Nice, clean basic hotel. Easy to use TV, and
I enjoyed breakfast. Pretty quiet too
I enjoyed breakfast. Pretty quiet too
Kevin
Well maintained property with outstanding breakfast. Would definitely come back again.
James
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facility is a gem. Our only complaint is that the mattresses, while firm, dumped us together in the middle. We need a firm mattress with springs that let us sleep in our own space, without rolling downhill onto each other. Otherwise, great place.
Susan
The room was nice and clean. Breakfast has a lot of options. Good for free hotel breakfast.
Rajkumar
Great staff.
Laurie
Do not stay here...I had a terrible experience with the administration staff and using a business RAMP card. The facility was old and unkempt with little offerings for breakfast and a terrible work out room. Very noisy....on top of the highway. Never again!!!
tara
Breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating. Nice rooms.
Mitchell

Room was cool & clean
Susan
The staff was very informative and helpful. The room was clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Our building was the second building, not connected to the main one. We very much appreciated the room having a coffee maker. Our late timing meant we missed the included breakfast. It is near the freeway so you do get the freeway traffic noise, but it did not disrupt our sleep. For a full parking lot at night it was surprisingly very quiet of people. We come up to this part of WA often and we would stay here again.
Jeffrey
Breakfast was much better than expected. Great variety and fresh. I’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels that didn’t have anywhere near the selection had here. Nice job.
Brian
Was not aware this was a motel, not a hotel. That’s on me. I should have read the description. Breakfast is all right. Nothing spectacular but better than a continental breakfast. Found a few spiders in our room that we had to kill. My son was not a fan of that.
Elise
We stayed for two nights. It's right off the highway. A ramen and sushi house shares the parking lot. Our stay there was great. The breakfast is FANTASTIC!!! Wow!! They had bacon, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, make your own hot waffles AND Eggo waffles, hard boiled eggs, various cereals, oatmeal, various kinds of bread for toast AND GLUTEN free breads, gf granola bars and gf muffins. Which was amazing being someone that's gluten free. They also had cup of noodles, burritos, corn dogs, milk alternatives (coconut and oat milk) Yoo-hoo, iced coffee, energy drinks, juice boxes granola bars, nutrigrain bars, fruit snacks. I was astonished at the amount of selection for breakfast. 24 hour coffee in the lobby. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My little one had a night time accident and they had no issues putting on clean bedding while we were gone during the day at my son's track meet. The room was exceptionally clean. I was very impressed by that. Coffee and tea in the room. They had soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the room. Decent TV channels, we always found something to watch. I knocked off a star (from 5 to 4) because the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Now I've slept in worse in other hotels and I've slept in better. The buildings are older but that didn't really seem to matter. The pool looked fun but we didn't have time to swim. I would stay at this hotel again.
Kim
Clean, lots of parking, friendly staff
Jing
Highly recommended! The hotel is very clean, and I loved the breakfast options—they even have instant noodles and croissants. Very happy with my stay.
Maria
Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious making our stay comfortable and welcoming. My husband and i were so grateful for the cleaning crew returning a painting before we left. 10/10 would return again.
Dolores
Great staff and housekeeping! Great pricing and close to everything.
Ji-Youn
Super recommended!! Was a lovely stay. Ive stayed 5 days and loved every day! Super quiet, clean, well kept, helpful staffs. Good solid breakfast. Clean and quiet HEATED pool!! Quiet and clean room - great sleep. Laundry machine also very clean. Ice machine also good. Easy parking, chill, easy access location if you have a car.
Nelson
The parking is conveniently close to the rooms. That is a plus when traveling with slot of luggage.
Jessica
Breakfast is good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything normal.
Todd
It seems like this property was once an old fashioned Holiday Inn Motor Inn. It has that look and feel. The location is certainly beneficial for those who need to be close to Kirkland and surrounding areas. And it’s also one of the lowest prices properties in the area. And if you want to stay in the area and spend less than $300 a night this is one of your few choices.
Sophia
Staff did not clean our hotel room. After talking to a worker, we were told to talk to the manager for a refund. Manager treated us extremely rudely and called us liars after claiming his staff was very responsible. Do not recommend this hotel if you want your room cleaned every day.
Shana
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. One of the best hotel experiences I have had.
Michelle
The entire staff was extremely helpful and ready to help. My only complaint is that my room lacked adequate electrical outlets, there was only one accessible wall outlet and a single outlet in each of the two table lamps
Mariana
The variety of the breakfast. From waffles to different types of breads . Even gluten free option. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and out.
Sean or Shannon
After we saw room, we left, wrote it off as a loss and stayed at another hotel. Very dated motel.
Houssein
Good
Melissa
The staff are so friendly and helpful! There were some power outages occurring in the area that were probably out of their control, but I think it made the lights come on in the middle of the night one night. The breakfast was not that great, so I gravitated to the yogurts. They have a lot of fun snacks on hand. I would stay here again.
Robert
On our arrival there were homeless people in the parking lot. This is right next to a busy freeway. Property is old and not well maintained. Elevator filthy. Room was extremely old and outdated. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS PORTRAYED ON HOTELS.COM. We left after 5 minutes and stayed in a beautiful hotel instead. We will work hard to get our money back. Do not stay here.
Rick
My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Seattle area. Although it's an older property, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The double room was large enough for our family. The breaksfast area was well stocked and we appreciated that it stayed open until 9:30AM, which meant we didn't have to rush to breakfast. Great value compared to other options and a convenient 25 minute drive into downtown.
SIYANG
Pretty clean and convenient. The facilities are old but good enough to use. Staffs are very helpful.
Balaji
This hotel was not in its best shape. It's more of a motel.
Middle of the night alarm started and it went on for 5 minutes, no one knew what was happening.
We didn't have breakfast, nothing was appetizing so we skipped.

Everything was great except One Pillow had weird smell which is not a huge issue tbh.

Very comfortable bed! Very friendly staff! Great experience!
Christine S.
This hotel is very convenient for my Kirkland work trips. I’ve stayed there three times. It is very satisfactory for sleeping and commuting. It is close to the freeway so I always ask for a room as far away from streets as possible and find my rooms quiet. It isn’t flashy and isn’t a particularly good place for walking. That said, it is less than a mile away from good restaurants, Whole Foods, Nordstrom’s Rack, Barnes & Noble, Fred Meyer’s so it works well for me

The Staff was very kind and my room was large and clean. It’s an older hotel but very well maintained.

Great staff

All good.
Prakash
Breakfast was ok but not great. Old model. Two buildings. Key to access breakfast were all old school. Overall property was clean. Better toiletries would have been nice.
RYAN JAMES
THE ROOM WAS VERY CLOSE TO PARKING, AND WAS VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS VERY GOOD AND TASTY. PARKING WAS VERY EASY.
Hernan
The hotel is outside of Seatle in a nice suburb but is 20-30 minute drive from seatle.
Cristian
Had everything that matters most to me. A fully stocked, clean & comfortable room. And safe parking.
Nicole
We had the song on our door that do not disturb or what it would be and they still came in and moved our stuff in our room. The fire alarm went off at 10 am the next day of our stay and went off at 530 am the next day .
Ahmed
Overall very positive experience
Bonlie
Wonderful staff, great breakfast, good location
Debra
The room was clean and very comfortable. The extra sofa and table and chairs gave us a place to sit and relax and play games. The continental breakfast was the best.
Veronica
The Baymont, a Wyndham property in Kirkland, Washington.
I was looking for a "less expensive" hotel for about a month’s stay while I prepped my home for sale. The Baymont was close and came in at the right price point. I was prepared to be disappointed because I usually stay at more bougie (read “expensive”) hotels. But I was pleasantly surprised. The good: first this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. It’s basic accommodation but with the MOST comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a hotel at any price point. It has the most delicious room coffee with its cute little coffee maker. Unfortunately, I was never up for breakfast so can’t comment on that. It’s centrally located right between Kirkland and Bel-Red with ready hot water and good water pressure. If you stay in hotels, you know what I’m talking about. I felt safe. It was very quiet, had a simple thermostat, free reliable wi-fi, and FREE Laundry! Also, ample free parking.
The downsides: it’d be nice to have a safe (laptop size) in the room and the most egregious thing is the fire alarm would go off accidentally on occasion. So disturbing and wrecked my sleep. It’s hard to wind down after an occurrence of fire alarm! Fix That!
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Location is quick off of the interstate.
Check-in was quick.
Rooms were decent.
Seasonal outside pool, was not open while we were there but they were in processing of prepping for opening it up.
Breakfast is good for a quick bite before heading out (eggs, meat, toast/bagels, gluten free options, cereal, fruit.
Gas Station right next door, if need to fill up before hitting the road.

We were getting in late and leaving early. So didn’t want to spend much. Everything was fine except when we first went in it had a bad smell.

Great staff, rooms, breakfast
Bonlie
Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is amazing as is housekeeping. Please remember to tip the staff!
Bonlie
The staff are kind as can be...Fantastic breakfast, great linens, great location. I spent a little more because I was so comfortable
Ronald
Very convenient location. Very nice staff.
Connie
Room was clean and very quiet!
Greg
Older property, but very clean, super nice staff, and great complimentary breakfast. Great location near Totem Village. Would definitely stay again.
Akbar
Except the staff, nothing was to standard. dusty smell beds and noisy door opening were examples of issues.
Viktor
When I got to check in at 2pm (their check in time starts)
I been told that my unit is not ready .. 🙃
And I have to wait for another hour so they can prepare it for me …
First time in my life I bumped in this kind of issue at 90% empty hotel facility

The breakfast was great, and gal working the breakfast was great!
Michael
Staff was very friendly and helpful with our late arrival. The room was very clean and had plenty of bathroom amenities. The breakfast had plenty of choices and loved that they had turkey sausage an option. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as Costco. Overall our stay was very pleasant.
Eric
Broken coffee pot. They said they would take care of it but didn’t. Otherwise a decent place. Breakfast was a little better than average and the breakfast staff was very friendly.
Barry
Room was dirty, complementary lotion was open and used, the room smelled like a dirty wet dog, the carpet was frayed and stained and coming up
In several areas, carpet needed to be vacuumed as particles of dirt were sticking to our feet. all told it was an interesting stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was surprised that new baseboard trim was not as tall as the original trim and there was a strip of either different paint color or not painted at all.
Debra
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. I had to have a handicap room and it was the best for layout for a handicap bathroom I have ever seen seen. I would definitely stay that again.
Stephen
It’s great 👍
Thasanai
Room is clean, staff are helpful, breakfast is ok and parking is good.
Temirlan
Didn’t get the breakfast because our bed was so comfortable and we slept like a babies
Sylvia
It’s a nice place to stay at.
Jeanette
Convenient access just off the highway. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Rooms clean, and the breakfast offered many choices. Will stay there again.
Wendy
The parking and property were safe and convenient, but the rooms are out of date, smell weird, and the exterior doors have gaps and let air and noise through. I was in the building furthest in the back and it was quiet during a weeknight. The beds were comfortable (most aren't, so this was nice) and seemed clean, but the smell of the room, maybe the carpet, made me not want to return. It smelled dirty.
Anne
I liked the service I received.
Diane
My room was great. Large, small sofa, table and chairs, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed. Plenty of plugs and lights, no problems with the tv and coffee maker, Breakfast was fine for being included. I just don’t like going outside to get to my room. I probably would t have stayed here if I knew if was a motel but it was just fine. The staff was very helpful and courteous and quick to help when I accidentally turned my heat/air conditioner off. Thank you very much! Great stay!
Colleen
This was a quick one-night stay. Staff was friendly. Wasn't fancy, but the rooms were clean. Not bad for the moderate price! We didn't use any of the amenities, not even the breakfast that was included since we were attending a business meeting that served us breakfast.
Linda
Having stayed there many times we have always had a very clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, and great breakfasts.
Ann
Breakfast was fine. Parking stalls are narrow. Room was very clean. Nice shower. Could use a non- slip mat for shower.
Beth
Friendly welcome at Front Desk, parking was easy. Property is near the freeway, which was a little noisy. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Lots of options for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Staff was polite. Rooms were dated but clean. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 7am. When I called the front desk they said it was a false alarm. Really messed with my sleep.
Linda
Perfect place for early morning appointments at Evergreen hospital. Very convenient.
NELSON
Clean room, ample space, amiable personnel.

The parking felt safe and easy.

The hotel felt safe and the room was very clean and nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast but we will next time. We will stay here again in September.

The light in the bathroom kept turning on and off by itself. It was very irritating….
And not because it had a motion sensor it would just turn on and turn off and then back on and then back off and nobody was in there.
There were ants. Went to the office and nobody was there.. I wish their pictures online were current
