Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds, morning breakfast does the trick with all you’ll need to start your day. Parking easy and convenient and location is close to shopping and a Wild Fin American Grill within walking distance for a great dinner.

I did not like the fact that one elevator was broken for the entire stay at the hotel was packed.
The breakfast food was lukewarm at best.
One of the Hotel at the front desk was so loud and boisterous that no one within 15 feet of her could hear anyone else talking and trying to communicate directions. She 100% full of herself.
I will not stay at this property again.

Breakfast was excellent as it was fresh and had a lot of options. We stayed in two rooms due to separate reservations. One of them was spotless while the other one had stains on the bedsheet. The amenities were average with the pool and the gym being very small. But if you want a quick work out it'll do the job.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Issaquah is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel to stay at. Staff was welcoming and very nice. The lobby and dining area are very nice, spacious and clean. The room we stayed in was modern and uniquely laid out. It had a nice pull-out sofa from West Elm at one end, closest to the door. There was a useful and large desk area that divided the room between sleeping and lounging / TV areas. Closet was huge; it was a walk-in closet that you don't normally see. Beds / mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioner was located on the exterior wall, across from the head of the furthest bed from the door. There was no way to redirect the air from being blown directly onto the person while sleeping in the bed. That is a minor issue that can be worked around. The only thing I would question was the position of the bathroom. It was centrally located in the room, directly across from the two queen beds and not to either end of the room. Nothing necessarily wrong with that, just different and possibly provides a little less privacy. Overall, would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Upon arrival, there were no luggage carts available and only one elevator was working, which made check-in inconvenient. In fact, for the entire 3-night stay, there was only one working elevator, and we never once saw a luggage cart available—even at check-out. When we asked, staff said they did not know where they were.

That night, the power went out around 11 PM and was not restored until approximately 6 AM. The room became extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. We were also unable to charge phones or use a CPAP machine, which raised safety concerns.

In addition, there were very loud and noisy guests staying in the room above us for the entire stay. It sounded like they were running around or playing soccer the whole time, which made it very difficult to rest.

Despite these issues, the hotel did not offer any refund or discount for the affected night.

Breakfast was also disappointing—limited variety, often cold, and the waffle makers appeared old and did not cook properly. The waffles came out burnt on the outside and still undercooked inside.

Another concern was the lack of enforcement of basic food area rules. Guests were bringing large dogs into the small breakfast space. It was uncomfortable and unsanitary to see animals in such close proximity to uncovered food, and no staff addressed the situation.

We have stayed at this property before and it was not like this. Unfortunately, it has noticeably gone downhill, and we would not recommend this hotel.

This place, where we have stayed before, has wonderful staff and a wonderful breakfast… BUT they seem to be letting repairs go. One of two elevators out of service. The breakfast area has an outside patio which was beautiful while we were there… BUT the door was broken so of you went out you had to walk around the end of the building to get back in the hotel.
Both of the above had signs on them, so they knew and let you know, but other guests we talked to confirmed that these essential items have been out of service for a while.

The elevator was broken and the pool was closed! We purposely booked that hotel for the pool. I can’t believe it was closed on Memorial Day weekend. Also we had five guests staying in our room which we indicated when we booked our reservation and we only had four towels. Just ridiculous. Also the front desk girl was not welcoming at all. I don’t think hospitality is her forte.

The hotel location was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The new computer operating system took about 15-20 mins to check in each group of people. Good news was they hadn’t yet figured out how to charge people $18/day for parking, so that was free. The manager thinks the operating system will be gone soon, since it is SUCH a complicated/slow process.

There are two elevators at the hotel and one was down, so it took a lot of extra time waiting.

The pool is TINY and there is NO HOT TUB. The pool is about 10’ X 25’. Literally, the maximum bather load is SIX people! That’s how small it is. The max number of people on the deck is 51—I don’t see how that many people could ever fit in the room, and that would technically make for 8.5 people on the deck per swimmer.

The room was GREAT, very spacious (we got a double queen) but the beds were WAY TOO firm. Way too hard. It was really difficult to get moderately comfortable, but our kids didn’t mind. The sofa bed could be used as a sofa (obviously), one bed, or two beds (one pulled out on the floor and one at sofa level).

The continental breakfast was a solid “fine”. Both mornings there were 4 juice choices (yum!), link sausages, scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, limited cereal (only fun one for the kids was Cocoa Puffs), tasty coffee, bagels, etc.

Nice location and room, great staff, hard bed, tiny pool, no hot tub. Will not be staying here again.

My room spacious and spotless. Really appreciated the layout. It felt like an apartment, the open sleeping and living areas are separated by a partition that serves as a desk for work or a place to sit and eat. The beds were extremely comfortable with super soft and cool to the touch sheets. The breakfast buffet is included and not like some “continental” style breakfasts at other hotels. There’s real scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, biscuits and gravy, salsa, waffle mix and maker, bagels cream cheese, yogurts, fruit, oatmeal, granola, raisins, breakfast sandwiches, juices, milk coffee. The staff was warm and attentive and seemed to truly care about my experience. I had a wonderful stay.

The one thing I would like to mention is that the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were EXTRA DRY and just crumbled. They were pretty gross to eat. :( Everything else was great. The room was clean, smelled clean, had plenty of towels, and was very comfortable. Definitely my go-to hotel when I'm on the west side of the state.

The breakfast is delicious and has everything we would want to eat in the morning for adults and kids. The kids love the food. The covered parking is always safe and they don’t charge as much as the Seattle hotels. We will be back in the summer. Thank you.

Booked a hotel for one reason: the pool.

Called ahead, mentioned my kids were excited to swim… no one thought to mention it’s CLOSED.

Pricing was presented as a ~$50 upgrade… ended up being an additional $330 room. That’s not miscommunication—that’s misleading.

Woke up to half our room having no power before a 7:45 AM Seattle Children’s appointment.

Front desk response? “Bummer… I’ll let my manager know later.”

Power. Pool. Communication. These are BASIC expectations.

Do better.
