Loved the location next to a cycle route which gave access to what we needed during our stay. No car needed.
Very useful having choices of eating locally and on site.

This hotel is the best spot for a wine trip

Clean room. Wonderful spa. Walking distance to wineries. Can take their bikes to trails.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Suite was awesome… staff was great! Amazing flowers and gardens all throughout the property. Highly recommend !
Lorraine
Nice rooms and grounds but too expensive nightly. The grounds are to die for though.

This was an incredible property. The grounds were beautiful. Its in a great spot and we loved the room. It is perfect for a couple trip.

I liked that this property had beautiful landscaping, a cozy lobby & fun bar area. We enjoyed live music on a Thursday night. The room was comfy , generously sized and well appointed ! I would absolutely stay here again .
Landon
The room was really spacious and comfortable. The lodge is within walking distance from many tasting rooms and a great walking/biking trail. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.
Christopher
We had a great stay at Willows Lodge. It's located in a great area and close to walk to various great restaurants and wine tasting. The staff were very welcoming and we loved the outside seating area with a fire.
The hotel was well located for the tours we planned into the trails, forests, waterfalls, islands and mountains.
It was a little disappointing that the bar areas closed at 10pm due to possible disturbance to other guest rooms that surrounded the bar area courtyard. These were very popular areas and a number of guests were not too happy with closing down so early. I would have said 11 pm would have been acceptable.
All in all though we really enjoyed our time here.

This is a wonderful hotel to enjoy a tranquil break from the urgencies of everyday living.

Property was beautiful, the cleaning ladies were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. Restaurant staff were warm and friendly in both the Fireside Lodge and The Barking Frog.
Currin
The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse.
The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back.

We love this hotel! It was extremely clean and very luxurious. It is quite a relaxing resort and the staff was wonderful.

My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary weekend here and it was exceptional! We stayed in the \"Nicer\" room - it was large, quiet, comfortable and we had a great view of the zen garden. The grounds are beautiful to walk around and we also took advantage of the complimentary bike rentals and went for a long ride down the Sammamish River Trail. We walked over to Chateau Ste Michelle and some of the other wineries that are right around the property. The Barking Frog was exceptional for breakfast and we had light bites at the Fireside lounge which was also very good. The hotel was so clean and the staff were fantastic - we will be back!
Martha
A gem in the heart of Woodinville. Great place to relax after a day exploring the surrounding areas, Wineries, trails, etc. The restaurants are very convenient and great food!

Unique, beautiful room with soaking tub, fireplace and balcony.

The lodge and grounds are lovely and we could walk to Chateau Ste Michelle. Our disappointment was over the dining experience. The service was a little slow (they felt under staffed), and some of the food was so salty we couldn't eat it all. That was both at the Barking Frog for breakfast and the Fireside Lounge for dinner.

We very much enjoyed our stay, but even though we paid for a \"Nicer\" room, we had more courtyard view expectations than being placed in a room right next to the spa with a very tiny ground floor patio that also looked right into the sauna area of the spa. But, that's what you get when you book via Expedia vs. direct. While we loved the size and comfort of the room we had (the bed was very comfortable), I do have to admit that the see through glass in the shower area and into the toilet area was a very odd design choice. Outside of the odd bathroom, the property is very enjoyable and right next to several winery tasting rooms that you can walk too. I wouldn't consider this property to quite be at the luxury property level, it is very nice and welcoming and next time we are back in Woodinville, it will definitely be a consideration.

The property is quite beautiful. The buildings seem to be showing a bit of wear. Our
room was nice and spacious but not outstanding. We came back from activities late afternoon our first day and found our room hadn’t been cleaned. On our way back out we stopped at reception to “remind “ them and it was cleaned when we got back.
The breakfast was pretty good but pricey. But that’s the kind of place it is. The rest of our stay we provided our own breakfast.

I was charged for a trip I could not make due to a bus driver accident. I was charged!!!

Amazing stay! Super relaxing with the giant tub (nicer room) and patio to face coffee in the morning. Pet friendly property but we left out fur baby home. Popular place for smaller weddings (probably 80-120 people would be comfortable, but smaller areas would be good for an elopement). They have two pigs on site which were fun to go check out. The grounds were beautiful and we walked them multiple times. Lots of vineyards around. Across the street from Chateau Ste. Michelle. The lodge has bikes that are available for use and right next to a bike trail (no charge). They aren’t e-bikes.
I’m an Expedia platinum member so we were welcomed with an easy to use $15 off meal voucher and a bottle of red blend wine.

This was a very cute inn-style hotel. It was cozy. The bed was comfy. The hydrotherapy area was great. The only negative is the lack of access to food. Everything closes very early. There is no breakfast so you are dependent on the neighboring restaurant’s hours. The hotel has a breakfast room. I wish they offered breakfast. They do put out a coffee station which was nice.
Free parking is a huge plus.

The hot tub was peaceful. Barking frog’s food was average and not worth the prices. food was random and had too much going on. Hosts were great and helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evenings. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered though. still great housekeeping and service.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. There was a little confusion woth staff over our room because of booking two separate nights thru Expedia. But staff was friendly and resolved the issue eventually.
Proximity is great to tasting rooms and restaurants and we loved being able to walk places. Barking Frog is phenomenal and we would highly recommend eating there. They take reservations now - so make sure to secure your spot!

Perfection. Spa was beautiful and peaceful, Barking Frog was incredible, rooms are huge and beds are comfy. Hotels.com VIP status gave us free room upgrade and a bottle of wine ❤️ Love it here!!!

Property is very pet friendly for our dogs. Even has welcoming treats, water, and blankets. Room was really nice. Good size for king bedroom. I also like the location of the room on first floor with patio area that was enclosed by nature (bushes). Friendly and accommodating staff with great food too. Would stay again.
Patricia
Very good breakfast, clean, staff courteous, comfortable room, good location.

The property is beautiful, the staff is great. I love this property for an occasional get away.
I rank them as a 3 star PURELY because of the surprise resort fee on check in. My Orbtiz reservation did not show this fee. This is a premier property, it is a shame that a nice property nickel and dimes vs simply having clear pricing. I would have happily paid the total price including the fee, it just feels slimy to have a surprise $35 fee on check in for things that are a normal part of a booking (wifi etc.)
Just be transparent and include the fee in booking, a resort like this shouldnt have to do slimy gotcha fees

Charles Chan and Crew are SUPERIOR in every category!!! Rooms, lounge, spa, sauna, pool, parking and meals are flawless!! The very best part of Willows Lodge is each individual employee. We always feel like we are guests in their “home” and a part if their family. THANK YOU!!!
Tad
Can’t thank the staff enough. Dropped my wallet and they went out of their way to help me find it
Aaron
Great accommodations and spectacular staff. The Barking Frog cuisine surpassed expectations. From the staff to the menu options, a memorable experience was created.
We would not return to Fireside Lounge. While the service was excellent, the food was disappointing.

Our favorite location in Woodinville. Great staff

The team working at Willows is superior under the expert leadership of Charles Chan!! Calm, clean natural environment that creates an instant relaxation for a stressed soul. Logan and Collin are 2 employees that make every visit and every person feel special. Barking Frog is a must for meals, especially breakfast. Joey makes perfect eggs and a meal becomes an event with Angie and Mo. THANK YOU to everyone!!!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful! The room was nice and clean and welcomed our dog with open arms - very dog friendly hotel. Can walk to all the wineries around with their centralized location. Quiet and quaint. 11/10!

We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. the staff couldn't have been nicer! We had the king bed room with the in room soaking tub for 2 - loved it. We're an older couple, late 60's, would've appreciated if that soaking tub was easier to get into! For us seniors, it took some navigating to get into and out of that tub. But otherwise, an incredible resort. We had the in room fireplace - loved it!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept quite well. We had breakfast at the Barking frog and it was delicious! We told our waitress we wanted to split a breakfast and she brought it to us already halved on 2 plates! Then, she brought us a small plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with 2 delicious pieces of chocolate! Attention to detail - Love it!! We had a GREAT stay and will certainly recommend!

Resort restaurant, live music, food and service were great. Room was average. One very small sink in bathroom. We were put in a handicapped room with a very low shower head which was not appreciated given how tall my husband is. Hallways smelled like dirty catering linens. For the price, the hotel is a bit worn and could use a refresh. The grounds are spectacular.
Ewa
We had an amazing stay!!! The property is very beautiful... cozy. Life music... fire pit... wine... it was just simply wonderful!
Thank you
Thank you
Stephanie
The entire experience was great…until we found out that the shower did not work. The staff informed us that we could use the Spa to take our shower. Since we were on a time crunch for our breakfast reservation, and that entailed more work, we had to decline but it most definitely dampened our stay and experience. For a 4 star hotel, this is an issue you would never expect to see and it was highly disappointing.
Anna
10/10 stay! Beautiful property, especially the grounds. Quiet, serene, relaxing; everything we were hoping for. Welcome wine and COZY robes were a nice touch, beds were superbly comfortable.
