Bed had no sheets, the lights were weird to operate especially in the dark hitting the wrong one and turning all the lights on in the middle of the night. No cups in the bedroom/bathroom to drink. Hallways very dark. Staff was excellent thought.

The room was clean. Liked the view. I would recommend the water view. I was able to get the city view. Staff were present, and I felt safe. Liked how you needed a key to get into the elevator and inside the property during late hours. Super easy to check in.

I had no idea what a treat was in store for me until I went to Seattle and stayed at CitizenM! The room was crisp, clean with fresh decor! I really felt pampered!
There was an issue with the door key after we adjusted for a later checkout time and the staff responded quickly and efficiently! I am very happy!

Although small, my Citizen M room was clean, with a decent mattress, staff was friendly and helpful, plus breakfast was available for a fee.
In the downtown Seattle location my only concern was related to parking. Citizen M reimbursed for a reasonable portion of the parking garage only a couple of blocks away but valet parking was not an option. Still, it was close bye and once understood worked well. I will return.

Great ocean view room . Hotel up to date on modern amenities and smart practices . Staff was very pleasant but the breakfast was a little underwhelming . I was surprised to find that after 11:00am , with or without breakfast purchase , I had to buy a regular cup of coffee . I really thought that with this room rate a cup of coffee would be complimentary during my three day stay . It’s the little things that keep me coming back . Enjoyed my stay

This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience.
Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room.

Great location, nice modern and clean rooms although they are kind of tight. I got one of the rooms where the king side bed was pushed up against the window, which I didn’t think I’d like, but turns out I loved it. Make sure you bring cups and water up to the room they don’t have stock them.
Found it much easier to use the Expedia app to get a reservation then calling their number.

My only downside was the king-sized bed being pushed up against the wall on one side. Fine if you’re a solo, but for couples, whoever gets the wall side has to do a bit of an obstacle course to get out of bed.

The room was small, but provided the necessities. I would prefer a bed with access from either side.

Also, we were given the understanding from reviews, that the parking was included. However, when we arrived, it became clear an extra $30 was required to have use of a parking garage a couple blocks away from the hotel.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

I want to really express how good of an experience I had while I stayed at this hotel. From the check-in process being easy to my room, being ready for me as soon as I walked in the door to the concierge and the and the bar and the food was great. They provided anything extra that we needed to make us more comfortable, and they even had things that I didn’t think that a hotel offered such as toothbrushes and a sewing kit so overall, my experience was really good. I would give more stars if I could. I will definitely be staying with them if I ever go back to Seattle.

Great little hotel. New, modern space. Awesome lobby with bar, foid, games, books, tvs, lots of spots to sit and hang out. Room was nice with great water view of ferry terminal. Breakfast was good. Location is great and walkable for downtown, chinatown/pioneer exploring.

Pros: location, design, lobby, price and ease.

Cons: Only accessible room is big enough for 2 or more people. No hooks in the bathroom to hang anything. Only has charging port on one side of the bed. Room was a bit stuffy as windows don't open. Parking an issue as it is in most downtown hotels.

Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We've stayed at the Hotel 1000, the Motif and others and enjoyed CitizenM the most.

Tips: Park two blocks north along Alaskan Way at secure Waterfront building. Cheaper than hotel's offering. Go to the Exquisite Creatures exhibit one block away - Incredible!!! Worth the trip. Skip MoPop. Completely underwhelming and not worth the time or money. The monorail is literally a 3minute trip from start to end. Quick if you don't have a car but would have been better/cheaper to drive and park to MoPop from this hotel. Skip the ferris wheel. Overpriced and whole thing was only 8 minutes. Great kids park on the waterfront next to the Wheel. Sculpture garden is a nice 30 minute stroll.

Explore all the amazing architecture and buildings downtown!

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff is super friendly and amazing. We had high floor (8th) and the view was cute. We were out and about most of our days so this room was perfect and cozy for a relaxing night time sleep. Best if you're planning on taking the Ferry at Pier 52 over to Bainbridge Island. Super walkable to Pike Place and the Aquarium. My kid loved controlling the ipad and the games in the lobby was a bonus. Only negative is that there wasn't a Bathroom Vent/Fan. Otherwise it was the perfect stay for our weekend trip.

Great location on the waterfront promenade with lovely views overlooking Elliot Bay….Ferry terminal just across the street makes island visits super easy…. Very convenient transportation connection to the airport with a light rail station a couple blocks away…. Beautiful historic architecture in Pioneer Square and great restaurants all within walking distance….

I’ve never stayed at the location before. I thought it was really amazing. Very economical. For anyone that wants all of the main amenities and doesn’t want things to be to complicated. This is the place for you. We’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Seattle. Beautiful view from my room and easy to get around.

Loved the location of this property and the hotel as a whole. The breakfast and bar available was amazing, the staff was always so kind and helpful. This property is a 15 min walk to Pike Place Market and right across the street with the Ferry Ports. It’s also a 5 min walk from a Link Light Rail Station, so that makes travel from the airport super easy. I will definitely be staying here again for my next Seattle trip.

This hotel is really modern and clean and artsy, and perfectly located. The staff is nice and the bar/lounge area is super chill and nice for hanging out with a drink and a book. I appreciate the hotel’s emphasis on environmentalism, and would absolutely stay here again (I do wish they had a bathtub, but I get why they don’t, considering their eco-focus.)

The room “view” was facing a gray brick wall. Very disappointed with the “view” as it seemed I was going to have a view of the water. In addition, the back of the toilet brim was covered in dry urine from the previous guests.
