in desk. We checked in quickly and got to our rooms where our luggage was delivered promptly.
The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Once we were settled we ate at 12 Moons. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was amazing.
The next day we requested extra blankets, coffee, cream, and water and the staff responded immediately. We spent sone time in the outdoor hot tub which was lovely. Later we ate at the Falls buffet and this was the only part of our stay we didn’t love. The food was mediocre and the price tag was too high for the quality. Other than that the stay was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend getaway turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. The check in process was disorganized. I was initially checked into the wrong room and staff were dismissive when I raised concerns. Once I finally got into the correct room, it was missing advertised amenities and the air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was also incredibly noisy, with constant door slamming late into the night and poor soundproofing throughout the property.
The food quality was disappointing and even the checkout experience was confusing and frustrating. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail fell far below what I would expect from a “four” star hotel. I left feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. In my opinion, this is a three star hotel charging four star prices. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was gifted to me.

This brand new, AMAZING property completely exceeded my expectations! Gorgeous, huge room with a shower big enough to throw a party in. We used the pool and hot tubs (plural!) with fantastic and beautiful lounges, couches and chairs. Plush striped towels. The restaurant offerings did not disappoint. Every single staff member is happy and helpful. I will be back, most definitely!

The whole stay was truly a very pleasant experience, from the efficient valet, to very friendly checkin process, room with very well furnished amenities and extremely comfortable bed and pillows.

I would highly recommend hotel to any one visiting the area, and will gladly return.

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The spa, pool and gym were exceptional. My only complaint was there was a weird noise coming from the windows.

My friend had the same issue and he was two rooms down from me. Almost like something was banging on the windows.

It would not keep me from staying there again!

Fantastic stay. We loved the rooms and the bountiful buffet. I wish the casino was a little less smoky. The smoke was total madness as I left the buffet. I had to pop into the restroom to put water on my face. The smoke was quite suffocating. The buffet was better than I expected and the desserts were great. I enjoyed everything but the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai tasted a bit strange - maybe it was the cooking oil was off or different. Everything else was top notch. The pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning which was really disappointing. I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay again, but I would want the pool and hot tub to get open if I rebook a visit.

Overall nice place to stay, staff is very friendly, bartenders are slow and not very good at building quality cocktails, beer is good. Casino was brand new lots of slots to choose from, small sportsbook, which was nice for betting on the games or horses.

The Snoqualmie Casino Resort is Wonderful! First it's Gorgeous, it still has that brand new smell! Rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The Pool and Hot tub area are huge, clean, and perfect! Lovely time there! Staff is welcoming and accommodating. I really loved it here and want to return soon! The reason I knocked off 1 star is because, they have smoke free casino areas and smoking casino areas. There is no way to access the restaurants without walking through the smoking casino area, which was discusting. Someone right in front of me actually blew smoke in my face. Cigarette smoke makes me nauseas, and the restaurant we chose had smoke from the casino area coming towards us. The resort has 24 hour room service, so next time we go we will eat in our room and avoid all the restaurants, so we don't need to walk through smoke clouds to access them. I wish they offered restaurants in the Non-smoking area, but now we know what to do, and the non-smoking casino area is the closest to the rooms access. So that's good!

A great place for a short getaway! The hotel rooms were excellent, and the service was superb! Because I had elderly relatives with me, I requested that our rooms be closer together, and the hotel accommodated my request! Thank you so much! The hotel's steakhouse was absolutely fantastic! The tomahawk steak was amazing! The casino was also great! However, the buffet was just average! Overall, it's definitely worth experiencing! The hotel is spacious and bright! It has everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment!

Everything was excellent -from the room to customer service. Only notes are it can get very Smokey, especially near the cigar lounge. Some of the apps (guac and artichoke crab dip) from Hawks Peak were not good, but they immediately took off our bill- so nice. The pizza and cheese sticks were really good, as well as the old fashioned. Their bfast was pretty good too. We also dined at the steakhouse and it was AMAZING- no notes. We also tried the deli for breakfast… also good. We had such a great time!

My husband and I have stayed with you more than a few times. We’ve never had a problem checking in earlier than 4:00 pm. I do though understand if you are filled up that it’s not doable. My husband came before me as I had to work. He went to the new check in area at around 3:00 pm. The lady at the desk threw the credit card back at my husband and told him your room is Not ready. She was so terribly rude! I arrived at 3:30 pm and went to check in to ask if they could please hold my bag until we could check in. I was told our room was ready for whenever we wanted to check in. Needless to say we just did not have a good experience. Not to mention the air in our room was blowing so hard I had maintenance come to turn it off. Sure enough my husband and I are now sick. I feel so sad that I don’t think we will come back to stay.

Great place to stay. At the time pool was closed but it was clearly labeled ahead of time which is worth mentioning I like that. Communication is key. Previously we enjoyed the hot tub and will stay again when it is open hopefully during the summer. Slot machines at the casino are fun but definitely will leave you smelling like smoke anywhere you sit. Rooms are immaculate and no smoking look professional and up to date. Wifi easy to connect to and smart tv is up to date and easy to connect to have something to fall asleep to. EV charging available for free valet so car left charged up.

Hotel/Casino in general was above average. My issue stems from the fact that I booked this place for the pool/hot tub. Which was nice. However, without any notice they shut it down for two weeks for maintenance. So, nothing on their website or Expedia’s information about the hotel. It was quite disappointing. We understand that things happen but planned maintenance - that should have been up front. I would not have chosen to stay there and it really was not something that is easy to overlook. Couple of notes: the plumbing/pipes in our 9th floor room sounded like a hammer with every flush, which seemed odd for a new place. Beautiful pool room - since it was winter, only the indoor hottub was open - it was spacious but the dirt ring was a huge turn off. This NEEDS TO BE CLEANED EACH MORNING AND/OR EVE.
