Everything was great!
Mitch
I like the earplugs given for the extra noise, air conditioner, fire dept, ect...
Albert
Our room had a modern contemporary flair and furnishings and was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower design and function was excellent. We are on a cross-country trip through the northwest and this was by far the nicest hotel we have been in so far. You pay a fee to park in the hotel garage but it is super secure and safe. The only downside was that there was not a complimentary breakfast offered with our room.

Nice property and staff. Wish they had longer restaurant hours, more choices, and room service. They doubled the rates due to world cup coming this week.
Kiseup
Clean room, entrance to parking was somewhat difficult to excess.

Wasn’t impressed with breakfast at restaurant(overpriced mediocre food)every thing else was fine.
Bonnie
My room was clean and well designed. It had convenient storage for clothes and a lovely layout of the room. I found the room very relaxing and serene with the beautiful colors and decor.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating.
The bistro had really good food and coffee choices. Outstanding Hotel!!

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, easy parking.
Lance
Easy access to hotel from Northgate Way. Property is clean and modern. Great room - bathroom in my room had a walk in shower which was new and very modern. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return when I am in Seattle area!
Pavel
Perfect
Benjamin
Clean modern room, friendly staff. One side overlooks a gas station so you may want to request to be away from that but it didn’t bother me.
Jennifer
Unfortunately there were ants in the bathroom. I got rid of quite a few but they kept showing up. Room was near ice machine and elevator so it was constantly noisy with loud people and the loud dispensing of ice throughout the night.
Robert
High traffic area, a little noisy
James A
The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was just what we needed and the cafe was really nice. The food and service was great!
Tom and Laura
The bar is well stocked. They are friendly!
I really like the different tables and booths, TVs and fireplace. Welcoming!

extednded stay. Excellent staff and service. Nice, spacious rooms. quiet. Good location if you need to stay a bit North of downtown Seattle. Adequate breakfast, but I wish there were some healthier and varied choices. Amenities are good, but no shower cap. Overall, I would stay here again.
Brian
Didn’t sleep all night. Sirens from the nearby intersection kept me up all night.
Tambra
The room was clean and beds very comfortable
Vic
Room was clean. Staff was helpful and courteous and food at the bistro was amazing
Patricia
room was small for two beds price before discount. No water in room.
Gloria
Clean, friendly
Phillip M
Absolutely lovely staff. From the front counter to the he cleaning crew. New linen and towels without me needing to ask.
Christine
This hotel was convenient, but we were on the street side, second floor, with an emergency room across the street. Very noisy. We should have specified the garden side of the building. We will request that next time we need to stay in Seattle. Otherw, very nice.
David
Yes
Brandon
Clean room. Comfortable furniture
Leah
The walls seemed very thin. Could her the neighbor's talking and their tv. The emergency light in the ceiling flashed every 15 seconds. Shower design causes the water to splash all over the floor. Prices at the cafe were outrageous. Only cream for room coffee was powdered. Staff was courteous. Workout room was great.
Danyela
Great hotel in North Seattle!!! Well stay again soon.
Susan
I really appreciated the free and safe parking . It was very easy. Check in is quick, the staff was friendly, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave. The hotel is a couple blocks from a 24 hr Starbucks even.
Jennifer
Noisy
This hotel is 4 blocks from the highway. The noise in the room was terrible. They should have put in triple pane windows??? Can also hear normal footsteps above and normal voices next to me.
Room was modern and new, but the noise was annoying.
Nice, fresh breakfast food at the bistro/Starbucks for a fee

Rooms were clean - everything was great.
Chris
Stay was fine. Shower pan was so loud I had to put a towel down on the drain. Sounded like a tin drum. Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Anthony
Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to highway and public transit is a couple minutea away feom hotwl, easy for getting into the downtown core
Stephanie

Horrible staff. Mediocre rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Kameron
Good! No complaints

Great location if you need a place near UW hospital. The neighborhood is a little iffy. They do have parking and rooms are nice.
Frederick
I am always impressed with the marriots., my flight arrived early and they accommodated early checkend. I am looking forward to my next stay.
Yvette
i feel safe. Wonderful staff and accommodations
William
We have become familiar with this property, staying there many times for different reasons. Whenever visiting Seattle it seems to be conveniently located for a number driving destinations around the Seattle area
Cheryll
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds
Carol
Very convenient location was great. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice facility.
Sarah
The staff was great and the room was well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The bar was also nice (great old fashioned and snacks). The parking/check in situation is a little confusing, and the neighborhood is a little noisy, but nothing that a little white noise on my phone couldn’t fix. I would definitely stay here again!
William
Convenient, comfortable bed, good size room
Verified traveler
Great place to stay if you are looking for a clean and comfortable room with a friendly staff. Only small thing that went wrong was on the third day of our stay, housekeeping did not clean up our room. Perhaps, it was an off day as I think they have housekeeping every other day. Nonetheless, great place that I would reserve again in the future.
Akbal
Restaurant closed till 5
Janet
Clean, quiet, well lit and modern.
Julia
I was very happy with mistake here. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The entire facility was walked out and spotless. The staff was kind and courteous. I especially enjoy walking to nearby restaurants for food. And the shopping was right down the road.

Great place
Alicia
Didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour past check in time. I had attractions to do as I was on vacation and the room situation interfered with that. Other then that it was a nice room plenty of food options nearby
Erick
During my stay for the very first time booking here it left a good impression on the hotel and staff but most importantly good service also when my check in was 3pm but I showed up early late night 3 am etc they were able to hook me up to check in whenever I showed up I got my room right away and they adjusted for me 🥹👍🙂↔️ great food too breakfast burrito was da Bomb yo
Bonnie
Easy to get to the link to get to the stadium.
Minh
This please was the worst we’ve ever been. There was a charge for everything, even parking and the staff was very rude. NOT RECOMMENDED AND A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
lynnette
Food overpriced and not good. Mcd is close, a couple blocks away
Romuald
The Courtyard by Marriott property was overbooked and upon arrival the staff redirected us to another hotel. Despite the fact that our stay was prepaid we had to drive additional 25 miles north late at night after a long day of travel and return back 25 miles early next day for our meetings. This is a terrible and inexcusable business practice!

The hotel needs a refresh. The garage was dirty.
The standout was that the staff were friendly.

Quality time
It was amazing, cleaning and receptionist good and more than imagine.
Ming Mei
The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.
Rosita
Close to places we want to access and it’s convenience
Marie
Great place to stay! It’s very clean, spacious and all staff members were very kind & courteous! They had nice dine-in selections that were very good. I came across a few minor issues like the doors were creaking every time they were to be open or closed. The complimentary coffee in our room was awful! We are in Seattle, so I expected better. Anyways breakfast and dinner at The Bistro made up for it!!! I would definitely book here again and skip the “in room coffee” altogether.
James
The hotel was good. Everything we needed was available… the only thing is the was no pool for the kids (but that won’t keep us from booking here again).
Amanda
Stay was great. When they checked us in we were never told about needing a parking pass. When we went to check out there was a letter on our vehicle about needing a parking pass. The lady at the dexk made sure there wasn't any parking charges though and apologized. That was the only issue. I was surprised with how big the hotel room was.
Suzanne
Nice place with friendly staff. Lauren was exceptional!
Shawn
This Hotel is very clean inside and out. The service is excellent! Will stay again for sure.
Suzanne
Management and staff were amazing. General Manager performed a service above and beyond when she personally drove the handbag I mistakenly left behind to my gate are the airport in time for me to not miss my flight

Nice and easy location for us to get to where we wanted. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were clean as well. Overall stay was great, only downside was it was a bit loud in the hallways at night, got woken up a few time during my stay due to hallway noises.
Pam
Great customer service!
Max
The rooms were clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s just outside of Seattle but still close enough to enjoy the city.
The only downside to this hotel was that it’s near a hospital so we were waken each night by the sirens of emergency vehicles.

Brief stay and was very comfortable
Daisy
So clean and very close to downtown. I would definitely come back
Joslyn
Staff was friendly accommodating and knowledgeable.
Did not like secluded location of hotel as a visitor unfamiliar with area and no particular scenic views available from this hotel location.

Very confusing to get into. It does not indicate you need to park in the parking garage to check in. There was also no parking,
Benjamin
Helpful staff - plenty of parking and excellent rooms - very clean
Juaquin
Very beautiful and cozy.
Kasey
The employees were very friendly and helpful!
Fiqadily
Very thin walls, you can hear everything that’s going on outside of your door, and everything that’s going on outside of the hotel. The surrounding area is not very safe either, lots of sketchy homeless folks hanging around. I heard car alarms going off in the middle of the night, assuming they’re set off by people trying to break in. The staff are not very friendly either, they’re just there to get you in and out. Not very helpful with questions, and doesn’t even try to provide bare minimum customer service.
Kasie
Great hotel and great staff. The beds in the room were hard as a rock, felt like I was sleeping on a hard surface.
Cass
Good value
victor
Great staff and location.
Sandra
Excellent hotel and very helpful staff

We wanted to be close to the kite rail so that we could attend an event at Lumen field. It was super clean and the rooms were huge.

Just like the last time Terrik was there with a warm greeting. And he remembered my name. The whole staff was awesome.

Choose this hotel because it has a restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Room was clean & comfortable. Area is noisy.
Troy
Finding the parking was difficult. We had to call to find out how to enter the parking garage
