The head of valet was exceptionally helpful.

Left earlier. The elevators were horrible they only have one operating used among staff and customers. It’s a long wait. The AC fan is too loud and high even with low setting

The property was conveniently located, clean and modern. Not a fan of the expense of the parking but the valet guys were helpful and provided some good ideas for dinner. The process to get the car was super easy as well but just believe it should be included with the price of the room. The bathroom only had a shower as do most of their rooms except for mobility rooms so if you need a tub, this might not be for you.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and the temperature was above 80 degrees, contacted front desk to get help or change the room but all they was offering a fan to be sent to the room and they sent it after 2 hours. They said no maintenance staff is available at the moment.

1st Room was very dark and lights did not work and overlooked an alley. Was not given the upgraded room I paid for when I booked. They moved me the 2nd day to a new (correct) room. Sink was clogged and would not drain and the toilet would barely flush and ran constantly due to something be lodged in the tank. On top of that there was a $ 59 daily charge for Valet parking with no self parking or street parking available.
Was significantly overcharged from what Hotels.com told me was the total price and there are still pending charges that I am not sure about.
I have stayed at many AC Marriott Bonvoy properties and this one was by far the worst.

While clean the hotel is not well maintained. The equipment in the gym is broken, cups and towels now replenished. The kleenex in our room had two left in it...I could go on. In terms of activity in the hotel, while it was supposedly full the lobby and common areas were dead. If you get a price similar to a Best Western its good, otherwise skip it.

We stayed for a night. The location is great. Room was clean, quiet and good for the price.

The entire staff is amazing. Gorgeous hotel is quiet and within walking distance to food, grocery & upscale shopping. Love the hydration stations on all floors (love that tiny ice) & the valet attendants are very personable & professional. Visit the park a few blocks down!
Akshay
Love staying here! Staff is nice and hotel is clean

Clean room, receptionists were amazing! However, we had a little argument with one the valet men. We got in around 3pm, we dropped our vehicle for valet. When we wanted to leave, he asked us if we clicked the link this and that? Which my husband mentioned he did not explain but he kept insisting he did. He kept saying “I already told you.. I told you” like 3x. Ok like we get it.. if you told us then sure, our fault for not clicking the link. But don’t keep saying it, once is enough and the tone was just plain disrespectful. However, we never went back for valet, there was free parking close by! Valet was about 49$/day. If looking for a pool. Probably not the hotel for you, there was no pool. Other than the mishap, hotel was amazing and receptionist was on point, super friendly!!

Room 324 - fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Told it to the front desk staff but the issue was never addressed.
Rozanne
Yes but charging for it when you’re paying $250 a night is ridiculous

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was overpriced and left much to be desired. Paid almost $30 for a continental breakfast that’s usually free at other hotels.

I grew up in Bellevue. I stayed here while visiting my parents. This hotel is very centrally located and is a very, very short walk to the mall and restaurants. Beautiful lobby and the rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend.
Lani
Clean room and friendly staff. Nice and safe area for walks. So many restaurants nearby.
Allen
Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating.
Pros
- Cleanliness
- Street Parking
Cons
- Only Valet Parking, parking is expensive
- Hydration room doesn't work
- Originally gave us a handicapped accessible room and had to change it (we didn't choose such this option)

I didn’t have pets so I am not sure if they welcome pets. It was very clean and updated. They have a large breakfast bar as well as food offered for dinner and a bar. I didn’t have a long enough stay to enjoy these myself but they all looked good. The showers were really nice and you get quite a few TV channels.
Tori
The valet was friendly and remembered us by name. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast staff was welcoming.
Bahman
Hardly any closet space with 4 hangers. No drawers to put clothing away. The entire time lived off of packed suitcase.

I booked through a 3rd party one week prior to my stay. On the day of my stay I called to confirm and there was some troubles finding my reservation. After it was found I was trying to explain that I might be late arriving as I was attending a baseball game, the person I was talking to was having a hard time understanding I couldn't even come close to estimating what time I would arrive I just wanted to make sure I had a room with two queen beds when I arrived. The room was paid for. Upon my arrival again there was trouble finding my reservation. I was asked when I made the reservation, when I told her she said our records indicate it was made today and we don't have any more rooms avaliable with two queen beds,.after alot of phone calls we were finally give two single rooms. This split our family up because my wife and I had our two gandaughters with us, this was an major inconvenience. On a good note the rooms were nice and your breakfast buffet was out standing. The lady running the buffet was so nice and helpful. I came down to check out and the young man behind the counter said whats up in kind of a rude way. I noticed some pretty major road construction out side and asked him if it would effect the valet person from retrieving my vehicle all he said was you'll get it. He was very rude. The valet person was extremely nice and very helpful. Your hotel is very nice however my stay was less that satisfactory.

I will be back this summer!

Overall fantastic. The staff really made the stay special from the awesome valet Zac, great front desk staff and the AMAZING kitchen staff during the morning breakfast on 3-7. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and I slept really good. The room was almost too quiet. I should have brought my fan. Great stay. Will probably come back
Tiffany
Quick easy checkin, nice room, comfortable bed, awesome valet system and very good location to explore all around Bellevue.
Assane
Good hotel
Karla
Everything was clean and staff very professional and friendly. One thing they can improve is the breakfast, more options like bacon or more flavor potatoes.
Kathleen
I was surprised that I had NO choice but to pay for valet parking, as the only other option was on-street parking. That information wasn't obvious when I made the reservation. Otherwise, it was an excellent choice for a hotel in Bellevue, WA. Perfect location.
Kenneth
The room was very clean, the check-in/check-out process was very fast and easy.
Jocelyn
Courteous staff, clean spotless room, Greta breakfast and offers. Very good stay. Would do it again.

David
Friendly staff good location

The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. There’s a great little coffee shop close by to grab coffee in the morning because the coffee in the room was not very good. Overall, it was a great experience.

Staff was great, and we were able to check in 30 minutes early. Didn’t get breakfast. Enjoyed the 12p checkout.

The housekeeping service was very poor. We stayed for 10 nights and had to complain everyday for something.
The price of the parking was outrageous

First, the positives: the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The facilities are very new and look clean, and there were no obvious dirty or neglected corners in the room.
Now for the criticisms:
After check-in, my wife and daughter experienced mild allergy symptoms, including red eyes and coughing. I asked the front desk to change the bedding and vacuum the floor. However, after waiting and following up for dozens of minutes, the hotel sent a cleaner who did not understand English to check the situation. I explained my request, but she clearly did not understand—no bedding was changed and no cleaning was done.
The quality and variety of the breakfast do not match the hotel’s standard. It may be the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.
After breakfast, a staff member brought out a receipt with a price on it and asked me to write my room number and sign, even though breakfast was already included in the room rate. This made me uncomfortable, as it felt like I was being forced to sign a charge I did not agree with.
Overall, the hotel’s hardware and facilities are good, but the management is chaotic.

Well appointed rooms, clean, and great attention to detail. Very courteous staff!
Nikita
Great staff, free starbucks drip coffee, nice location, delicious breakfast.

Over $50 unexpected valet charge, other than a comment on Expedia of valet available it was unknown until check in and no other parking available. It is extremely misleading to compare hotels when required parking fee is not disclosed up front and this in Bellevue WA not even downtown Seattle so a $50 parking fee is absurd.
Vanessa
Luis at the front desk was amazing. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10. Staff was friendly and stay was comfortable.
Cheryll
Staff was wonderful, room was comfortable, quiet and clean. All we could ask for !
Luke

Barking dogs, screaming kids, doors slamming shut, can hear everything from other rooms, over priced food that’s mediocre. It was eh. Bare bones, bare minimum, nothing exciting, location is great for great food and experiences, this hotel is just a place to lay your head, nothing less, nothing more
Gino
Our stay was fine. But after we paid for our room through Expedia using our debit card, the property charged our credit card (which we used for the valet) for the room two additional times in the past two months. We only stayed one night in October. They refunded us for one of the nights, thankfully, but “can’t find the other charge”. We obviously have proof of all of this in our credit card, debit card, and Expedia records.
Jaime
For starters, the Valet guys were awesome and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient, hotel layout was super easy to navigate. Hotel is in a prime and safe location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and exploring the city. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Aaron
Staff on site was wonderful as always a real pleasure to stay in this facility clean close to downtown. Everything was great.

Our stay was great! We were greeted right away and had such a wonderful time. The staff was helpful and friendly. The valet was worth it since things were so close. Would stay here again!

Solid stay at this hotel in a great downtown location. Very attentive hotel staff, comfortable room, nice gym facility, and overall pleasant hotel.
Michelle
We didn't dine at the property. We had cocktails prior to going to the parade. We were able to walk to the Snowflake lane parade, and there were plenty of dining options close by. Would definitely recommend staying here very clean and quiet.

Overall the property was nice and the location was great. However they dropped the ball when it came to customer service, they double charged me for the room and upon contacting customer service to correct the issue they said they couldn’t find any record of my stay and did nothing to try resolve the issue
Lanette

The room didn’t have any AC

Upon arrival, we were given a room where the lights weren't working. After being sent to a different room, didn't have any issues. Great shower.

Quiet, relaxing stay
My room was quiet, exactly what I needed to focus on work then unwind on my business to leisure trip. The bathroom sink was a bit clogged. The room also felt warm even after I adjusted the thermostat. Fitness center was perfect for an early morning workout.
JULIA
