The ladies at the reception were atentive, what I did not like is the fact that you need to pay extra for parking (10 dlls), extra for breakfast and you have to fill a form and put it in your door with the specifics for cleaning we stayed 3 nights and forgot to put the thing on the door and we had to take our own trash out, so with that being said, we paid a little bit more and stayed at the hampton inn and breakfast and parking was included so I think the investment is worth it.

As soon as we arrived we noticed it was very loud all the time, outside noises. The bed sheets were stained, not cleaned. All the towels and sheets were disgusting. There were unknown mystery stains everywhere and bedbugs, on all the towels there were random hairs which gives me a reason to say they were poorly washed. There was also a weird smell when we walked in.

This was a great two night stay in the Northgate area - busy property but the front desk staff was friendly and handled all efficiently. Appreciated the advance and during stay communication from the Front Office Manager. While probably automated it is still a nice service touchpoint that is underutilized by most hotels.

This is a late 1950's / early 60's Hotel/Motel. It has been somewhat updated/renovated. It is quirky place that is interesting but has rough edges because of the basic structure of the building. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, we had no issues with them. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was running constantly. That was fixed quickly enough but you have to wonder why the cleaning staff didn't report it. Breakfast is a \"sack breakfast\" you select from a limited menu. Not terrible, but not what you would expect. The building renovations made navigating around the property interesting. As I said quirky. Not a place we are likely to return to.

Just Ok. Ultimately you get what you pay for but were I to do it again, I’d spend a little more and book at the Residence Inn just around the corner. I typically have had good luck with Best Western hotels, and I assumed because this was a Best Western Signature property that it would be somewhat elevated. Boy was I wrong. It was actually the reverse.I was surprised at how shabby it seemed. No breakfast, the beds were not comfortable, and the room sort of smelled. Don’t recommend this one.

It’s a hotel that has been around in North Seattle for quite some time. It’s been remodeled and the room we stayed in was nice. It was a double queen with a kitchenette and the bedroom was separate. This is a great place to use as your \"get some rest\" spot in between site-seeing. My room was clean, but the cold, slab floor made me glad I'd brought slippers. The beds are very hard so I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter. I was lucky because I had an extra blanket.
Front desk is great, the close proximity to snacks at a gas station was welcome and it was surprisingly quiet. I've stayed here a few times, and most likely a few more because the price and the location are perfect.
It's safe, comfortable and great for parking for a small fee.

We were in the area for a Dr. appointment that was bright an early the next morning and just needed a place to lay our head for the night. This hotel was fine, the beds were really hard and we both fighting back pain made worse by he beds. This is a much older hotel that has been converted. You can tell it's been updated but there are still areas that could use some work. I told the guy at check-in that I was using a cane which made it hard for me to walk long distances yet they still put us 14 doors away from the elevator. I made it work but it was not ideal. My husband asked me NOT to book this hotel again due to location (kind of sketchy neighborhood but we had no issues) and comfort.

The facilities aren’t fancy, but they were clean and they had some pretty big fellas strolling around keeping an eye on the place at night. It’s close to numerous amenities, but everything closes around 10:00/11:00. If the game runs late, eat before you go back to the hotel. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations. This hotel is nicely located close to the Northgate light rail (Link) station. Very convenient for trips into Seattle. The staff is attentive and friendly and the facility is clean. On-site laundry is free of charge and it’s within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast is $5 per registered guest now and will be provided in a paper bag for you to take with you.
