The breakfast, while it contained hot items, had no hot items I was willing to eat. The sausage was a shade of gray I recognize from other hotels as super-cheap, low-grade product, and the eggs were scary. The coffee is not brewed there, but seems to be made by mixing hot water with coffee concentrate, and it is weak.
The yogurt was all non-fat.
No peanut butter.
Unclear what the hotel imagines people are going to eat for some protein.

Room was great, hotel was quiet, and breakfast was available.
Matthew
The room and hotel were clean but looked rundown. The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible. I would not stay here again.
Jessica
Friendly & helpful staff. Had a problem with two things bathroom & TV, room couldn’t get changed & they were able to fix the bathroom & TV issues. Room was not cleaned & the whole hotel needs an upgrade. Laundry amenities weren’t avavible for use. Breakfast was basic and not a big selection. Parking lot needs more lighting.

Wallpaper stained and peeling in bathroom. Bathroom door would not open completely.
Breakfast sausages were cold. Orange juice was more like colored water.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was standard and well maintained. Breakfast was good.
Thomas
Very friendly staff, room was clean. My only issue was no place to get water.
Steffen
The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, however it was not possible to get any shampoo out of the bottle affixed to the shower wall.
Nicole
Great value, clean room, safe neighborhood.
Jeremy
I just can't say enough good things about our stay during vacation. The property was spotless, the rooms are great, breakfast was fantastic and a big hit with my kids, but the best amenity of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was professional, helpful, and extremely friendly.
Natalie
I appreciated getting a nice quiet clean room and was able to do my laundry. The breakfast was delicious also- Ty
I did not like that I was charged for the room before I got there and was charged again when I checked in so until the first charge drops off (when will that occur?) I have a double charge on my credit card.

It’s always clean and has comfy beds. No frills but have never been disappointed. We’ve stayed here many times and will keep using their hotel.

Breakfast is fresh but exactly the same every day. Same round meat patty and eggs.
Very clean
Parking is easy.
My room was clean but super musty smelling. It hits you when you walk in the room. Carpet prolly needs cleaning.

Room was clean, staff was accommodating, bed was comfortable, parking was free and easy, breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. Eggs were not from fresh eggs but obviously from a container. Sausage was not easy to look at. There’s was not much of a variety.

Recent stay wasn't the best. Was staying with my Dad who is battling dementia (I gave the front desk a heads up about his condition). One of the neighbors kept slamming the door way after quiet hours so I had to keep calling the front desk to complain because it's hard enough keeping my Dad calm and asleep without him constantly getting woken up.
Then once I left (had a family member fly to town to stay with my Dad so I could handle his affairs) got a call from the hotel claiming the room had noise complaints and complaining about my Dad hanging out in the lobby. Felt a little like retaliation from the complaints I had been making since my relative said him and my Dad went to sleep well before the noise complaints the hotel said they got started. Ended up moving them to another hotel.

Its an older motel but comfy and clean and we didn't get kicked out for giggling all night. Great price for what we got. Beds were squishy which I liked but my friend didn't. Parking was ample.
Jeremy
Decent hotel. Rooms, bathrooms could definitely stand some updating. Good location. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Mark
The hotel is located in a shopping area, surrounded by restaurants and other hotels. The most important things to me were the well-maintained property, the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. I found the bed to be exceptional and the room was clean and well designed. I will definitely consider staying here again when I travel.
Angie
Traveler woke up with bug bites and had to change rooms.
John

RANDY
The property is looking a bit worn. But the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly.
Gary
Super clean; great location with close easy access to I405; ample free parking; felt secure; excellent breakfast; free coffee in lobby all day; wonderful friendly staff.
POTHURAJUNAIDU
The room was poor—it wasn't clean and had a bad odor. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. I informed the front desk about this; the guest service was unsatisfactory.
Faisal
Excellent. Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff. Hot breakfast. Convenient parking spaces.
Matthew
Rooms show some age. Staff is friendly
Cara
Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Tracy
The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was pretty standard, but good. There was a ton of parking. I really like all of the stores and restaurants that were close by. That is usually not the case with where I have to stay so I was very happy! It’s not too far from Seattle so it’s a great choice to see the sights but not stay right downtown. I felt very safe traveling solo
Alpesh
Very good location for hotel. Lots of food options near by but room were ok.

The staff (aside from two front desk workers) were all incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast lady was amazing - constantly working to keep things filled, hot, and cleaned. She greeted with a warm smile and greeting each day and after 4 nights there, we had a bit of a relationship even despite her not knowing much English. We loved her and she made our stay so wonderful! The housekeepers were also excellent! They kept the room CLEAN and did an amazing job - we didn't expect daily room service but they provided it and did a great job! We were slow to leave a couple of mornings from the hotel and I simply asked that they clean later in the day - we'd return later to an amazingly cleaned and refreshed room! The front desk lady seemed bothered to be bothered when we asked for extra pillows and towels (as they fill the room for 4 guests, but we had 6 with 2 staying on the pull out couch. When I asked when we could get the items (as we had gotten there later in the evening and were trying to settle the kids down for bed), she simply replied, \"I'll bring them to you later.\" So we were left waiting for whenever \"later\" was in order to go to bed.
The room was dated and gross (we had a large STICKY area on the carpet right in the middle of the walkway), but the cleaners did amazing with what they could do. The rooms all need updating. I'd stay here again for the cleaners and breakfast lady alone, but no other reason.

The location was great for us and had many places to eat nearby. It is not the Ritz, but if you just need a place to lay your head for the night while being active in the area it will do nicely for you.

I would have preferred there be an alternative in the room already for the heavy feather duvet. I roasted all night even with the heat down. Beyond that, everything was comfortable and check in/out was easy. The staff were kind and attentive as well. The room was very clean.

The bed could use replacing, and the toilet was really low to the ground. For a tall person it was like doing squats :)
Jeff
First night was a little noisy. Room next to me had tv too loud and on late.
