Love the room, the sofa bed could be improved. As well as the pillows. I wish there is complimentary bottled water for convenience or water fountain somewhere near the fitness/pool area.

the repair team service is prompt and superb! So are the receptionists.

Cons: they make it seem parking is complimentary but you will be charged during checkout, I wish this was communicated.

parking cost: $47 + 25% tax adding up to $60 per night for parking that is advertise nowhere but you will be charged.

The elevators are small and take long as this building is shared with residents.

We love Level hotel it has everything a family would need even if you don’t want to go out into the city while you’re visiting the amenities are amazing our whole family love it. The only thing I can say that was a con about our last stay the room 1243 was showing a lot of wear and not being cleaned between guests. The washer rubber ring was black from moldy mold and left the clothes smelling pretty gross, the master bedroom door was missing 2 screws so would properly shut. It was just little things that either maintenance should be fixing or housekeeping and their not. We will continue to stay at level every time we are in Seattle and it’s usually every few months because even though we had these issues we have had so many great times and good experiences at level

The 24 hr hot tub was closed so they directed me and my autistic partner to the 2nd floor one then when it was around 11pm or so staff comes out with no name tag or anything and tells me and my partner to leave and the other ladies who LIVED there to leave and go to the 1st floor hot tub that was broken I then showed staff with EXTREME language barrier that I have a text stating to use the 2nd floor hot tub in place I showed the staff and asked if there was a manger or someone we could understand better to come talk to us because these 2 staff members claimed the 1st floor hot tub was working even tho the ladies in the hot tub told staff they just went down there and there was a sign to come here and when a so called manager came who was dressed like a civilian no badge nothing was yelling and cursing at all of us to get the f**** out and was following us and trying to get our room number even tho all we wanted was to speak to a manger calmly he then triggered a stress induced seizure to my partner on his birthday AS SOMEONE WHO COMES HERE VERY OFTEN ME AND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LEVEL AGAIN thankfully the nice person at the front desk was able to refund resort fees and such since we couldn’t even use the amenities etc we didn’t try to make a big deal about it this morning just was looking to speak with a real manager without them cussing at us and causing medical issues to my poor partner on his birthday. On that night no staff would give us names.

Incredible stay. Loved all of the amenities (didn’t even get to try everything there was so much offered). My kids had a blast staying up until 1a in the gym and music room. Only reason 4 stars because the pictures suggested it was another room (additional bathroom/bigger space) and the sauna/steam rooms were broken but no notice. I will definitely be back to experience it again however.

One night stay in Seattle to see the Chihuly Glass & Garden Museum and the Space needle. Both were very nice. Our two-bedroom, two bathroom, separate setting area and kitchen at the Level Hotel was extremely nice. Check in and out went smoothly. Staff were very friendly. The only bad thing to say about our rooms were the beds. One was very hard and the other, you could feel the springs in the bed. I would recommend the Level Hotel.

The amenities overall were fantastic and I highly recommend the place.

That said, a few things needed repairs or updating—specifically, the kitchen sink tap in my unit kept falling off.

The stay was amazing before we even got there. I received a message with instructions for parking in the included parking garage, which was so helpful. The guy running the front desk was so friendly and helpful, we considered asking him to hangout- he genuinely was excited about the hotel and clearly wanted us to enjoy all the amenities. Speaking of, i do a lot of hotel-ing, and have NEVER seen a place like this. I truly hope this becomes the standard. This hotel has 3 heated pools which are all open year round. We were here in the dead of winter and were still able to go outside and sit in the hot tub (or swim). Plus there were steam rooms and saunas at the pools! The gym was literally better than the one we pay a membership for, and is open 24 hours. The game room, karaoke room, and cinema rooms were all clean, modern and i loved that they thought to put a bathroom in each spot so u don’t have to go all the way back to your room or the lobby. There werealso many “event” rooms our key card gave us access to, and they were so cool! Not just your standard meeting room like you usually see in a hotel. These event rooms would be awesome for hanging out with a large group or big family. They had kitchens, multiple seating areas with TVs, fire places, outdoor patios with BBQs. Amazing. And the rooms are like apartments. Maybe i didn’t read enough about them when i booked, but i was surprised to find a full size washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms (not just 2 beds in a room like most hotels).

We usually have a great time at level. This time we all got evacuated from the building while I was in the shower. Had to hurry up get dressed and make my way to the street. The washer smelled like mildew quite strong. We stay at level every time we are in the city due to the amenities. We will continue to this is only 1 time we have had any issues. Looking forward to staying again in early march for our 2 sons birthdays. Thankyou

We booked 5 nights at Level and were looking forward to it. Before arriving, I called the hotel directly to confirm our reservation and room type (I read that others had issues not being given the room type they specifically reserved and paid for) in addition to sending a message through the portal. They assured me they had our room reserved. Upon arrival at 9:30PM, we were told they did not have our room type and we could have one room but would need to check out the next morning at 11AM and wait until 4PM to check into the new room. When I explained that this was extremely inconvenient, the gentleman working the desk became rude and agitated. He was very dismissive and stated that airlines overbook their flights all the time. He expected us to be grateful that for 13 hours, we would have a bigger room that we originally requested. We really just wanted the room we selected, reserved, and confirmed. Service continued to be hhit or miss throughout our stay. There were two people in particular who were great - a young lady with braces and a gentleman who checked us out on our last day.

While the amenities were nice, overall we do not recommend you stay here if you value peace of mind, because arriving to be told they don't have your reservation can cause unnecessary stress. Other guests had similar bad experiences. We typically stay at another hotel, and will go back there. It doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation to honor a reservation that was booked in advance.

First the good - The one staff member we interacted with at the desk was very pleasant and kind. The room was large and had a large patio off the back into a courtyard.

Now the meh to bad - Not a typical hotel. No bar, room service, or restaurant on site.

Elevators are slow to arrive and when they do, it takes forever for the doors to close.

Door to our room would shut HARD on you as you leave. I was simultaneously struck by the handle on my hip (bruised) and shoulder. I am a sturdy guy and the force behind the door shutting was surprising.

There was NO hot water in the shower at 6am.

Electrical socket in the bathroom did not work.

TV in the living area is smallish and tucked in the corner and only viewable from 1 side of the couch.

I might recommend for a short \"residency\" due to the room but not for a vacation or anything shorter than a week. (pending they fix the lack of warm water)

Indoor 24hr pool and spa area. 2 other pools out doors, 7am to 10pm. Fantastic gym, free yoga class 10am Saturday morning. Massive gym. Great for a girls healthy weekend.
Bed was very comfortable, room had a kitchenette, room was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Whole foods just around the corner, and some great cafes for coffee and pastries. 22 minute walk to Pikes Place Market.

This was my second stay at the Level. All of the staff I interacted with were top notch. The rooms are so comfy and amazing. I was a little disappointed this time with the cleanliness of my room. The cupboards had food spilled on them and the window sill had spilled drinks. Everything else was very clean.

Had such an amazing stay here — honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were super welcoming and friendly, which made a great first impression.

The amenities are incredible. Tons of saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even cold plunge tubs. It’s such a great place to relax and unwind.

Location is also very convenient, which is a huge plus. Everything about this place just felt easy and comfortable. I’d 100% come back and would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately this time the water temperature in the showers and sinks was subpar, tepid, and made for miserable showers for us and our two guests. We notified the front desk who told us to wait 10-15 minutes for the water to warm up, which we tried several times to no avail. We would have been better off jumping in the pool, which was warmer than any of our showers ever got.

An incredible hotel and I don’t say that lightly! This far surpassed my expectations and made for a wonderful staycation. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
There were so many amenities… This hotel had indoor/outdoor pools, climbing wall, multiple gyms, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, table tennis, pool, karaoke lounge, small movie theatre, family game room, lovely rooms, and parking included! It definitely made our trip, and I absolutely recommend.

Hotel has probably some of the best ammenities in the city by far. Basketball, rock climbing, three pools, sauna, steam room… just to name a few. The indoor pool was shut down during my stay to clean up broken glass. The indoor pool and it’s ammenities were inoperable for the duration of my stay. The gym…. Fantastic! Free weights, universal machines and cardio equipment galore. Probably one of the best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel.

The room was spacious and condo like with a huge balcony.

Staff were super friendly and check in was a breeze. My only qualm was with the tv’s in my room and in the theatre room. In my room, it appeared someone had taken the power cord to the cable device. Help came and addressed the issue. The theatre room had a huge tv but also was inoperable and unusable.

The self parking was a bonus.

I will definitely stay here again,

I had an absolutely amazing and very pleasant stay at Level Seattle Downtown – South Lake Union. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff truly deserve a shoutout—they were warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free.

The amenities are outstanding and thoughtfully designed. The modern fitness center, beautifully maintained common areas, and well-equipped spaces made the stay both comfortable and convenient. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and stylish, with great attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home.

The location is another major highlight—perfectly situated in South Lake Union, close to dining, shopping, and key Seattle attractions, while still feeling calm and relaxing.

I cannot say enough about Level! We planned a jam packed trip to Seattle, and found ourselves wishing we had more time at the hotel. From night swims, to family movie nights, karaoke laughs, and teaching my kids my own childhood piano skills… Level was absolutely perfect for my little family. The staff was kind. The amenities were great (thank you washer and dryer, too!). And the location was perfect.

The property is good. It is centrally located, no need to drive to the main Seattle attractions, such as Space needle , waterfront, downtown and such.
The property has lots of amenities, multiple pools, saunas, steam rooms, game room, karaoke, movie room with big screen and others.
However, if windows are facing the street it is very noisy, they should work of soundproofing windows or make balcony door close tight. And, please, attach dishwasher properly in the 445, it falls out of the cabinet. Thanks
