We told them 3 people coming, requested 2 beds, got 1 bed and a sleep sofa. Towels for 2 in the bathroom, had to request more. They were brought up in a timely manner. When we opened the sofa bed, linens or pillows. Called front desk and a short time later, a plastic bag containing the linens was delivered to our room. When housekeeping came to do the room, the sofa bed was left unmade and again we had towels for 2. The cleaner was outside our room, I asked for more towels and she spoke 2 words in English, \"call hmmm\". The breakfast was not as good as all the other hotels we stayed in. Other than that, the property was clean, room nice. Next to a highway so there was some traffic noise and no restaurants nearby.

The hotel is about 3 months old, so most physical aspects were excellent. The breakfast was quite fresh for steam table cafeteria line type service and the offerings were better than average. It was, I many ways, a recipe for an excellent review. But since any hotel stay will have their issues, a critical ingredient in that recipe is a staff that is experienced enough to spot problems as they arise and resolve them quickly and effectively. Here, they fall far short of the mark.

Staff were friendly, but the first problem we hit was a registration agent who couldn't get the system to work. No big deal, but frustrating that he and his manager worked silently to acknowledge the problem, but didn't acknowledge the problem to the guest standing there waiting for them to solve it 5 minutes later. Next, a garage security gate that wouldn't open took 10 minutes and several requests to get someone to resolve it so we could park and go to the room. There we discovered a previous guest had pilfered the silverware from the room's kitchen and it was never restocked. Staff assembled and repeated the story among themselves several times before someone finally went and grabbed some. No problem could be addressed quickly.

We also found that the hotel, built with a freeway right alongside, was constructed with poor sound proofing so we hear traffic rushing 100 feet from our bed all night. At $350 for a single room night, this was just a very frustrating night for some very weary travelers.

A wonderful place!!! Super clean, we came there to stay for World Cup and it was great to come back to a clean and relaxing hotel!! I requested some extra towels and lotion but that wasn’t fulfilled as well as a shuttle from hotel!!! Ride to the airport was a bit uncomfortable due to the driver! Breakfast was delicious!

Everything was satisfactory. The room has all the amenities needed. The facilities are modern and well maintained. The buffet breakfast offers choices for everyone. Staff cleaning the tables are needed. Even though guests bring empty/dirty plates back, the tables need wiping and disinfecting. It’s half an hour stroll to downtown. Less if brisk walking. It was a lovely stay.

Arrived at hotel after long flight to discover room booked and paid for not available, even though confirmed with hotel days before travel. Substitute offered was okay, but third person bed not made nor ready. When request for bedding made to reception, housekeeping left them outside door. They did not attempt to make the bed. The only person in room at the time was my wheelchair bound wife. For second day, housekeeping decided to roll up bedding and left it hidden under sofa bed. We asked for room to be cleaned on day two. Half-hearted attempt. Again beds unmade and floor remained dirty. One of the reception staff very helpful from arrival onwards was apparently chastised by colleagues for going beyond what she should. Location wise - great. Public areas spotless. Breakfast is great as long as you are there early enough. Not replenished in last half hour or so. Could have been a fabulous stay but sadly that was not our experience.

First thing, before arriving sent a email to them about that I will need the bed and sofa-bed ready; because I will be traveling with my daughter and not with my wife. Check in pretty fast, got in the room and the sofa - bed was not ready, went to the front desk and talked with a Hispanic guy, short guy and has a long hair, I didn’t ask his name, and he told me that I DO HAVE TO SET UP THE SOFA BED, he is going to send to the room pillows, sheets, etc. Go back to my room to set up the sofabed. Open the sofabed and I think that the sofabed never have been used, a lot of food between. Went back to the front desk to ask the same Hispanic guy if they can vacuum the sofabed and he told me NO, you have to do it, I will send the vacuum to your room. I said “ OK “. I made it. Time to take a shower after arrived: NO BODY WASH in the bathroom, had to call to the lobby to request it, the same Hispanic guy answered, he sent it the Body Wash pretty fast. Summer time, 90 degrees outside and the Heat was going on, tried to switched to AC, I counld’t, only the maintenance guy can do it, another call to the lobby and the same guy answered me. The maintenance guy switched pretty fast too. My second day, after World Cup game in Seattle, time to take a shower, no SHAMPOO in the Barhroom, obviously because the housekeeping did not clean the room that day. Had to pay almost $400.00 per night due to World Cup games, but the good thing was that I learned to clean up hotel rooms.

convenient location. Looks clean! Good breakfast! The room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed! The shampoo and body gel was empty!
We pay a lot of money just for one night, because the World Cup (FIFA), we aren’t interested in that, we just went to the cruise! Unfortunately we found bugs close to the bed , I can’t say that is a bedbugs but I was stung, I had proof but the lady at the front desk just threw on the trash can and said she will call some company to take care of that issues and will contact me later. All of that upset me!

Aside from the fact our room hadn't been cleaned when we checked in, they reassigned our room immediately, with apologies. The front desk clerk came up with our new room key, so we didn't need to go back to the front desk.
The breakfast was quite nice, with a good selection.

Our 5 night stay experience at the Element by Marriott Seattle Downtown was absolutely fantastic! Everyone and everything was so nice. The hotel is super clean (they opened end of January 2026), the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the daily breakfast included with the stay had so many options! The front desk folks were awesomely helpful answering our questions on how to get around town. Thank you for making our experience one that makes us want to come back and stay with your location again. Definitely recommend this place.

The property is new so everything is very nice and up to date. The room was spacious and very nice, front desk staff was kind and helpful, but the housekeeping is severely lacking.
The rooms are cleaned every other day which is odd but fine, I stayed 5 nights and my room was only cleaned once. During check-in, which started at 3pm, I was told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby. We weren’t able to check-in until 6pm because housekeeping had not cleaned the room.
We saw multiple housekeepers constantly so I’m not sure why the service was so poor, its a shame because the property is really nice.

Worst Check in experience I have ever had.
Check in listed as 4pm we arrived at 10:30am to stow our luggage and was told by front reception to try around 2pm to check in as rooms become available then. Luckily we did not
We returned at 4:05pm to check in the room was still not ready we were told to go explore the town. As we were exhausted from travelling we waited a further two hours in the lobby with no updates or assistance from reception with other people waiting to check in we were told when we asked it was due to members late check out. We were given an option to take a smaller room but no refund or compensation
We got into the room at 6:38pm to find there was not enough towels or even bedding for the sofa bed which we mentioned was the reason we needed the bigger room.
We had to change plans with friends because of the incompetence of the staff no one communicated with each other and they just blamed each other or other guests late check in
If they knew the room was booked they should not be offering late check out to previous guests
When we opened the sofa bed the rubbish underneath was disgusting
As we were getting our bags from stowage the kitchen hand walked out and smashed plates near us no one checked to see if we were ok just the hopeless reception came over looked at the plates on the floor and said “oh they broke plates”
There was no body wash in the shower container and one toilet paper roll
For waiting so long I would of expected better cleaning

I was pretty disappointed when we got there. We checked in and headed to our room to find out that the bathroom and entrance was filled with equipment/tools. We had been traveling all day and with a toddler we just wanted to get to the hotel and relax. We had to go back downstairs and ask for a new room. I was also told housekeeping would come every other day and they came ONLY ONE TIME during our six day stay! We had to ask for additional towels, bar soap, etc. My family and I love staying at Element Hotels, this was the first time we ever encountered any issues.

Unfortunately, our experience was pretty negative. Our rooms were only cleaned once in 5 days after I had complained. We asked for new towels multiple times and didn’t receive. My husband had to roam the hallways finding a cleaning cart for toilet paper when our kids were using the bathroom. At the cost of the hotel, expects would be a cleaned room each day, fresh towels, and responsive service. We were visiting with family and both had the same experience.

Breakfast was also difficult- I waited 20 minutes for a fork one morning. They ran out of food early and took forever to refill items. There was a lively courtyard and one helpful staff that supported our using it to grill for our family, but otherwise- I would not say again and was very frustrated.

Stayed at Element Seattle Redmond while traveling with family and children and would not recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness standards were unacceptable from the moment we arrived. There was leftover food from previous guests left in the pantry area, dirty cups with fingerprints, and overall housekeeping was clearly not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. We also discovered empty conditioner dispensers in the shower, which further reflected poor attention to detail.

Customer service was equally disappointing. We repeatedly had to ask for proper bedding for the pullout bed, and after requesting housekeeping while out all day, we returned in the evening to find our room had not been cleaned at all. When we spoke to management, there was little concern or apology shown. Manager Isaac was rude and unprofessional and asked, “Do you still want your room cleaned?” instead of addressing the issue properly.

I also emailed General Manager Yvonne Gilbert directly regarding these concerns and never received any response or follow-up. That level of disregard after multiple cleanliness and service issues is extremely disappointing.

This stay added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a family birthday trip. I expect much better cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service from a Marriott property and would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, for the first two days, everything is fine, but for the fourth day , they should do a full room cleaning service, including towels change, sheets and pillow covers change, but they just took all the trash away, folded all the used towels as new, didn’t change sheets or cover, the other day morning I went to the front desk and requested for a full room service, but when I came back in the evening , no service, bed sheets not sorted out, trash still in the bin, towels not change, so I called the front desk to report the problem at night, they sent the new towels and refill to me, and they said they will do full service tomorrow, guess what, no room service again, I reported it to the front desk, and one staff said don’t put the do not disturb sign on, I said no, I never did that, but they seems not believe me and said will do tomorrow, so I asked more new towels and ready to back to the room, but he said just please remember don’t put the do not disturb sticker out ok? So these words made me write this review.

Truly complete experience....the 8th floor had a tremendous outdoor deck that had the best view of the space needle

So I came here after contacting expedia after telling them that I got kicked out of the other property and I booked in advance and what I booked on my Expedia did not match the receipt that I received after I was kicked out of the property for again being assaulted by man in the elevator at breakfast, another man from Union Trades stalking a Vitcim of abuse and Assualt. and then having the FBI and or local police called on me. They had a sheriff dressed as the manager, he was a casino host and blackjack dealer. So thank you Ko for pretending to be fair and impartial manager. Call my lawyer Tully and Rickney, and I do work for DOJ and call Olympia and see that I’m telling the truth. Don’t tap my room and listen to my conversations. Please refund my money. 897.00 with parking I didn’t use. I parked in the outside lot for free. Call Department of Transportation. I don’t pay taxes or parking. I’m on Active Duty Chaplin leave after being shot. No thank you for the sexual advances at the bar 2 months ago. Staking harrassment and intimidation. Call Delaware, PA, MD or Andrews AFB.

This hotel seems very new. The cleanliness was top notch. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast had many various options with real ceramic plates and coffee cups and real glasses for juice and water. The parking price is steep: $30 a night and really no other parking options are available.

You can see Seattle Center with the Space Needle from hotel windows and it’s just a 10 minute walk to that area. Brand new build opened Jan 2026 with awesome staff and fantastic amenities- full breakfast (free) every morning, large and comfy lounge areas like your living room at home, bar and coffee shops, 2nd floor wonderful outdoor lounge with comfy seating and fire pits for gatherings anytime day or night, 8th floor has a large rooftop deck to view cityscape -and a self-serve laundry room (no cash - use your debit/credit card with their laundry app and well appointed gym and studio room for group yoga,etc. Large rooms with furnished kitchen - apartment-size frig, dishwasher, dishes- some come with sofa. They’ll even store your luggage before/after checkout so you can sightsee easily.

The only thing I didn’t like was the check in coz we arrived early around 11:30am so we left our luggage & requested for our rooms to be close to each other. However when we came back to check in one room is still dirty & this is around 6:40-7 pm. The front desk staff said their short staff do we have yo wait. The check in time is supposed yo be 4:00 pm. We waited patiently but I think that needs to be improved. We’re so tired that day being the flight started at 6:30 am & we’ve been up the whole day. One staff I remember was nice Jason, the rest on the fromt desk needs to improve their skills in dealing with people. Alittle smile or accomodating gestures like offering water etc.

We stayed in one of the suites and it was very clean and spacious and enjoyed the fact that all amenities were on site. The bartender that has only been working a couple days there did an amazing job making the drinks and was very personable! Everything was very nice!A+

Please be careful when you advertise that you have a restaurant on the premises. The bar is not a restaurant. This was one of the reasons we chose your location. It would have been helpful to have a list of close by, local restaurants that the could be provided to guests when they check in.
