Location was great. Size of the room was large and beds and sofa was comfortable. Only one elevator was working so it took a long time to get to and from our room. This was the noisest hotel Ive stayed at in awhile. You could hear everything in the hallways and every time someone walked across the floor above you. We were unlucky and had a child running and jumping off the furniture above us. It was unbearable and hard to sleep. Not sure if I'd stay here again.

I checked late after a long travel day and there is no water in my room. I go back downstairs and ask for a water, and they ask for my room number. I asked if they were going to charge me for the 5 cent bottle of water they gave me and they responded with \"we reserve free water for our loyalty guests.\" Brillant!!! You have a guest that is willing to pay you several hundred dollars a night, and you thank that guest by telling them that they are not worth a 5 cent bottle of water? I will never become a loyalty guest because I will never stay at another Hyatt.

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass ，Seattle Center, and the Monorail, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchenette was very useful for our family.

The only issue we experienced was that the circuit breaker tripped while we were using the hair dryer. We reported it to the front desk, but it took quite a while for maintenance to arrive, and we had to follow up with the front desk before someone finally came to fix it. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the response time could have been much faster.

Overall, the convenient location and comfortable accommodations made for an enjoyable stay. With quicker maintenance service, the experience would have been even better. I would still recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Seattle.

Honestly, it was a pretty bad hotel experience and I would like to know if there’s any way of getting a credit towards something. Our Internet didn’t work and they couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work in our room and there was one night when the fire alarm kept going off while we were sleeping with kids and they didn’t know what to do and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have a maintenance guy on hand or any other rooms available

Broken Air conditioner . Yes we moved to another room which had working air but the inconvenience was the the most irritating thing because we were getting ready for bed and in pjs already . John helped but wasn’t apologetic or sympathetic borderline rude . After that the next morning went to the breakfast no eggs 3 dry little sqaures of potatoes food was cleared out 8:15 am . I put my empty plate back down . Then one elevator works for the parking garage sometimes the wait was long we just walked outside and entered the garage through the street . There’s no big sign saying it’s the only elevator that works for garage I had to ask the front why I couldn’t get to garage . Never again had better hopes for a Hyatt. Staff was incredible and very helpful. Few examples:
- Willingly provided directions when we looked confused in the lobby
- very helpful with holding our bags after checkout since we have a later flight
- 0 hassle when i forgot my room key

The room was very spacious and included a kitchen, stove, microwave, silverware and other utensils which was really nice for an extended stay (5 nights). 0 issues with anything basic.

The view on the terrace was nice and a good spot for fresh air. Please note this is not a 5 star hotel so dont expect a rooftop bar or anything. Just a nice terrace with seating for fresh air with optional electric fires.

Overall, the value of the hotel was amazing and within decent walk distance of a lot of stuff which is really nice considering Seattle's Uber, lyft and doordash harges are highest in the country.

Other than that I would give this stay a 10.

Excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, had a beautiful view, and all the staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was very complete and delicious.

The only inconvenience was the parking because of the size of our truck (7 feet tall). The maximum clearance to enter without problems is 6 feet. Even so, the staff guided us very well to find parking options outside the hotel, and thankfully we found street parking right next to the hotel.

I also recommend considering an extra $45 per night for parking, since some reservations do not include it.

Other than that, the hotel has many more good things than bad, and we would definitely stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast was good and the bar was nice, they gave us each a free drink ticket upon check-in. We stayed 2 nights, the room was not very clean, we found an old dirty sock and gummy bears from a previous tenant. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section and there were only minimal amenities (coffee) in the room. The bed was hard and the blankets were like glorified sheets. The location can't be beat though. We had a great view of the spaceneedle which was just right across the street. Parking was secure but it cost us an extra $45 per night!
