I love the hotel except when I was there on Sunday the restaurant next to it was not open. No problem plenty of options around since the location is excellent. My room was next to a street and late at night. There were some cars revving their engines as they drove past. I wish I had had an interior room. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed three nights for the World Cup. The location to Pikes Place Market is wonderful. It’s a 1 minute walk!! The hotel and staff were great. The one mishap that made me give four stars was me coming back to the room and seeing my door was not closed all the way. I thought housekeeping was there. NO ONE IN THE ROOM!!!!! They left the door open and luckily my money, car keys and belongings were still there. Mistakes happen but come on!

The pros: the usual things like cleanliness, decor, maintenance, etc. were all fine. We really appreciated being checked in early, and the location for sightseeing is really perfect.

The meh: There is one elevator and it's SLOW. The stairs are for emergencies only so this was annoying, but not a big deal.

The MAJOR con: We barely slept. We'd read about \"street noise\" in other reviews and weren't worried about that - we're fine with city noise. But this was a steady stream of garbage trucks rumbling through the alley outside our room the entire night, and they were endlessly dumping and compacting - the most horrendous metal-on-metal, breaking glass racket that even earplugs and white noise couldn't touch. Is it a trash facility? How could there possibly be so many trucks and bins?? We finally gave up and got up for the day at 4:30am.

If you choose this hotel, INSIST ON A ROOM THAT DOESN'T FACE THE ALLEY.

Excellent location! Across the street from Pikes Market, 20 minute drive to cruise port, refrigerators in room, and they give you ear plugs for noise censoring.

Hotel rooms are on the small side and very dated but I would stay there again for the surrounding location, abundance of food options both pricey and affordable, and being 2 blocks from a Target for personal essentials.

Also check your reservation for accuracy of what you reserved. On booking my room, I \"specifically\" targeted rooms with free breakfast including this hotel. Upon inquiring of my free breakfast, I was told I would have to pay with no further explanation given. Lesson learned! Print out detailed invoice the moment I pay and get reservation confirmation number.

Super cool older hotel in a great walking place in Seattle. Amenities are few and everything has a few. It’s an expensive hotel but no free breakfast- but even a continental breakfast. Coffee pods in room cost money as well as the expected tray of snacks and water bottles. No easy access to power for laptop. The desk is filled with coffee maker, snacks, water bottles, and information tents. Not much room to work on a computer or even sit to review and plan the day. It has character and nice staff, but not much else. I saw a pay breakfast area but skipped it. Room was clean. No bar to enjoy in evening. This explains my 3-stars.

The room was really cute we loved the bed and all the green paint. The place was very clean and we loved the drinks and snacks available for purchase! It was literally impossible to park our van, i wish they had made parking information available we ended having to park 12 miles away. We had a really long wait for staff to show up for checking in. We also were not informed by staff that the doors lock at night. The TV also hangs out into the walkway in the room.

Both wall sockets failed to hold an electric plug making the sockets useless. The result was one remote outlet for charging devices. The single pane window was inadequate to deal with the noise of late night crowd in the adjacent alley. Stairwell landings were obstructed by housekeeping cart and supplies potentially causing hazard during an emergency evacuation.

So this property does charge you the $100 fully refundable incidentals fee, Expedia wasn’t really clear on that and the hotel website, so I went expecting that fee charge. The hotel is one block away from the Market place, there’s restaurants nearby this hotel, and if you need any last minute things for a cruise there is a Target store a block and a half away, super close! The cruise terminal can be walking distance if need to, but wouldn’t recommend it, with uneven surfaces in the sidewalks and not smooth pavement it will make it challenging and tons of hills mostly down heading to pier 66 cruise terminal but some are very steep! I did walk it to test it out and scope it out incase I needed to walk it, but I just got an uber from the PaliHotel to pier 66 it’s about a 12min ride with traffic. Mr waffle little place for a quick bite to eat is on side of hotel around the corner. The diner style restaurant that is part of the hotel is very nice and clean but I didn’t have the chance to eat at. The room was nice, bed was comfy did get a good nights sleep, the walk in shower was amazing had hot and good water pressure! I recommend and would stay again at the PaliHotel.

The vibe here was very cool. The bartender Felipe was excellent and very friendly. Room was really small, but clean. the bathroom set up was a little funky, but I’m sure it’s because of the age of the building. Our bathroom was split into two areas one on either side of the room. The sink was separate from the shower and toilet, which was a little weird. And there was no space to put your things on a counter while you were getting ready in the mirror. Lighting above the mirror was dim and not great for preparing for the evening. It was nice they provided ear plugs in the complimentary toiletries because if you are a light sleeper you will need them!
Restaurant and servers were excellent! Food was delicious. We enjoyed the stay.

Everything is pretty, but we suggest that try to don’t accept any room in the back of the elevator like #231, they are awful, too noisy due to the elevator sound and wall/floor vibration. (almost everything is old wood and plywood)

Don’t touch anything in the room, everything looks pretty, but it’s so fragil. Switches, tables, lamps, etc…and yes, hotel is kinda noisy, outside noice is kinda strong, so whatever review you read as we did, they are true. Restaurant menu is poor and very different from many other, the best ort you have an HMart in front.

A/C is not cold as other hotels, its plausible. No a real help from guest service, they just explain how the a/c control panel works but we already figure it out before, so no help at all. We slept w/o any sheets. It was just 1 night ($534), pretty hotel but we wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is very quirky. There is only one elevator, which is exceptionally slow crazy slow. The stairs instead of the elevator were dark and then locked as well. Not sure if that was supposed to happen or not. There is no sink where the toilet is located. You have to walk to the other side of the room to wash your hands. The hotel ran out of coffee pods for the room which we found quite unusual. Although our room faced away from the main street, it was exceptionally loud. You can hear the outside and yes, we heard gunfire one night although I don’t think it had anything to do with the hotel. The location is phenomenal as it’s directly in front of pikes place. I would recommend for one night before a cruise.
