Hot tub was not working ddddddddddd
Jeanette
Staff were very nice location to the train was great. The room itself needs help the curtains(shears) need to be replaced. Above the bed are spider web's that have been there for a while. Dresser drawers should be wiped out after every check out. Woke up to ants walking all over the counter where microwave is and in bathroom totally disgusting.
Jeannie
Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful in checking in and out. House keepers were friendly as well..
Natalya
For the family stay is the perfect choice
Paolo
I enjoyed the Redmond Inn for a four day stay. The location is super convenient if you plan to visit Marymoor park, the light rail and Whole Foods
Eduardo

The windows were so thin that every sound outside especially the traffic from the busy road, could be heard. I got up to check the window to see if it was open. It wasn’t. The facility was ok, but could use some paint and updating.
Lauraine
We used train to go to the baseball game 40 mins and the train was $3.00 one way it’s better then paying $75.00 for parking at the game
Carmen
El desayuno pueden mejorarlo, sobre lo demás todo estuvo excelente muy atentos y serviciales
Dale
This was a great place to stay, great access to downtown Seattle either by train or driving. There were lots of blue jay fans. For the price it had all that is needed.
Joel
Staff were great!
Ahmed
Clean and quite rooms
Tessa
Very busy weekend so lots of people. Breakfast area was way too busy to grab anything before we checked out. Hot tub was not available. Coffee machine in the lobby was also out of order when we checked out. While the location was great to get where we needed to go, there weren't a lot of extras to be had and the insulation isn't great, so could hear the rooms both beside and above us clearly.
Hannah
Staff was great, rooms were clean.
Clayton
The hotel was a good place to stay at.
John
Check in was super easy and front desk were very helpful with directions and suggestions for travel to and from the hotel. Hot tub was out of order while we were onsite so didn’t get to take advantage of that, unfortunately. Breakfast was sub-par. Waffles, toast, cereal and a bowl of oranges.
Kelly
Breakfast was coffee bread and juice. So.e yogurt. And waffles if you could get near the irons.
Jeff
Breakfast was adequate, but it was very unfriendly the way they locked the door and unlock the door at exact times to make sure that somebody didn’t come in two minutes late or start too early. The room cleaning policy is that they might come in every now and then, but they did not clean the room daily. Actually, they only changed out the towels once in five days, but it was a pretty good bargain for the area.
Karen
The Redmond Inn is an older property and is not luxurious, but it was clean, reasonably priced, and provided all I needed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the breakfast was good. It was continental, having cereal, yogurt, bread and juice but it was adequate. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. So yes, I would recommend this hotel.
Mohamed
The room was okay overall. After staying for two nights, I asked housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that only the towels had been changed.
The breakfast was quite limited. The only freshly made item was the waffles; everything else was very basic, with just a few cereals and boiled eggs.
On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

You could hear everything that was happening above you and below you and in the hallway the walls are paper, thin.
Christine
Great place to stay .
Michelle
My only negative piece to this experience was the late night hallway shenanigans of some other guests. Because we were in an adjoining building to the main building I’m not sure that was being monitored as it was disturbing to my sleep and went on for quite some time.
Connie
Conveniently located.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very well maintained.

The property was dated and saw quite a bit of trash outside when we arrived.
Overall the room was pretty clean but noticed some shady people coming and going!

The location was perfect for catching the light rail to go to world cup game. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. In room. Amenities were great. For the price it was amazing. Only complaint I had was breakfast was not exactly a hot breakfast. Aside from waffles. It was fine for grab and go. And I had read hot breakfast so I assumed that it was going to be something a little different. They did however have a great espresso machine in the lobby. I will stay here again when needed.
VIADEL
Disappointed with breakfast however satisfied with everything else. Very safe area! There is restaurant adjacent to property.

Super breakfast options. They also have a discount at the restaurant next door.

Staff at front desk were friendly and efficient. Grounds and lobby were clean but a bit dated. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom clean enough but in need of a deep clean in corners. Air conditioning worked great! Location very convenient. Would stay again.
Pauline
Friendly staff and great 24 hour coffee service
David
Breakfast was weak at best.

Hotel was clean, convenient and plenty of parking. Convenient location . Spa was not accessible.
Emily
Clean hotel in a convenient location. Helpful staff. Includes buffet breakfast, all fresh and varied menu items. Overall, a great stay.
Fuchia
The only thing that I would have changed was the length of the complementary breakfast. 630-830 is too short.
David
Very acceptable. Clean room
Steven
Decent place, pretty clean but some details overlooked that should have been caught. Breakfast was disappointing, pretty much your typical waffle bagel type set up, juice machine was empty or not working. For the price I'd stay again.
Kevin
Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Convenient to the light rail and Redmond.

This place is excellent. Looks are deceiving from the outside. But the room, amenities, location, breakfast, and the staff are excellent.

There was no hot tub they are lying and the pool was gross had lots of leaves in it when I tried to clean i out I got told not to use the pool which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel the receptionistseemed not happy with her job and didn't even give us a map of redmond 3/10 not staying again

There is a coffee machine that makes lattes and more in the lobby 24/7, that was awesome and continental breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was the bedding needs upgrading. It also had an odor, you can tell the sheets were washed but laying in bed you could smell the blanket (I took the comforter off and put a clean blanket I requested over the other one) but other than that it was a good stay. Rooms are a little outdated but overall nice and clean. It was a nice affordable option in the area.

Breakfast was great
Elizabeth
Very nice room. Love the coffee machine in lobby. Very safe area.

Dated hotel, showing its signs of age. Very noisy - our first floor room near the entrance had an approximately 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door where all of the noises from the hall could enter our room. There are arguably better options nearby, though cost more.

The staff were helpful and friendly! The rooms are nice sized. The microwave and fridge were convenient to use in the room. Good breakfast layout. Conveniently located.

Convenient to everything. Courteous staff. Professional and efficient. Room was spotless, large, quiet and comfortable. Water pressure was great, hot water was quick to to the faucet. Breakfast was great. Free coffee in the lobby was a special bonus. Overall, this place was fantastic.
Francesca
Great clean room. Perfect for those going to the Marymoor concerts.
Tim

If you want to use hot tub it's under the maintenance. Gym is really small.

We were disappointed the spa was closed.
After turning on the heating the corner by the heater smelled of dog urine.
The walls were very thin and conversations from the group of young girls next door were easily heard. After midnight I asked the group to quiet down as the sound carried through the wall and lock off door.
Husband thought the bed was soft and lumpy.
We went next door for breakfast as bread products or yogurt were the main options.
The restaurant next door had amazing pancakes!

Our stay was perfect. Clean room and very friendly staff. Great value. Whole Foods market is 5 minutes walking distance and Family Pancake House (the hotel gives guests a discount coupon) is directly next door. We will definitely consider staying at the Redmond Inn again.

Redmond Inn is in a very convenient location and despite being close to the freeway and a major road it is surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The included breakfast featured very good coffee (so important!) and the continental breakfast offerings were fairly standard. The waffles were OK. The housekeeping was minimal—they clean every other day, which is fine, but our second day was Sunday so we waited 3 days. When they came, I was disappointed to see the staff threw out my personal facial soap. In a friend’s neighboring room, the staff took the dirty laundry but didn’t replace it with clean, and also the bathroom outlet in her room didn’t work. All in all, it was an OK place to stay, just not terribly attentive.

Room was so so. Breakfast mostly carbs. Noisy, right by freeway
James
Booked it since super convenient to concerts and bicycle events leaving from Mary Mawer Park. The art theme throughout the property was bicycles, which wasn’t encouraging sign. Self serve breakfast bar, and coffee machine available in the lobby.
Wendy
I had zero problems with checking in and out. Staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Great location, was very quiet.

Hotel was easy to find, the room was clean and cozy.
Katie
Pool was not functional. Room was stuffy and put off terrible smell when the heat came on.
Reginald
Breakfast could be improved. More fruit choices. Better pastries.

Nice hotel, not super great but not bad either. The rooms were basic, nothing to gawk about but not horrible, service was great, but the hotel was just slightly above average. The pool was dirty and not available for use, and the breakfast was a disappointment. No sausage, no eggs, no bacon, just a waffle maker and some fruits. I gave the hotel 4 stars because of the breakfast and pool, but if it were based solely on the service, it would have been a 5 out of 5!

Worn down. Paper thin walls. Guests smoke right at the main entrance
Ranjit
Was not given a room until 5.30 and had to wait until 5 though check in time was 3 and the staff made me wait for two and half hours and kept saying the rooms are not ready and it’s 15 more mins of wait
Monica
Not sure how so many good reviews, we must have had a bad room. Our AC had leaked into a 12 ft wide circle into the carpet and our bed was by far one of the worst we’ve ever slept in. There were literally 12 in drops down on both sides of our king where people had slept. I reported both to front office but they pretty much blew me off. Lucky we were exhausted and it was a quick overnight.
